Abstract

本发明公开了弹性多楔带用线绳,包括顶层、粘合层、强力线和压缩层,所述强力线为聚酯纤维编捻的线绳,所述聚酯纤维外围浸涂一层弹性涂层,所述弹性涂层的厚度为1‑5μm;所述线绳外围浸涂一层耐候性涂层,所述耐候性涂层的厚度为1‑5μm。本发明在聚酯纤维外围浸涂一层弹性涂层,在线绳外围浸涂一层耐候性涂层对最终成品弹性多楔带的张力保持和疲劳寿命有显著的提高。

弹性多楔带用线绳
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种传动带用骨架材料,具体的涉及弹性多楔带用线绳。
背景技术:
多楔带作为传递速度和动力的部件已在各领域得到广泛的应用,随着科技的进步,传递要求的提高,机械结构日趋小型化,传递结构也越来越紧凑,无需张紧机构的弹性多楔带应运而生。目前弹性多楔带骨架材料多运用模量较低的尼龙材质线绳,其特点为拉伸模量较低,易于拉长,便于安装,但其也存在拉伸模量低,张力保持率低,耐候性差等缺点,限制了其应用范围,聚酯线绳虽可克服以上问题,但其粘合性、耐久性等方面却存在严重不足。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供弹性多楔带用线绳,从而克服上述现有技术中的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了弹性多楔带用线绳包括顶层、粘合层、强力线和压缩层,所述强力线为聚酯纤维编捻的线绳,所述聚酯纤维外围浸涂一层弹性涂层,所述弹性涂层的厚度为1-5μm;线绳外围浸涂一层耐候性涂层,所述耐候性涂层的厚度为1-5μm。
所述聚酯纤维为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸-1,4-环己二甲酯纤维、聚-2,6-萘二酸乙二酯纤维其中的一种或者一种以上的混合材料。
所述弹性涂层包含以下重量比的组分:聚酯多元醇树脂50-70%、聚醚多元醇树脂10-20%、炭黑1-5%以及固化剂0.1-5%。
所述耐候性涂层包含以下重量比的组分:聚酯树脂70-80%、有机硅聚酯聚酯5-9.5%、炭黑1-5%、抗静电剂0.1-0.5%、固化剂0.1-5%。
所述线绳采用3股聚酯纤维编捻而成。
所述聚酯纤维的直径为10-15μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的弹性多楔带用线绳,聚酯纤维外围浸涂一层弹性涂层,能够有效保障聚酯纤维编捻成线绳时不受损伤,从而提高最终成品弹性多楔带的耐用性,并且浸涂工艺简单易操作;
(2)本发明的弹性多楔带用线绳,线绳外围浸涂一层耐候性涂层,能够有效提高最终成品弹性多楔带的耐候性,并且浸涂工艺简单易操作。

具体实施方式:

实施例1:
弹性多楔带用线绳包括顶层、粘合层、强力线和压缩层,所述强力线为聚酯纤维编捻的线绳,所述聚酯纤维外围浸涂一层弹性涂层,弹性涂层的厚度为3μm;所述线绳外围浸涂一层耐候性涂层,耐候性涂层的厚度为5μm。
所述聚酯纤维为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维。
所述弹性涂层包含以下重量比的组分:聚酯多元醇树脂70%、聚醚多元醇树脂120%、炭黑5%以及固化剂5%。
所述耐候性涂层包含以下重量比的组分:聚酯树脂80%、有机硅聚酯聚酯9.5%、炭黑5%、抗静电剂0.5%、固化剂5%。
所述线绳采用3股聚酯纤维编捻而成。
所述聚酯纤维的直径为12μm。
实施例2:
弹性多楔带用线绳包括顶层、粘合层、强力线和压缩层,所述强力线为聚酯纤维编捻的线绳,所述聚酯纤维外围浸涂一层弹性涂层,弹性涂层的厚度为3μm;所述线绳外围浸涂一层耐候性涂层,耐候性涂层的厚度为2μm。
所述聚酯纤维为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维的混合材料。
所述弹性涂层包含以下重量比的组分:聚酯多元醇树脂70%、聚醚多元醇树脂20%、炭黑5%以及固化剂5%。
所述耐候性涂层包含以下重量比的组分:聚酯树脂80%、有机硅聚酯聚酯9.5%、炭黑5%、抗静电剂0.5%、固化剂5%。
所述线绳采用3股聚酯纤维编捻而成。
所述聚酯纤维的直径为15μm。
对比实施例:
多楔带的强力线采用普通市售的线绳。
将实施例1、实施例2和对比实施例的多楔带均制成4PK100带型,进行对比实验。
600N张力下的静态张力保持的对比图如图2所示;
温度120℃、功率6KW以及初始张力600N条件下疲劳寿命的对比图如图3所示。
从图2和图3的结果可以看出,在聚酯纤维外围浸涂一层弹性涂层,在线绳外围浸涂一层耐候性涂层对最终成品弹性多楔带的张力保持和疲劳寿命有显著的提高。

Claims (6)

1.弹性多楔带用线绳,包括顶层、粘合层、强力线和压缩层,所述强力线为聚酯纤维编捻的线绳,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维外围浸涂一层弹性涂层,所述弹性涂层的厚度为1-5μm;所述线绳外围浸涂一层耐候性涂层,所述耐候性涂层的厚度为1-5μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性多楔带用线绳,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸-1,4-环己二甲酯纤维、聚-2,6-萘二酸乙二酯纤维其中的一种或者一种以上的混合材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性多楔带用线绳,其特征在于:所述弹性涂层包含以下重量比的组分:聚酯多元醇树脂50-70%、聚醚多元醇树脂10-20%、炭黑1-5%以及固化剂0.1-5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的弹性多楔带用线绳,其特征在于:所述耐候性涂层包含以下重量比的组分:聚酯树脂70-80%、有机硅聚酯聚酯5-9.5%、炭黑1-5%、抗静电剂0.1-0.5%、固化剂0.1-5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹性多楔带用线绳,其特征在于:所述线绳采用3股聚酯纤维编捻而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的弹性多楔带用线绳,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维的直径为10-15μm。
