【背景技术】
随着经济社会的快速发展，人们在物质和文化生活水平大幅度提高的同时，承受着比过去更大的精神压力，身心健康方面出现了更多的问题，加之老龄人口的大幅度增加，生态环境的破坏，环境污染等多种因素的影响，我国有近70％的人处于亚健康状态，特别是免疫力低下的人群众多，给人们的健康带来极大危害。
现代医学认为，免疫是机体防御病原微生物侵袭，识别和清除外来抗原异物与自体变性物质，以维持机体平衡和稳定的一种生理功能。人体本身具有完备的免疫功能，完善的免疫系统和灵敏的免疫应答反应。免疫功能正常，就能识别“非己”，排除“异己”，保存“自己”，使人体处于健康状态。但是由于多种不良因素的影响，可引起人体的免疫功能下降，诸如老龄人群组织器官的老化，可致免疫力下降，又如营养失衡，慢性疾病，精神负荷过重、心理压力增大，环境污染等诸多因素，均会使人体免疫力下降，从而导致各种传染病和非传染病的发病率、死亡率增高。
为了增强人体免疫功能，西医主要是采用细胞免疫反应的各种皮试疗法(PHA皮试)以及胸腺素、干扰素、转移因子、白细胞介素等种种疗法；中医则强调扶正固本，益卫气，养血气，从整体观念调动机体的抗病力，其所采用的食疗、天然物质疗法与西医学的疗法相比，具有安全性高，整体调理，费用较低等方面的优点。人们更期望能够有从中医方面开发出增强免疫力的产品，因此，开发一种复合人们需求的增强免疫力的产品是非常必要的。

本发明的发明目的在于：针对现有技术的不足，提供一种增强免疫力的口服液及其制备方法，本发明组方科学合理，配制方法简便易行，质量稳定，使用方便，有效率达90％以上。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种增强免疫力的口服液，由下述原料组分制备而成：灵芝、杞子、党参、黄芪、白术、五味子、红枣、防风。
进一步地，由下述重量份的原料组分制备而成：灵芝50-150g、杞子50-150g、党参50-150g、黄芪50-150g、白术50-150g、五味子50-100g、红枣50-150g、防风30-80g。
优选地，由下述重量份的原料组分制备而成：灵芝100g、杞子100g、党参100g、黄芪100g、白术90g、五味子70g、红枣90g、防风50g。
本发明所述的口服液，还包括白糖。
一种制备本发明所述的口服液的方法，包括以下步骤：
1)按重量份数分别称取灵芝、杞子、党参、黄芪、白术、五味子、红枣、防风，混合，加水煎煮2次，合并煎煮液，过滤，滤液浓缩至500-900ml，静置，吸取上清液，备用；
2)取步骤1)的上清液，加白糖煮沸至溶，趁热过滤，补足水至1000ml，混匀，即得。

本发明还提供了上述口服液或上述方法制备的口服液在制备增强免疫力药物中的应用。
综上所述，由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明的有益效果是：
(1)本发明组方科学合理，全方补中益气，健脾补肾，能发挥各成分之间协同作用，增加肝肾代谢活动，增强人体免疫力。对体质虚弱，经常感冒，多汗，食欲不振，消化不良均有显著疗效，值得临床推广应用。
(2)本发明配制方法简便易行，质量稳定，适合工业化生产。
【具体实施方式】
实施例1
一种增强免疫力的口服液，由下述重量份的原料组分制备而成：灵芝100g、杞子100g、党参100g、黄芪100g、白术90g、五味子70g、红枣90g、防风50g、白糖400g。
一种制备本实施例所述的口服液的方法，包括以下步骤：
1)按重量份数分别称取灵芝、杞子、党参、黄芪、白术、五味子、红枣、防风，混合，加原料总重10倍量的水煎煮2次，第一次2.5小时，第二次2小时，合并煎煮液，过滤，滤液浓缩至700ml，静置24小时，吸取上清液，备用；
2)取步骤1)的上清液，加白糖煮沸至溶，趁热过滤，补足水至1000ml，混匀，即得。
实施例2
一种增强免疫力的口服液，由下述重量份的原料组分制备而成：灵芝50g、杞子50g、党参50g、黄芪50g、白术50g、五味子50g、红枣50g、防风30g、白糖300g。
一种制备本实施例所述的口服液的方法，包括以下步骤：
1)按重量份数分别称取灵芝、杞子、党参、黄芪、白术、五味子、红枣、防风，混合，加原料总重15倍量的水煎煮2次，每次2小时，合并煎煮液，过滤，滤液浓缩至500ml，静置48小时，吸取上清液，备用；
2)取步骤1)的上清液，加白糖煮沸至溶，趁热过滤，补足水至1000ml，混匀，即得。
实施例3
一种增强免疫力的口服液，由下述重量份的原料组分制备而成：灵芝50-150g、杞子50-150g、党参50-150g、黄芪50-150g、白术50-150g、五味子50-100g、红枣50-150g、防风30-80g、白糖450g。
一种制备本实施例所述的口服液的方法，包括以下步骤：
1)按重量份数分别称取灵芝、杞子、党参、黄芪、白术、五味子、红枣、防风，混合，加原料总重12倍量的水煎煮2次，每次3小时，合并煎煮液，过滤，滤液浓缩至900ml，静置36小时，吸取上清液，备用；
2)取步骤1)的上清液，加白糖煮沸至溶，趁热过滤，补足水至1000ml，混匀，即得。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1的区别在于：对比例1的组方中不含有白术。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1的区别在于：对比例2的组方中不含有五味子。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例1的区别在于：对比例3的组方中不含有防风。
实验例1本发明增强免疫力口服液的疗效
1.一般资料：临床实验中，选定240例因长期慢性疾病而导致免疫力低下的患者(如慢性气管炎、哮喘、慢性肺心病、慢性肾炎等，常因反复感冒而诱发或加重病情，给患者的身体带来严重的伤害)，男116例，女124例，年龄14-78岁，平均为35周岁，随机分组，治疗组3组，对照组3组，每组均为40例，每组病例病程均为2-30年，每组患者在发病年龄，病程等方面有相似性。
2.治疗方法：治疗组1-3分别使用本发明实施例1-3制备的口服液，对照组1-3分别使用对比例1-3制备的口服液；
使用方法：内服，每日二次，每次服40ml。
3.疗效判定：
痊愈:一年以上无严重感冒，体质增强，食欲增加，原发病症状明显改善，无复发现象，偶有轻微感冒症状但不足引起原发病情复发者。
有效:治疗后一年内较重的感冒在2次以下，但对原发病情影响不大者。
无效:治疗后未达到上述标准，感冒频发，症状加重，与治疗前无明显差异。
总有效率＝痊愈率+有效率。
4.治疗结果：经1个疗程后，治疗结果如表1所示：

1.一种增强免疫力的口服液，其特征在于，由下述原料组分制备而成：灵芝、杞子、党参、黄芪、白术、五味子、红枣、防风。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口服液，其特征在于，由下述重量份的原料组分制备而成：灵芝50-150g、杞子50-150g、党参50-150g、黄芪50-150g、白术50-150g、五味子50-100g、红枣50-150g、防风30-80g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的口服液，其特征在于，由下述重量份的原料组分制备而成：灵芝100g、杞子100g、党参100g、黄芪100g、白术90g、五味子70g、红枣90g、防风50g。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的口服液，其特征在于，还包括白糖。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4任一项所述的口服液的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)按重量份数分别称取灵芝、杞子、党参、黄芪、白术、五味子、红枣、防风，混合，加水煎煮2次，合并煎煮液，过滤，滤液浓缩至500-900ml，静置，吸取上清液，备用；
2)取步骤1)的上清液，加白糖煮沸至溶，趁热过滤，补足水至1000ml，混匀，即得。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤1)为：按重量份数分别称取灵芝、杞子、党参、黄芪、白术、五味子、红枣、防风，混合，加水煎煮2次，第一次2.5小时，第二次2小时，合并煎煮液，过滤，滤液浓缩至700ml，静置24小时，吸取上清液，备用。
7.权利要求1-4任一项所述口服液或权利要求5或6所述方法制备的口服液在制备增强免疫力药物中的应用。
