本发明公开了一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,所述第一步(2)中的固化剂为热固性固化剂,所述第三步(3)中的热压机温度为120‑150摄氏度,所述第四步(4)中喷砂所用的砂的颗粒大小为0.3‑0.5mm,本发明的有益效果是:该一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,解决了现有技术中制作工艺复杂,成品率不高的问题,同时本发明实施简单,适应各个区域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制方法领域,具体为一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺。
背景技术
在复合材料生产过程中,复合材料的制备方法主要有烧结法、熔铸法、熔融喷吹法等。其中烧结法最为常见。烧结法是将部分原料预烧成熟料,破碎和筛分,再按一定配比与生料混合,经过成型、干燥和烧成。工艺较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,由如下步骤组成:
(1)第一步:选料,分别选取纤维粉末和陶瓷粉末,并根据实际使用颜色选取适当的颜料;
(2)第二步:混合,将(1)选好的纤维粉末和陶瓷粉末按1:1的比例放入搅拌机中进行均匀的搅拌,颜料为每10kg混合物加1g,并加入固化剂,固化剂和混合物比例为1.5:1;
(3)第三步:制胚,将(2)中的混合物倒入模具中,通过热压机进行热压,然后将混合物再倒入刚压好的模具中,再次热压,如此重复2-3次,得到复合多层纤维陶瓷胚;
(4)第四步:喷砂,将(3)复合多层纤维陶瓷胚的一面进行细砂喷砂处理;
(5)第五步:涂覆,将(4)中经喷砂处理的复合多层纤维陶瓷胚的一面在涂覆一层薄的混合物涂层,在涂层上再涂有一层釉层;
(6)第六步:烧制,将(5)中的纤维陶瓷胚放入800-1000摄氏度的烧制炉内烧制2-3小时,得成品纤维陶瓷;
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述第一步(2)中的固化剂为热固性固化剂。
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述第三步(3)中的热压机温度为120-150摄氏度。
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述第四步(4)中喷砂所用的砂的颗粒大小为0.3-0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果是:该一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,解决了现有技术中制作工艺复杂,成品率不高的问题,同时本发明实施简单,适应各个区域。

下面结合具体实施方式进一步的说明,但是下文中的具体实施方式不应当做被理解为对本体发明的限制。本领域普通技术人员能够在本发明基础上显而易见地作出的各种改变和变化,应该均在发明的范围之内。
本发明的实施例包括:
一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,由如下步骤组成:
(1)第一步:选料,分别选取纤维粉末和陶瓷粉末,并根据实际使用颜色选取适当的颜料;
(2)第二步:混合,将(1)选好的纤维粉末和陶瓷粉末按1:1的比例放入搅拌机中进行均匀的搅拌,颜料为每10kg混合物加1g,并加入固化剂,固化剂和混合物比例为1.5:1;
(3)第三步:制胚,将(2)中的混合物倒入模具中,通过热压机进行热压,然后将混合物再倒入刚压好的模具中,再次热压,如此重复2-3次,得到复合多层纤维陶瓷胚;
(4)第四步:喷砂,将(3)复合多层纤维陶瓷胚的一面进行细砂喷砂处理;
(5)第五步:涂覆,将(4)中经喷砂处理的复合多层纤维陶瓷胚的一面在涂覆一层薄的混合物涂层,在涂层上再涂有一层釉层;
(6)第六步:烧制,将(5)中的纤维陶瓷胚放入800-1000摄氏度的烧制炉内烧制2-3小时,得成品纤维陶瓷;
所述第一步(2)中的固化剂为热固性固化剂。
所述第三步(3)中的热压机温度为120-150摄氏度。
所述第四步(4)中喷砂所用的砂的颗粒大小为0.3-0.5mm。
该一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,解决了现有技术中制作工艺复杂,成品率不高的问题,同时本发明实施简单,适应各个区域。

Claims (4)
1.一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,其特征在于,由如下步骤组成:
(1)第一步:选料,分别选取纤维粉末和陶瓷粉末,并根据实际使用颜色选取适当的颜料;
(2)第二步:混合,将(1)选好的纤维粉末和陶瓷粉末按1:1的比例放入搅拌机中进行均匀的搅拌,颜料为每10kg混合物加1g,并加入固化剂,固化剂和混合物比例为1.5:1;
(3)第三步:制胚,将(2)中的混合物倒入模具中,通过热压机进行热压,然后将混合物再倒入刚压好的模具中,再次热压,如此重复2-3次,得到复合多层纤维陶瓷胚;
(4)第四步:喷砂,将(3)复合多层纤维陶瓷胚的一面进行细砂喷砂处理;
(5)第五步:涂覆,将(4)中经喷砂处理的复合多层纤维陶瓷胚的一面在涂覆一层薄的混合物涂层,在涂层上再涂有一层釉层;
(6)第六步:烧制,将(5)中的纤维陶瓷胚放入800-1000摄氏度的烧制炉内烧制2-3小时,得成品纤维陶瓷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,其特征在于:所述第一步(2)中的固化剂为热固性固化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,其特征在于:所述第三步(3)中的热压机温度为120-150摄氏度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维陶瓷粉末压制成型工艺,其特征在于:所述第四步(4)中喷砂所用的砂的颗粒大小为0.3-0.5mm。
