Abstract
本发明提供了一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,所述的微生态复合饲料包括微生态制剂、预混料及小麦次粉,所述的微生态制剂包括乳酸菌、杆菌、酵母菌、产酶益生素及复合酶,上述所述微生态制剂的成分重量配比为:1~1.2:0.6~0.9:0.6~1.5:0.05~0.3:0.05~0.2。本发明提供的一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,牲畜食用安全,营养成分充足,制造成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及畜禽饲料,具体是指一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于具有防病、治病、促进动物生长、提高饲料转化率等功效,抗生素作为饲料添加剂在畜禽养殖业生产中被普遍使用。
大量科学研究已经证明,对动物长时间地使用抗生素添加剂,会导致动物体内微生物的耐药性不断增加,动物自身对疾病的抵抗能力越来越差,治疗时使用的抗生素剂量也随着越来越大。人食用了含有抗生素的食物,相应地也会增加人体内微生物的抗药性。30年前,人注射青霉素20万单位就可以了,后来逐渐发展到80万、100万甚至更高。不但危害人民的身体健康,而且还影响养殖业的健康发展。
一些企业生产出来的预混料仅有少些的微量元素和维生素,根本满足不了动物营养的需要。一些企业产品成分含量很低,如0.1%复合预混料VA含量标明为100000U/kg,折合成日粮VA 100U/kg,这对于补充营养是没有太大意义的,产品成本中添加剂只占极小部分,载体和稀释剂及包装成了主要成本。
发明内容
以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其营养成分充足、使用安全无副作用,节省成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,所述的微生态复合饲料包括微生态制剂、预混料及小麦次粉,所述的微生态制剂包括乳酸菌、杆菌、酵母菌、产酶益生素及复合酶,上述所述微生态制剂的成分重量配比为:1~1.2:0.6~0.9:0.6~1.5:0.05~0.3:0.05~0.2;
所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在桶中放入10~15份水,温度为30~35℃;
(2)加入红糖1~1.2份并进行搅拌均匀,红糖加入方式为间隔性加入;
(3)按照重量配比称取微生态制剂的各个成分,称取2~3份的微生态制剂并加入到桶里的水中搅拌均匀,静置1~1.5小时;
(4)加入预混料2~5份并放入薄膜袋中进行发酵,所述的发酵在无杂菌环境下进行;
(5)3~5天后,闻到酒香味为发酵成熟;
(6)把发酵好的组分中含有的水分进行过滤出;
(7)把发酵好的组分在30~40℃条件下进行低温烘干;
(8)小麦次粉单独封装,即混即用。
作为改进的,所述的乳酸菌为嗜酸乳杆菌或由嗜酸乳杆菌与酸乳杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌或醋酸菌群其中的一种混合而成,混合比例为3~5:1~1.5。
作为改进的,所述的杆菌由枯草芽孢杆菌与纳豆芽孢杆菌及地衣芽孢杆菌中的至少一种混合组成,混合重量比为4.5~8:1.5~2。
作为改进的,所述的复合酶包括蛋白酶、消化酶、纤维素酶及β-葡聚糖酶。
作为改进的,所述的载体为豆粕、玉米粉及凹凸棒石粉的混合物,且各成分重量比为1~1.5:3~5:0.5~0.8。
作为改进的,所述小麦次粉能够作为载体使用。
作为改进的,所述小麦次粉的含水量不高于12%,粗蛋白不低于15%、粗灰分低于3%及粗纤维不高于5%。
作为改进的,在步骤(3)中,先加入固体菌种搅拌均匀,然后再加入液体菌种搅拌均匀。
作为改进的,所述预混料由维生素A乙酸酯、维生素D、α-生育酚乙酸酯、甲苯醌、硝酸硫胺、核黄素、烟酰胺、泛酸、蛋氨酸、微量元素(铜、锌、镁、锰)、益生菌、磷酸氢钙、氯化胆碱、石粉、氯化钠及乙氧基喹啉组成,所述预混料含有沸石粉作为稀释剂。
作为改进的,每千克饲料中的预混料成分含量为维生素A乙酸酯20~30万IU、维生素D80~14万IU、α-生育酚乙酸酯800~1200㎎、甲苯醌80㎎、硝酸硫胺70~80㎎、核黄素150~180㎎、烟酰胺800~1000㎎、泛酸350㎎、蛋氨酸4×104~6×104㎎、微量元素2.2×103~6.3×103㎎、益生菌100~400㎎、磷酸氢钙3×104~5×104㎎、氯化胆碱1200~2200㎎、氯化钠5×104~10×104㎎及乙氧基喹啉700~1000㎎。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明以小麦次粉作为混合剂,麦次粉中含有畜禽生长中所需的13种必需氨基酸,其中蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、苏氨酸含量均高于玉米和小麦,每公斤次粉总能量为3.90兆卡,可消化能(畜禽)为3.21兆卡,与小麦、玉米大致相同,但是成本更低,饲料中除了含有豆粕和玉米粉作为载体,还含有凹凸棒石,无害且含有多种畜禽所需元素,既节约了粮食和成本,又能提供畜所需元素,且稳定性和附着性好,乳酸菌具有抑制病原菌、调节免疫、促进消化和吸收、改善饲料转化率、降低舍内臭味等多项作用,能够促进畜禽的生长并能够预防畜禽的便秘、发烧及中暑等常见症状,增强畜禽的体质,酵母等活性菌体进入动物体内,可消耗胃肠道部分氧气,降低肠道氧化还原电位,加之其代谢产生的乙酸、乳酸等有机酸,利于维护肠道厌氧及酸性环境,芽孢杆菌为需氧菌,在生长过程中需要大量的氧气,进入动物肠道内,消耗大量的游离氧,降低了肠内氧浓度和氧化还原电势,改善了乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌等厌氧菌的生长环境,有利于厌氧菌的生长,保持肠道微生态系统的稳衡,同时使肠道中原本存在的需氧菌肠杆菌等的生长因缺氧受到抑制,提高动物机体抗病能力,减少胃肠道疾病发生几率,达到健康饲养,为人们提供健康食品。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明,并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例一
一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,所述的微生态复合饲料包括微生态制剂、预混料及小麦次粉,所述的微生态制剂包括乳酸菌1㎏(嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌)、杆菌0.6㎏(枯草芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌)、酵母菌1㎏、产酶益生素0.1㎏及复合酶0.1㎏(蛋白酶、消化酶、纤维素酶、β-葡聚糖酶);
所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在桶中放入10㎏水,温度为30℃;
(2)加入红糖1㎏并进行搅拌均匀,红糖加入方式为间隔性加入;
(3)微生态制剂加入到桶里的水中搅拌均匀,静置1小时;
(4)加入预混料4.2㎏并放入薄膜袋中进行发酵,闻到酒香味为发酵成熟;
(6)把发酵好的组分中含有的水分进行过滤出;
(7)把发酵好的组分在30℃条件下进行低温烘干;
使用时,小麦次粉通过即混即用的方式进行混合。
所述的乳酸菌为嗜酸乳杆菌或由嗜酸乳杆菌与酸乳杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌或醋酸菌群其中的一种混合而成,混合比例为3~5:1~1.5。

所述预混料由维生素A乙酸酯、维生素D、α-生育酚乙酸酯、甲苯醌、硝酸硫胺、核黄素、烟酰胺、泛酸、蛋氨酸、微量元素(铜、锌、镁、锰)、益生菌、磷酸氢钙、氯化胆碱、石粉、氯化钠及乙氧基喹啉组成,所述预混料含有沸石粉作为稀释剂。
每千克饲料中的预混料成分含量为维生素A乙酸酯30万IU、维生素D14万IU、α-生育酚乙酸酯1200㎎、甲苯醌80㎎、硝酸硫胺80㎎、核黄素180㎎、烟酰胺1000㎎、泛酸350㎎、蛋氨酸6×104㎎、微量元素6.3×103㎎、益生菌400㎎、磷酸氢钙5×104㎎、氯化胆碱2200㎎、氯化钠10×104㎎及乙氧基喹啉1000㎎。
加入小麦次粉前,发酵好的组分中先加入适量的豆粕、玉米粉及凹凸棒石粉的混合物,且各成分重量比为1:3:0.5,重量为50㎏,并混合均匀,然后再加入小麦次粉83㎏,之后进行混合均匀,并在混合过程中滴加1~2㎏豆油,预混料与微生态制剂制剂在总质量之比中配比为3:2,此配比及用量适用于蛋鸡养殖。
能够提高饲料转化率和提高蛋鸡的机体免疫力,降低饲料霉变而引发蛋鸡疾病的发病率,加强蛋壳腺的分泌功能。
实施例二
一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,所述的微生态复合饲料包括微生态制剂、预混料及小麦次粉,所述的微生态制剂包括乳酸菌1.2㎏(嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌)、杆菌0.8㎏(枯草芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌)、酵母菌1㎏、产酶益生素0.3㎏及复合酶0.2㎏(蛋白酶、消化酶、纤维素酶、β-葡聚糖酶);
所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在桶中放入12.5㎏水,温度为32℃;
(2)加入红糖1㎏并进行搅拌均匀,红糖加入方式为间隔性加入;
(3)微生态制剂加入到桶里的水中搅拌均匀,静置1.2小时;
(4)加入预混料3.5㎏并放入薄膜袋中进行发酵,闻到酒香味为发酵成熟;
(6)把发酵好的组分中含有的水分进行过滤出;
(7)把发酵好的组分在30℃条件下进行低温烘干;
使用时,小麦次粉通过即混即用的方式进行混合。

每千克饲料中的预混料成分含量为维生素A乙酸酯20万IU、维生素D80万IU、α-生育酚乙酸酯800㎎、甲苯醌80㎎、硝酸硫胺70㎎、核黄素150㎎、烟酰胺800㎎、泛酸350㎎、蛋氨酸4×104㎎、微量元素2.2×103㎎、益生菌100㎎、磷酸氢钙3×104㎎、氯化胆碱1200㎎、氯化钠5×104㎎及乙氧基喹啉700㎎。
加入小麦次粉前,发酵好的组分中先加入适量的豆粕、玉米粉及凹凸棒石粉的混合物,且各成分重量比为1:3:0.5,重量为10㎏,并混合均匀,然后再加入小麦次粉77.5㎏,之后进行混合均匀,并在混合过程中滴加1~2㎏豆油,预混料与微生态制剂制剂的质量配比为4:4,此配比适用于猪的养殖。
经过良好发酵的饲料蛋白质含量更高、有害的游离酚之类物质一般能大大减少,而且含有各种促生长物质。
母猪体况好,奶水足、产仔率高、断奶体重高、整齐;肥育猪体格健壮、对饲料的消化吸收率高,猪肉品质好。

Claims (9)
1.一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的微生态复合饲料包括微生态制剂、预混料及小麦次粉,所述的微生态制剂包括乳酸菌、杆菌、酵母菌、产酶益生素及复合酶,上述所述微生态制剂的成分重量配比为:1~1.2:0.6~0.9:0.6~1.5:0.05~0.3:0.05~0.2;
所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在桶中放入10~15份水,温度为30~35℃;
(2)加入红糖1~1.2份并进行搅拌均匀,红糖加入方式为间隔性加入;
(3)按照重量配比称取微生态制剂的各个成分,称取2~3份的微生态制剂并加入到桶里的水中搅拌均匀,静置1~1.5小时;
(4)加入预混料2~5份并放入薄膜袋中进行发酵,所述的发酵在无杂菌环境下进行;
(5)3~5天后,闻到酒香味为发酵成熟;
(6)把发酵好的组分中含有的水分进行过滤出;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的乳酸菌为嗜酸乳杆菌或由嗜酸乳杆菌与酸乳杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌或醋酸菌群其中的一种混合而成,混合比例为3~5:1~1.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的杆菌由枯草芽孢杆菌与纳豆芽孢杆菌及地衣芽孢杆菌中的至少一种混合组成,混合重量比为4.5~8:1.5~2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的复合酶包括蛋白酶、消化酶、纤维素酶及β-葡聚糖酶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的载体为豆粕、玉米粉及凹凸棒石粉的混合物,且各成分重量比为1~1.5:3~5:0.5~0.8。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述小麦次粉的含水量不高于12%,粗蛋白不低于15%、粗灰分低于3%及粗纤维不高于5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,先加入固体菌种搅拌均匀,然后再加入液体菌种搅拌均匀。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述预混料由维生素A乙酸酯、维生素D、α-生育酚乙酸酯、甲苯醌、硝酸硫胺、核黄素、烟酰胺、泛酸、蛋氨酸、微量元素、益生菌、磷酸氢钙、氯化胆碱、石粉、氯化钠及乙氧基喹啉组成,所述预混料含有沸石粉作为稀释剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种微生态复合饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,每千克饲料中的预混料成分含量为维生素A乙酸酯20~30万IU、维生素D80~14万IU、α-生育酚乙酸酯800~1200㎎、甲苯醌80㎎、硝酸硫胺70~80㎎、核黄素150~180㎎、烟酰胺800~1000㎎、泛酸350㎎、蛋氨酸4×104~6×104㎎、微量元素2.2×103~6.3×103㎎、益生菌100~400㎎、磷酸氢钙3×104~5×104㎎、氯化胆碱1200~2200㎎、氯化钠5×104~10×104㎎及乙氧基喹啉700~1000㎎。
