一种仿数码雕印工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿数码雕印工艺,属于印染工艺技术领域。
背景技术
长期以来,羊毛(绒)衫几乎是每个人冬、春、秋季必不可少的服装。由于穿着舒适、保暖性强、绒面丰满、手感柔软,特别有一种浮雕羊毛衫,它以具有形似浮雕凹凸图案,质地丰满、纹理朦胧、色彩柔和,在光照下反差强烈,给人以醒目的立体图案、手感滑腻构成独特的外观效果,深受广大消费者的喜爱。
在毛纤维里有绵羊毛、山羊毛、兔毛等。羊绒是从山羊毛上取得的绒毛,具有轻、细、柔、软、滑糯等特点,被称之为以克计量的“软黄金”。马海毛为安哥拉山羊毛,以毛长、粗犷的风格著称。兔毛细而轻软,抱合力差,通常与其他纤维混纺。绵羊毛通称羊毛,是纺织工业中重要的生产原材料。羊毛是一种复杂的天然纤维,主要包括蛋白质(97%)和类脂类(1%),是几种酶的理想基质物,如蛋白酶和脂肪酶。羊毛由鳞片细胞、皮质细胞和细胞膜复合物组成。由于鳞片的存在造成羊毛有了缩绒的特性。
羊毛衫印染,是指在羊毛衫上染色并印上一定色彩图案的工艺。如何获得美观且性能高的羊毛衫,印染工艺决定了质量的高低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种仿数码雕印工艺,以获得高品质的羊毛。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种仿数码雕印工艺,包括步骤:
(1)染色;
(2)印花:把染料用处理液化开,加入次硫酸氢钠甲醛混合液中,搅拌至染料充分溶解;用印花机在110℃下进行印花,并进行水分蒸发;
(3)气蒸:将印花后的羊毛在蒸箱中蒸,控制饱和蒸汽压力为0.4-0.6MPa,温度在98-104℃,蒸化时间为4-16min;
(4)水洗:常温,双氧水水洗;
(5)烘干,上柔顺剂定型。
本发明进一步设置为,所述染色步骤如下:(1)气蒸;(2)预定;(3)在气流缸中染色5-6小时;(4)两次皂洗确保无浮色;(5)定型。
本发明进一步设置为,所述染色步骤中使用的染料按照质量份包括氯化亚锡10-20份、雕印糊料25-50份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯10-15份、尿素3-4份、渗透剂3-4份、还原染料5-8份和水6-9份。
本发明进一步设置为,所述印花步骤中使用的染料包括雕白粉和纯碱,雕白粉的质量是纯碱的2-3倍,甘油的质量是纯碱的3-5倍。
本发明进一步设置为,在步骤(5)中,使用网带式烘干机,在松式状态下进行烘干;工艺条件为车速:30m/min、温度:110-120℃。
本发明进一步设置为,在步骤(2)中,处理液的配置过程为:向温水中加入质量为染料0.5%-1%的六偏磷酸钠,搅拌均匀;再加入甘油和低固体海藻酸盐,低固体海藻酸盐的质量为染料质量的0.5%-1.5%,低固体海藻酸盐用作增稠剂。
本发明进一步设置为,温水的温度为50-60℃。
海藻酸钠易溶于水,糊化性能良好,加入温水即可膨化,从而获得均匀的海藻酸钠糊。但水温不能超过60℃,否则粘度下降。漂白了海藻酸钠的粘度不如带有颜色的好。原糊的稳定性以PH值为5.8-11较好,值低于5.8会析出海藻酸而不溶于水,PH值高于11又会凝聚,它不耐强酸强碱,相迂时凝聚成块。该糊不耐重金属离子,如迂钙、铝、铁、锌、铜等两价以上的金属离子立即凝固不溶于水而析出。
配制方法:先将温水放入料桶内,加入六偏磷酸钠,在不断搅拌下,把海藻酸钠缓缓加入温水中,充分搅拌至均匀无粒状的糊,加水至总量,用碱调节PH值为为7-8备用。六偏磷酸钠是软水剂,它能络合水中、糊中的钙、镁等金属离子,以防止海藻酸钠生成沉淀。
经过本发明印染的羊毛染色牢度好,图案逼真,手感柔软,色泽鲜艳。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种仿数码雕印工艺,包括步骤:
(1)染色:(1)气蒸;(2)预定;(3)在气流缸中染色5小时;(4)两次皂洗确保无浮色;(5)定型。
染色步骤中使用的染料按照质量份包括氯化亚锡12份、雕印糊料25份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯15份、尿素4份、渗透剂4份、还原染料5份和水9份。
(2)印花:把染料用处理液化开,加入次硫酸氢钠甲醛混合液中,搅拌至染料充分溶解;用印花机在110℃下进行印花,并进行水分蒸发。印花步骤中使用的染料包括雕白粉和纯碱,雕白粉的质量是纯碱的2倍,甘油的质量是纯碱的3倍。处理液的配置过程为:向52℃的温水中加入质量为染料0.8%的六偏磷酸钠,搅拌均匀;再加入甘油和低固体海藻酸盐,低固体海藻酸盐的质量为染料质量的0.8%,低固体海藻酸盐用作增稠剂。
(3)气蒸:将印花后的羊毛在蒸箱中蒸,控制饱和蒸汽压力为0.4MPa,温度在104℃,蒸化时间为4min;
(4)水洗:常温,双氧水水洗;
(5)在120℃下烘干,上柔顺剂定型。
实施例2
一种仿数码雕印工艺,包括步骤:
(1)染色:(1)气蒸;(2)预定;(3)在气流缸中染色5小时;(4)两次皂洗确保无浮色;(5)定型。
染色步骤中使用的染料按照质量份包括氯化亚锡10份、雕印糊料29份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯10份、尿素3份、渗透剂3份、还原染料6份和水8份。
(2)印花:把染料用处理液化开,加入次硫酸氢钠甲醛混合液中,搅拌至染料充分溶解;用印花机在110℃下进行印花,并进行水分蒸发。印花步骤中使用的染料包括雕白粉和纯碱,雕白粉的质量是纯碱的3倍,甘油的质量是纯碱的4倍。处理液的配置过程为:向50℃的温水中加入质量为染料0.5%的六偏磷酸钠,搅拌均匀;再加入甘油和低固体海藻酸盐,低固体海藻酸盐的质量为染料质量的1.5%,低固体海藻酸盐用作增稠剂。
(3)气蒸:将印花后的羊毛在蒸箱中蒸,控制饱和蒸汽压力为0.6MPa,温度在104℃,蒸化时间为16min;
(4)水洗:常温,双氧水水洗;
(5)在118℃下烘干,上柔顺剂定型。
实施例3
一种仿数码雕印工艺,包括步骤:
(1)染色:(1)气蒸;(2)预定;(3)在气流缸中染色5.5小时;(4)两次皂洗确保无浮色;(5)定型。
染色步骤中使用的染料按照质量份包括氯化亚锡20份、雕印糊料38份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯14份、尿素4份、渗透剂4份、还原染料7份和水7份。
(2)印花:把染料用处理液化开,加入次硫酸氢钠甲醛混合液中,搅拌至染料充分溶解;用印花机在110℃下进行印花,并进行水分蒸发。印花步骤中使用的染料包括雕白粉和纯碱,雕白粉的质量是纯碱的2.5倍,甘油的质量是纯碱的5倍。处理液的配置过程为:向56℃的温水中加入质量为染料1%的六偏磷酸钠,搅拌均匀;再加入甘油和低固体海藻酸盐,低固体海藻酸盐的质量为染料质量的0.5%,低固体海藻酸盐用作增稠剂。
(3)气蒸:将印花后的羊毛在蒸箱中蒸,控制饱和蒸汽压力为0.4MPa,温度在98℃,蒸化时间为12min;
(4)水洗:常温,双氧水水洗;
(5)在116℃下烘干,上柔顺剂定型。
实施例4
一种仿数码雕印工艺,包括步骤:
(1)染色:(1)气蒸;(2)预定;(3)在气流缸中染色5.5小时;(4)两次皂洗确保无浮色;(5)定型。
染色步骤中使用的染料按照质量份包括氯化亚锡18份、雕印糊料46份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯13份、尿素3份、渗透剂3份、还原染料8份和水6份。
(2)印花:把染料用处理液化开,加入次硫酸氢钠甲醛混合液中,搅拌至染料充分溶解;用印花机在110℃下进行印花,并进行水分蒸发。印花步骤中使用的染料包括雕白粉和纯碱,雕白粉的质量是纯碱的2.5倍,甘油的质量是纯碱的5倍。处理液的配置过程为:向60℃的温水中加入质量为染料0.6%的六偏磷酸钠,搅拌均匀;再加入甘油和低固体海藻酸盐,低固体海藻酸盐的质量为染料质量的1.0%,低固体海藻酸盐用作增稠剂。
(3)气蒸:将印花后的羊毛在蒸箱中蒸,控制饱和蒸汽压力为0.5MPa,温度在100℃,蒸化时间为10min;
(4)水洗:常温,双氧水水洗;
(5)在113℃下烘干,上柔顺剂定型。
实施例5
一种仿数码雕印工艺,包括步骤:
(1)染色:(1)气蒸;(2)预定;(3)在气流缸中染色6小时;(4)两次皂洗确保无浮色;(5)定型。
染色步骤中使用的染料按照质量份包括氯化亚锡15份、雕印糊料50份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯12份、尿素4份、渗透剂4份、还原染料5份和水6份。
(2)印花:把染料用处理液化开,加入次硫酸氢钠甲醛混合液中,搅拌至染料充分溶解;用印花机在110℃下进行印花,并进行水分蒸发。印花步骤中使用的染料包括雕白粉和纯碱,雕白粉的质量是纯碱的3倍,甘油的质量是纯碱的4倍。处理液的配置过程为:向54℃的温水中加入质量为染料0.9%的六偏磷酸钠,搅拌均匀;再加入甘油和低固体海藻酸盐,低固体海藻酸盐的质量为染料质量的1.2%,低固体海藻酸盐用作增稠剂。
(3)气蒸:将印花后的羊毛在蒸箱中蒸,控制饱和蒸汽压力为0.5MPa,温度在102℃,蒸化时间为7min;
(4)水洗:常温,双氧水水洗;
(5)在110℃下烘干,上柔顺剂定型。

(1)染色;
(2)印花:把染料用处理液化开,加入次硫酸氢钠甲醛混合液中,搅拌至染料充分溶解;用印花机在110℃下进行印花,并进行水分蒸发;
(3)气蒸:将印花后的羊毛在蒸箱中蒸,控制饱和蒸汽压力为0.4-0.6MPa,温度在98-104℃,蒸化时间为4-16min;
(4)水洗:常温,双氧水水洗;
(5)烘干,上柔顺剂定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿数码雕印工艺,其特征在于,所述染色步骤如下:(1)气蒸;(2)预定;(3)在气流缸中染色5-6小时;(4)两次皂洗确保无浮色;(5)定型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仿数码雕印工艺,其特征在于,所述染色步骤中使用的染料按照质量份包括氯化亚锡10-20份、雕印糊料25-50份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯10-15份、尿素3-4份、渗透剂3-4份、还原染料5-8份和水6-9份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的仿数码雕印工艺,其特征在于,所述印花步骤中使用的染料包括雕白粉和纯碱,雕白粉的质量是纯碱的2-3倍,甘油的质量是纯碱的3-5倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的仿数码雕印工艺,其特征在于,在步骤(5)中,使用网带式烘干机,在松式状态下进行烘干;工艺条件为车速:30m/min、温度:110-120℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仿数码雕印工艺,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,处理液的配置过程为:向温水中加入质量为染料0.5%-1%的六偏磷酸钠,搅拌均匀;再加入甘油和低固体海藻酸盐,低固体海藻酸盐的质量为染料质量的0.5%-1.5%。
