背景技术
一支成品烟是由几十种烟用材料组成的,除烟丝、烟用香精和水松纸等主要组分外,粘接滤棒、卷烟纸、水松纸及包装盒用胶粘剂也是成品烟中不容忽视的辅料之一。卷烟胶包括接嘴胶(用量相对最大)、滤棒胶、中缝胶、贴花胶、小盒封包胶和大盒包装胶等几大类型,通常用于滤嘴棒的制造、卷烟纸的卷制、滤嘴的接装、小盒包装、条盒包装、金拉线粘接、封箱和贴标签等工艺。卷烟胶必须具备的主要性能是:不含有机溶剂,无毒、无异味和无污染;具有适宜的粘度及良好的稳定性(如储存稳定性、机械稳定性等);粘接速率快喷涂均匀和粘接平滑等。这就要求了卷烟胶粘度适中,粘度太高,影响其流动性;粘度太低,影响其胶粘效果。
卷烟胶是在聚醋酸乙烯(PVAc)乳液的基础上发展起来的。目前已研制出的卷烟胶主要是乳液胶,除了PVAc乳液,还有醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(VAE),这两种乳液胶的价格高,安全性低,燃烧时释放出的气体影响到烟支的品质和口感。单组分的PVAc乳液在卷烟工业应用中存在一定的缺陷,如耐水性、耐寒性、稳定性差等。同时,由于它玻璃化温度较高,初粘性低,干后烟支手感不好,而不能适用于高速卷烟机。为了提高其性能,人们对其进行了改性,改性后的乳液胶性能虽然有所提高,但是成本也随之提高。近年来,随着人们环保意识的增强,淀粉也随之进入人们的视线。淀粉为绿色产品,是应用广泛的可再生天然高分子材料,对人体无害。研究人员通过对淀粉进行物理、化学、生物等改性方法使淀粉胶粘剂的性能得到很大改善。但是目前传统的卷烟胶还存在胶粘强度不佳的问题,因此还需对其进行研究。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对传统卷烟胶初粘力不佳的问题,提供了一种卷烟胶的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)将壳聚糖与水按质量比1:10~1:12混合,并调节pH至4.0~5.0,得壳聚糖溶液,将预处理醋酯纤维与壳聚糖溶液按质量比1:5~1:6混合,浸泡,过滤,干燥,得改性醋酯纤维;
(2)将甲苯二异氰酸酯与聚醚二醇按质量比2:1~3:1混合,真空加热搅拌反应后,得聚氨酯预聚物,将聚氨酯预聚物与丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯按质量比3:1~5:1混合,真空搅拌反应,得交联剂;
(3)将乳化剂与水按质量比1:8~1:15混合,并加入乳化剂质量0.6~1.0倍的pH缓冲剂,搅拌混合后,得混合液,将丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸丁酯按质量比1:1~2:1混合,并加入丙烯酸甲酯质量0.08~0.10倍的交联剂,搅拌混合,得丙烯酸甲酯混合物,将丙烯酸甲酯混合物与混合液按质量比1:5~1:8混合,并加入丙烯酸甲酯混合物质量0.1~0.3倍硅酸钠,搅拌混合后,得坯料混合物,将坯料混合物与引发剂按质量比100:1~100:2混合,搅拌反应后,降温,调节pH,过滤,得添加剂;
(4)将添加剂与硅酸钠按质量比8:1~8:2混合,并加入添加剂质量0.1~0.2倍的改性醋酯纤维,搅拌混合后,得卷烟胶坯料,将卷烟胶坯料与戊二醛按质量比30:1~40:1混合,并加入卷烟胶坯料质量0.02~0.04倍的聚酰胺改性氢化蓖麻油和卷烟胶坯料质量0.10~0.12倍的乳化剂,搅拌混合后,得卷烟胶。
步骤(1)所述的壳聚糖为脱乙酰度80~90%的壳聚糖混合物。
步骤(1)所述预处理醋酯纤维为将纤维素酶与水按质量比1:10~1:12混合,并加入水质量0.3~0.5倍的醋酯纤维,浸泡,过滤,干燥,得预处理醋酯纤维。
步骤(2)所述聚醚二醇的分子量为1000~1500。
所述乳化剂为乳化剂OP-10,十二烷基苯磺酸钠或乳化剂OS中任意一种。
步骤(3)所述pH缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠或四硼酸钠中任意一种。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明在制备卷烟胶时加入改性醋酯纤维,首先,改性醋酯纤维的加入可提高产品固化后,产品内部的内聚力,从而使产品的胶粘强度提高,并且,醋酯纤维在经过改性后比表面积增大,且表面部分壳聚糖形成交联,从而使产品在使用后,可对烟气中的有害物质进行吸附,并且一定程度上提高产品的初粘力,其次,改性醋酯纤维在加入产品中后具有一定的助燃作用,从而使卷烟燃烧更加充分,进而减少有害成分的释放;
(2)本发明在制备卷烟胶时加入添加剂,一方面,添加剂中加入交联剂使丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸丁酯发生微交联,在加入产品中后,可提高产品的内聚强度,从而使产品具有较好的初粘力,另一方面,添加剂在加入产品中后,可随产品的固化而固化,从而在固化的硅酸钠表面形成一层保护膜,进而使产品固化后的耐水性能提高,使产品的粘结强度提高,并且,加入的添加剂和改性醋酯纤维可在卷烟燃烧时部分消耗,从而使产品变为多孔结构,可吸附烟气中的有害物质,进而提高产品的环保性。
具体实施方式

将纤维素酶与水按质量比1:12混合,并向纤维素酶与水的混合物中加入水质量0.5倍的醋酯纤维,于室温条件下浸泡30min后,过滤,得滤渣,将滤渣于温为95℃的条件下干燥30min后,得预处理醋酯纤维;将壳聚糖与水按质量比1:12混合于烧杯中,并用质量分数为20%的乙酸调节烧杯内物料pH至5.0,得壳聚糖溶液,将预处理醋酯纤维与壳聚糖溶液按质量比1:6混合,于室温条件下浸泡20min后,过滤,得滤饼,将滤饼于温度为90℃的条件下干燥50min,得改性醋酯纤维;将甲苯二异氰酸酯与聚醚二醇按质量比3:1混合于烧瓶中,将烧瓶内抽真空,并于温度为75℃,转速为400r/min的条件下搅拌反应3h后,得聚氨酯预聚物,将聚氨酯预聚物与丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯按质量比5:1混合,于真空环境中,温度为85℃,转速为350r/min的条件下搅拌反应150min后,得交联剂;将乳化剂与水按质量比1:15混合于锥形瓶中,并向锥形瓶中加入乳化剂质量1.0倍的pH缓冲剂,于温度为50℃,转速为600r/min的条件下搅拌混合30min后,得混合液,将丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸丁酯按质量比2:1混合,并向丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸丁酯的混合物中加入丙烯酸甲酯质量0.10倍的交联剂,于温度为65℃,转速为450r/min的条件下搅拌混合50min后,得丙烯酸甲酯混合物,将丙烯酸甲酯混合物与混合液按质量比1:8混合于四口烧瓶中,并向四口烧瓶中加入丙烯酸甲酯混合物质量0.3倍硅酸钠,于温度为65℃,转速为400r/min的条件下搅拌混合30min后,得坯料混合物,将坯料混合物与引发剂按质量比100:2混合,于温度为85℃,转速为450r/min的条件下搅拌反应3h后,降至室温,得反应物,并用质量分数为18%的氨水调节反应物的pH至8.0,出料,过80目筛,得添加剂;将添加剂与硅酸钠按质量比8:2混合于搅拌机中,并先搅拌机中加入添加剂质量0.2倍的改性醋酯纤维,于温度为50℃,转速为350r/min的条件下搅拌混合30min后,得卷烟胶坯料,将卷烟胶坯料与戊二醛按质量比40:1混合于混料机中,并向混料机中加入卷烟胶坯料质量0.04倍的聚酰胺改性氢化蓖麻油和卷烟胶坯料质量0.12倍的乳化剂,于温度为65℃,转速为600r/min的条件下搅拌混合50min后,得卷烟胶。所述的壳聚糖为脱乙酰度90%的壳聚糖混合物。所述聚醚二醇的分子量为1500。所述乳化剂为乳化剂OP-10。所述pH缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠。所述引发剂为过硫酸钾。
实例2
将甲苯二异氰酸酯与聚醚二醇按质量比3:1混合于烧瓶中,将烧瓶内抽真空,并于温度为75℃,转速为400r/min的条件下搅拌反应3h后,得聚氨酯预聚物,将聚氨酯预聚物与丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯按质量比5:1混合,于真空环境中,温度为85℃,转速为350r/min的条件下搅拌反应150min后,得交联剂;将乳化剂与水按质量比1:15混合于锥形瓶中,并向锥形瓶中加入乳化剂质量1.0倍的pH缓冲剂,于温度为50℃,转速为600r/min的条件下搅拌混合30min后,得混合液,将丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸丁酯按质量比2:1混合,并向丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸丁酯的混合物中加入丙烯酸甲酯质量0.10倍的交联剂,于温度为65℃,转速为450r/min的条件下搅拌混合50min后,得丙烯酸甲酯混合物,将丙烯酸甲酯混合物与混合液按质量比1:8混合于四口烧瓶中,并向四口烧瓶中加入丙烯酸甲酯混合物质量0.3倍硅酸钠,于温度为65℃,转速为400r/min的条件下搅拌混合30min后,得坯料混合物,将坯料混合物与引发剂按质量比100:2混合,于温度为85℃,转速为450r/min的条件下搅拌反应3h后,降至室温,得反应物,并用质量分数为18%的氨水调节反应物的pH至8.0,出料,过80目筛,得添加剂;将添加剂与硅酸钠按质量比8:2混合于搅拌机中,并先搅拌机中加入添加剂质量0.2倍的醋酯纤维,于温度为50℃,转速为350r/min的条件下搅拌混合30min后,得卷烟胶坯料,将卷烟胶坯料与戊二醛按质量比40:1混合于混料机中,并向混料机中加入卷烟胶坯料质量0.04倍的聚酰胺改性氢化蓖麻油和卷烟胶坯料质量0.12倍的乳化剂,于温度为65℃,转速为600r/min的条件下搅拌混合50min后,得卷烟胶。所述的壳聚糖为脱乙酰度90%的壳聚糖混合物。所述聚醚二醇的分子量为1500。所述乳化剂为乳化剂OP-10。所述pH缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠。所述引发剂为过硫酸钾。

对比例:上海某化工技术有限公司生产的卷烟胶。
将实例1至4所得卷烟胶和对比例产品进行性能检测,具体检测方法如下:
初粘力:按照GB/T31125标准,采用电子万能实验机进行测定(负荷为50N;用纸环形周长为127mm,接触面尺寸为24mm×24mm;样品预先于25℃恒温24h,温度控制在25℃,拉伸速率为300mm/min;样品取5次平行数据,试样厚度约150μm)。具体检测结果如表1所示:

由表1检测结果可知,本发明所得卷烟胶的初粘力得到了有效提高。

Claims (7)

1.一种卷烟胶的制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备步骤为:
(1)将壳聚糖与水按质量比1:10~1:12混合,并调节pH至4.0~5.0,得壳聚糖溶液,将预处理醋酯纤维与壳聚糖溶液按质量比1:5~1:6混合,浸泡,过滤,干燥,得改性醋酯纤维;
(2)将甲苯二异氰酸酯与聚醚二醇按质量比2:1~3:1混合,真空加热搅拌反应后,得聚氨酯预聚物,将聚氨酯预聚物与丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯按质量比3:1~5:1混合,真空搅拌反应,得交联剂;
(3)将乳化剂与水按质量比1:8~1:15混合,并加入乳化剂质量0.6~1.0倍的pH缓冲剂,搅拌混合后,得混合液,将丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸丁酯按质量比1:1~2:1混合,并加入丙烯酸甲酯质量0.08~0.10倍的交联剂,搅拌混合,得丙烯酸甲酯混合物,将丙烯酸甲酯混合物与混合液按质量比1:5~1:8混合,并加入丙烯酸甲酯混合物质量0.1~0.3倍硅酸钠,搅拌混合后,得坯料混合物,将坯料混合物与引发剂按质量比100:1~100:2混合,搅拌反应后,降温,调节pH,过滤,得添加剂;
(4)将添加剂与硅酸钠按质量比8:1~8:2混合,并加入添加剂质量0.1~0.2倍的改性醋酯纤维,搅拌混合后,得卷烟胶坯料,将卷烟胶坯料与戊二醛按质量比30:1~40:1混合,并加入卷烟胶坯料质量0.02~0.04倍的聚酰胺改性氢化蓖麻油和卷烟胶坯料质量0.10~0.12倍的乳化剂,搅拌混合后,得卷烟胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述的壳聚糖为脱乙酰度80~90%的壳聚糖混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述预处理醋酯纤维为将纤维素酶与水按质量比1:10~1:12混合,并加入水质量0.3~0.5倍的醋酯纤维,浸泡,过滤,干燥,得预处理醋酯纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述聚醚二醇的分子量为1000~1500。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为乳化剂OP-10,十二烷基苯磺酸钠或乳化剂OS中任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述pH缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠或四硼酸钠中任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述引发剂为过硫酸钾,过硫酸铵或过硫酸钠中任意一种。
