本发明涉及家纺领域,尤其涉及一种抗辐射保健复合面料。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的需求已经不再停留在保暖、舒适、御寒等方面了,现有的纺织品已经逐步趋向于多功能化的方向靠近,使产品逐步满足人们的生活需要,现代人的生活水平日益提高,人们越来越注重保健养生这方面,随着现在生活中的电子产品越来越多,人们生活中充满了辐射,有些辐射还会对人们产生危害,而且现有人们因为电子产品越来越多运动量变少,人们处在亚健康的状态。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种抗辐射保健复合面料。
技术方案:一种抗辐射保健复合面料,所述的抗辐射保健复合面料由下列组份按照重量份数组成:罗布麻纤维20-25份、coolmax纤维10-17份、棉纤维7-15份、聚酯纤维8-12份、银纤维8-12份。
优选的,所述上述罗布麻纤维、coolmax纤维、棉纤维、聚酯纤维、银纤维均为纤维丝。
一种抗辐射保健复合面料的制备方法,其方法如下:
1)将上述配方进行充分而均匀地混合,并去除混合纤维中的杂质,制成合乎要求、厚薄均匀的混合层;
2)先将步骤1中的混合层分成分成混合层块,再将混合层块分解成单纤维状态,改善纤维伸直、平行状态;同时并清除棉卷中的细小杂质及短绒,使纤维进一步充分均匀混合;制成符合要求的混合条;
3) 将若干根混合条放入加捻机中进行并合、牵伸,制成边缘平整、层次清晰的小卷,即成混合线;
4)将混合线采用相应的纺织工艺制备成所需的面料。
有益效果:本发明的面料柔软舒适,具有良好的穿着舒适性,吸湿透气,抗静电,防辐射,除臭,抗菌,抗过敏、改善人体微循环。

1.一种抗辐射保健复合面料,其特征在于:所述的抗辐射保健复合面料由下列组份按照重量份数组成:罗布麻纤维20-25份、coolmax纤维10-17份、棉纤维7-15份、聚酯纤维8-12份、银纤维8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种美容型面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述上述罗布麻纤维、coolmax纤维、棉纤维、聚酯纤维、银纤维均为纤维丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抗辐射保健复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:其方法如下:
