本发明是一种涤纶布料节水印染工艺,所述印花工艺包括如下步骤:(1)预处理(2)预定型(3)印花:用印花浆对预定型后的涤纶布进行印花处理,印花温度45‑50℃,其中:印花浆由以下重量份的原料制成:海藻酸钠糊12‑30份,羧甲基纤维素或淀粉糊2‑9份,尿素1‑3份,甘油2‑6份,去离子水20‑60份;(4)烘干(5)固色(6)水洗(7)烘干后得到印花的涤纶布。本发明采用了特殊的印花浆,成本低廉,着色效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于放置印染技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种涤纶布料节水印染工艺。
背景技术
涤纶是疏水性的热塑性纤维,涤纶面料的吸湿性比较差,普通的工艺以及印花浆的着色效果比较差,已经不能满足目前生产需要。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种涤纶布的高效的平网印花工艺,该工艺简单、所使用的印花浆成分简单,涤纶布的着色效果好。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种涤纶布料节水印染工艺,所述印花工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:采用热风机对涤纶布表面上的杂质进行去除;
(2)预定型:将预处理后的涤纶布放在定型机上进行定型,定型温度为170-210℃,定型机车速为30-40m/min;
(3)印花:用印花浆对预定型后的涤纶布进行印花处理,印花温度45-50℃,其中:印花浆由以下重量份的原料制成:海藻酸钠糊12-30份,羧甲基纤维素或淀粉糊2-9份,尿素1-3份,甘油2-6份,去离子水20-60份;
(4)烘干:对印花后的涤纶布进行烘干,烘干温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为2min;
(5)固色:将上述处理后的涤纶布放入蒸箱内进行蒸化固色,蒸箱内的温度为155-175℃, 蒸化时间3-10 min,饱和蒸汽进汽压力0.4~0.5 Mpa;
(6)水洗:将固色后的涤纶布放入水中洗涤3-15分钟后脱水;
(7)烘干:将水洗后的涤纶布放在烘干机上烘干,烘干温度为130-170℃,烘干时间为0.5-1.5min,烘干后得到印花的涤纶布。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的印花工艺将取得的涤纶布去除杂质,并且热定型,可以避免涤纶布这一特殊材料在后期印染时收缩,并且采用了特殊的印花浆,成本低廉,着色效果好,海藻酸钠糊:印透性好,印层薄,块面花型时较均匀,羧甲基纤维素或淀粉糊:给色量高,花纹轮廓清晰、均匀性好, 尿素加速蒸化时纤维对染料的吸附、扩散;防止某些含有氨基的分散染料的氧化变色。
本发明工艺简单、新颖,采用的印花浆料能有效的在涤纶布上面进行着色。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如实施例所示,本发明是一种涤纶布料节水印染工艺,所述印花工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:采用热风机对涤纶布表面上的杂质进行去除;
(2)预定型:将预处理后的涤纶布放在定型机上进行定型,定型温度为170-210℃,定型机车速为30-40m/min;将涤纶布去除杂质,然后使得涤纶不经过定型机进行热定型处理,避免涤纶布的收缩;
(3)印花:用印花浆对预定型后的涤纶布进行印花处理,印花温度45-50℃,其中:印花浆由以下重量份的原料制成:海藻酸钠糊12-30份,羧甲基纤维素或淀粉糊2-9份,尿素1-3份,甘油2-6份,去离子水20-60份;
(4)烘干:对印花后的涤纶布进行烘干,烘干温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为2min;
(5)固色:将上述处理后的涤纶布放入蒸箱内进行蒸化固色,蒸箱内的温度为155-175℃, 蒸化时间3-10 min,饱和蒸汽进汽压力0.4~0.5 Mpa;
(6)水洗:将固色后的涤纶布放入水中洗涤3-15分钟后脱水;
(7)烘干:将水洗后的涤纶布放在烘干机上烘干,烘干温度为130-170℃,烘干时间为0.5-1.5min,烘干后得到印花的涤纶布。
实施例一

(2)预定型:将预处理后的涤纶布放在定型机上进行定型,定型温度为180℃,定型机车速为30m/min;将涤纶布去除杂质,然后使得涤纶不经过定型机进行热定型处理,避免涤纶布的收缩;
(3)印花:用印花浆对预定型后的涤纶布进行印花处理,印花温度45-50℃,其中:印花浆由以下重量份的原料制成:海藻酸钠糊30份,羧甲基纤维素2份,尿素1份,甘油2份,去离子水30份;
(4)烘干:对印花后的涤纶布进行烘干,烘干温度为-100℃,烘干时间为2min;
(5)固色:将上述处理后的涤纶布放入蒸箱内进行蒸化固色,蒸箱内的温度为155℃,蒸化时间5min,饱和蒸汽进汽压力0.4 Mpa;
(6)水洗:将固色后的涤纶布放入水中洗涤5分钟后脱水;
(7)烘干:将水洗后的涤纶布放在烘干机上烘干,烘干温度为150℃,烘干时间为1min,烘干后得到印花的涤纶布。
实施例二
本发明是一种涤纶布料节水印染工艺,所述印花工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:采用热风机对涤纶布表面上的杂质进行去除;
(2)预定型:将预处理后的涤纶布放在定型机上进行定型,定型温度为185℃,定型机车速为40m/min;将涤纶布去除杂质,然后使得涤纶不经过定型机进行热定型处理,避免涤纶布的收缩;
(3)印花:用印花浆对预定型后的涤纶布进行印花处理,印花温度45-50℃,其中:印花浆由以下重量份的原料制成:海藻酸钠糊20份,羧甲基纤维素或淀粉糊4份,尿素1份,甘油3份,去离子水30份;
(4)烘干:对印花后的涤纶布进行烘干,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为2min;
(5)固色:将上述处理后的涤纶布放入蒸箱内进行蒸化固色,蒸箱内的温度为175℃,蒸化时间10 min,饱和蒸汽进汽压力0.4 Mpa;
(6)水洗:将固色后的涤纶布放入水中洗涤10分钟后脱水;
(7)烘干:将水洗后的涤纶布放在烘干机上烘干,烘干温度为140℃,烘干时间为0.5min,烘干后得到印花的涤纶布。
实施例三
本发明是一种涤纶布料节水印染工艺,所述印花工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:采用热风机对涤纶布表面上的杂质进行去除;
(2)预定型:将预处理后的涤纶布放在定型机上进行定型,定型温度为190℃,定型机车速为40m/min;将涤纶布去除杂质,然后使得涤纶不经过定型机进行热定型处理,避免涤纶布的收缩;
(3)印花:用印花浆对预定型后的涤纶布进行印花处理,印花温度50℃,其中:印花浆由以下重量份的原料制成:海藻酸钠糊23份,羧甲基纤维素或淀粉糊8份,尿素2份,甘油5份,去离子水40份;
(4)烘干:对印花后的涤纶布进行烘干,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为2min;
(5)固色:将上述处理后的涤纶布放入蒸箱内进行蒸化固色,蒸箱内的温度为165℃,蒸化时间5 min,饱和蒸汽进汽压力0.5 Mpa;
(6)水洗:将固色后的涤纶布放入水中洗涤3分钟后脱水;
(7)烘干:将水洗后的涤纶布放在烘干机上烘干,烘干温度为170℃,烘干时间为0.5min,烘干后得到印花的涤纶布。
对实施例一、实施例二、实施例三制得的涤纶布进行水洗和皂洗后进行色牢度检测,结果如下表:
由上表可以看出,本发明制得的印花涤纶布经过多洗水洗和皂洗之后织物上面的印花依然很规整,而且本发明的工艺简单、生产成本低廉。

1.一种涤纶布料节水印染工艺,其特征在于:所述印花工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:采用热风机对涤纶布表面上的杂质进行去除;
(2)预定型:将预处理后的涤纶布放在定型机上进行定型,定型温度为170-210℃,定型机车速为30-40m/min;
(3)印花:用印花浆对预定型后的涤纶布进行印花处理,印花温度45-50℃,其中:印花浆由以下重量份的原料制成:海藻酸钠糊12-30份,羧甲基纤维素或淀粉糊2-9份,尿素1-3份,甘油2-6份,去离子水20-60份;
(4)烘干:对印花后的涤纶布进行烘干,烘干温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为2min;
(5)固色:将上述处理后的涤纶布放入蒸箱内进行蒸化固色,蒸箱内的温度为155-175℃, 蒸化时间3-10 min,饱和蒸汽进汽压力0.4~0.5 Mpa;
(6)水洗:将固色后的涤纶布放入水中洗涤3-15分钟后脱水;
(7)烘干:将水洗后的涤纶布放在烘干机上烘干,烘干温度为130-170℃,烘干时间为0.5-1.5min,烘干后得到印花的涤纶布。
