本发明公开了改变乳胶制品硬度的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂以一定重量比加入到发泡设备进行发泡;以压力注入方式将乳胶发泡料加入到乳胶成型模具内,调节压力大小,控制乳胶发泡料的被压缩程度来改变乳胶发泡料的密度;待乳胶发泡料填充充满乳胶成型模具的整个模腔后,将乳胶成型模具封口并保压,然后放到高温烘箱内进行乳胶发泡料的高温硫化定型;打开乳胶成型模具的排气孔进行排气;将乳胶成型模具放置于烘干箱内进行乳胶发泡料的烘干;

改变乳胶制品硬度的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳胶制品生产工艺。
背景技术
天然乳胶制品包括乳胶枕头、乳胶床垫、乳胶靠垫等,由于具有防螨防菌、良好透气性和吸湿性的优点,且其独特的柔软触觉和乳胶高弹性能够顺应人体头部及身体轮廓,更符合人体睡眠习惯,带给使用者健康舒适的睡眠,所以越来越多得到广大消费者的欢迎和使用。但乳胶制品普遍硬度很软,不能满足不同客户使用需求,因此,需要采用一些方法来调整乳胶制品的硬度。现有技术中,一般是通过乳胶料的发泡程度不同来实现,在相同体积前提下,如果乳胶料的发泡密度大,则制成的乳胶制品重量大,乳胶制品硬度大;如果乳胶料的发泡密度小,则制成的乳胶制品重量小,乳胶制品硬度小就更软。而乳胶料的发泡在发泡设备中完成,发泡密度受发泡搅拌速度、发泡温度、发泡时间、乳胶料内添加物、发泡机内加入空气量等诸多因素影响;所以要生产不同硬度乳胶制品,需要改变乳胶料的发泡密度,而上述诸多因素的综合作用效果不可准确控制,因此发泡密度也不易准确控制,而且易产生较大误差;所以当发泡料加入到乳胶成型模具内时,由于乳胶成型模具的模腔体积相同,加入的发泡料的重量就会有所不同,往往误差还会较大,这样一来,就难以生产质量稳定的相同硬度或不同硬度要求的乳胶制品,不符合新制定的乳胶制品的行业标准。并且,由于发泡料加入到乳胶成型模具内时基本没有压力,所以当乳胶成型模具内的发泡料在蒸箱内进行热蒸蒸熟得到定型时,乳胶制品的表面不可避免会有一定的疏松塌陷等缺陷,乳胶制品的表面品相相对较差。
发明内容
为解决背景技术存在的不足,本发明是采取如下技术方案来实现的:
改变乳胶制品硬度的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 将乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂以一定重量比加入到发泡设备进行发泡,发泡过程中加入空气,制成发泡密度恒定的乳胶发泡料;以压力注入方式将乳胶发泡料加入到乳胶成型模具内,调节压力大小,控制乳胶发泡料的被压缩程度来改变乳胶发泡料的密度;待乳胶发泡料填充充满乳胶成型模具的整个模腔后,将乳胶成型模具封口并保压,然后放到高温烘箱内进行乳胶发泡料的高温硫化定型;待乳胶发泡料高温定型后,打开乳胶成型模具的排气孔进行排气;将乳胶成型模具放置于烘干箱内进行乳胶发泡料的烘干;打开乳胶成型模具,取出烘干的乳胶发泡料,完成乳胶制品生产。
上述技术方案的生产工艺,首先可以不管生产的乳胶制品要达到什么的硬度要求,只要以一定参数或比例的发泡搅拌速度、发泡温度、发泡时间、乳胶料内添加物、发泡机内加入空气量,在发泡设备中制成发泡密度恒定的乳胶发泡料即可;然后以压力注入方式将乳胶发泡料加入到乳胶成型模具内,通过调节压力大小,控制乳胶发泡料在乳胶成型模具内的被压缩程度来改变乳胶发泡料的密度;在压力相同时,乳胶发泡料的密度就基本相同而且不会有较大误差,就可制得产品质量稳定的相同硬度要求的乳胶制品;在改变压力后,乳胶发泡料的密度就随之改变而且同样不会有较大误差,就可制得产品质量稳定的不同硬度要求的乳胶制品;而压力的改变可方便进行而且可精确控制,这样一来,本发明的技术方案就可方便控制并生产产品质量稳定的相同硬度或不同硬度要求的乳胶制品,满足不同客户使用需求,同时更好符合新制定的乳胶制品的行业标准。另外,由于发泡料加入到乳胶成型模具内时具有一定压力,所以发泡料可更好地填充充满于乳胶成型模具内,使定型的乳胶制品的表面不易产生疏松塌陷等缺陷,乳胶制品的表面品相会很好。
作为优选,步骤中,乳胶溶液的固态含量为60%及以上,乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂的重量比为100:2.5:1.5。
作为优选,步骤中,乳胶发泡料通过压力泵泵入到乳胶成型模具内。
作为优选,所述硫化剂为氧化锌。
具体实施方式
本发明的改变乳胶制品硬度的生产工艺,包括以下步骤: 将乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂以一定重量比加入到发泡设备进行发泡,发泡过程中加入空气,制成发泡密度恒定的乳胶发泡料,其中硫化剂为氧化锌,凝固剂为氟硅酸钠;以压力注入方式将乳胶发泡料加入到乳胶成型模具内,调节压力大小,控制乳胶发泡料在乳胶成型模具内的被压缩程度来改变乳胶发泡料的密度;待乳胶发泡料填充充满乳胶成型模具的整个模腔后,将乳胶成型模具封口并保压,然后放到高温烘箱内进行乳胶发泡料的高温硫化定型,温度控制在110-120度;待乳胶发泡料高温定型后,打开乳胶成型模具的排气孔进行排气;将乳胶成型模具放置于烘干箱内进行乳胶发泡料的烘干,烘干温度控制在70-80度;打开乳胶成型模具,取出烘干的乳胶发泡料,完成乳胶制品生产。步骤中,乳胶溶液的固态含量为60%及以上,乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂的重量比为100:2.5:1.5。步骤中,乳胶发泡料通过压力泵泵入到乳胶成型模具内,压力泵的压力可调节。
以规格1000m X 2000m X 7.5mm的乳胶床垫的生产为例,在乳胶发泡料的进料压力为0.5Mpa时,生产的乳胶床垫的重量为9.0公斤,重量误差在0.08公斤以内;在乳胶发泡料的进料压力调整为1Mpa时,生产的乳胶床垫的重量为12公斤,重量误差在0.1公斤以内。

Claims (5)

1.改变乳胶制品硬度的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 将乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂以一定重量比加入到发泡设备进行发泡,发泡过程中加入空气,制成发泡密度恒定的乳胶发泡料;以压力注入方式将乳胶发泡料加入到乳胶成型模具内,调节压力大小,控制乳胶发泡料的被压缩程度来改变乳胶发泡料的密度;待乳胶发泡料填充充满乳胶成型模具的整个模腔后,将乳胶成型模具封口并保压,然后放到高温烘箱内进行乳胶发泡料的高温硫化定型;待乳胶发泡料高温定型后,打开乳胶成型模具的排气孔进行排气;将乳胶成型模具放置于烘干箱内进行乳胶发泡料的烘干;打开乳胶成型模具,取出烘干的乳胶发泡料,完成乳胶制品生产。
2.如权利要求1所述的改变乳胶制品硬度的生产工艺,其特征在于步骤中,乳胶溶液的固态含量为60%及以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的改变乳胶制品硬度的生产工艺,其特征在于步骤中,乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂的重量比为100:2.5:1.5。
4.如权利要求1所述的改变乳胶制品硬度的生产工艺,其特征在于步骤中,乳胶发泡料通过压力泵泵入到乳胶成型模具内。
5.如权利要求1所述的改变乳胶制品硬度的生产工艺,其特征在于所述硫化剂为氧化锌。
