背景技术
亚麻是人类最早使用的天然植物纤维,距今已有一万年以上的历史。亚麻是纯天然纤维,由于其具有吸汗、透气性良好和对人体无害等显著特点,亚麻织成的衣物深受人们的喜爱,在当今的面料市场上占有一定的份额。
但是纯亚麻的织物成纱支数低、纱线刚度大、条干均匀度差,其质感较为毛刺,不具备柔软蓬松的手感,且由于纺纱的工艺纤维比其他原料的纤维粗、硬,纺出来的纱织成的布很粗硬,不柔软没有弹性,而且亚麻的混纺难度大,目前缺乏较为完善的亚麻混纺手段。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:选料,从亚麻韧皮部的茎纤维中制取亚麻纤维,经过半脱胶方法获得的束状纤维;
S2:压轧,将S1中的束状纤维压轧成整齐的亚麻段;
S3:打麻,将亚麻段加工成的10~20根单纤维组成的工艺纤维;
S4:配料,选择处理好的亚麻纤维和舒弹丝为原料,舒弹丝为细度2-6d的弹性聚酯纤维,其中亚麻纤维含量为总质量的15%-85% ,舒弹丝原料含量为质量的15%~85%,混合成混纺纱线;
S5:改性,将混纺纱线在氢氧化钠、尿素和渗透剂混合溶液中在70-80℃条件下浸泡0.5-1h;
S6:阳离子溶液浸泡处理,将混纺纱线放入阳离子溶液中,浴比为1:10-15,升温至50-60 ℃,保温时间为4-5h;
S7:水洗处理将混纺纱线放入酸性溶液中,升温至70-80℃,搅拌25-30分钟后排水,放入清水搅拌5-10分钟后排水;
S8:洗涤,90℃清水洗涤15分钟,,再在浓度为1.5g/L的醋酸中洗涤10分钟,之后清水洗涤;
S9:晾干,在温度90℃下用烘干机烘干三小时,出炉温度为70-80℃,再自然晾干;
S10:并纱,通过并线机将4-6根混纺纱线并为一根粗纱;
S11:粗纱,用粗纱机对混纺纱线进行纺粗纱;
S12:粗纱溶膨煮漂,对粗纱进行煮漂处理,溶液中含纯碱20g/L,双氧水30g/L,温度为95℃,时间为30分钟,完成后漂洗,之后再进行洗涤,90℃清水洗涤10分钟,80℃清水洗涤10分钟,再在浓度为1g/L的醋酸中洗涤10分钟,之后清水洗涤;
S13:细纱,通过细纱机将煮好的粗纱纺成细纱;
S14:挑纱,人工挑选纱线,对颜色相同的纱线进行分类挑选;
S15:络筒,用络筒机络出纱团;
S16:打包,成品包装后存放。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明提供一种技术方案:亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:选料,从亚麻韧皮部的茎纤维中制取亚麻纤维,经过半脱胶方法获得的束状纤维;
S2:压轧,将S1中的束状纤维压轧成整齐的亚麻段;
S3:打麻,将亚麻段加工成的10~20根单纤维组成的工艺纤维;
S4:配料,选择处理好的亚麻纤维和舒弹丝为原料,舒弹丝为细度2-6d的弹性聚酯纤维,其中亚麻纤维含量为总质量的15%-85% ,舒弹丝原料含量为质量的15%~85%,混合成混纺纱线;
S5:改性,将混纺纱线在氢氧化钠、尿素和渗透剂混合溶液中在70-80℃条件下浸泡0.5-1h;
S6:阳离子溶液浸泡处理,将混纺纱线放入阳离子溶液中,浴比为1:10-15,升温至50-60 ℃,保温时间为4-5h;
S7:水洗处理将混纺纱线放入酸性溶液中,升温至70-80℃,搅拌25-30分钟后排水,放入清水搅拌5-10分钟后排水;
S8:洗涤,90℃清水洗涤15分钟,,再在浓度为1.5g/L的醋酸中洗涤10分钟,之后清水洗涤;
S9:晾干,在温度90℃下用烘干机烘干三小时,出炉温度为70-80℃,再自然晾干;
S10:并纱,通过并线机将4-6根混纺纱线并为一根粗纱;
S11:粗纱,用粗纱机对混纺纱线进行纺粗纱;
S12:粗纱溶膨煮漂,对粗纱进行煮漂处理,溶液中含纯碱20g/L,双氧水30g/L,温度为95℃,时间为30分钟,完成后漂洗,之后再进行洗涤,90℃清水洗涤10分钟,80℃清水洗涤10分钟,再在浓度为1g/L的醋酸中洗涤10分钟,之后清水洗涤;
S13:细纱,通过细纱机将煮好的粗纱纺成细纱;
S14:挑纱,人工挑选纱线,对颜色相同的纱线进行分类挑选;
S15:络筒,用络筒机络出纱团;
S16:打包,成品包装后存放。
其中,S1中所述的半脱胶方法为冷水脱胶法、汽蒸脱胶法或雨露脱胶法中的一种,脱胶时间短,不需大面积沤麻场地,并能稳定的提高纤维质量,不造成环境污染。

S4:配料,选择处理好的亚麻纤维和舒弹丝为原料,舒弹丝为细度2-6d的弹性聚酯纤维,其中亚麻纤维含量为总质量的15%-85% ,舒弹丝原料含量为质量的15%~85%,混合成混纺纱线;
S5:改性,将混纺纱线在氢氧化钠、尿素和渗透剂混合溶液中在70-80℃条件下浸泡0.5-1h;
S6:阳离子溶液浸泡处理,将混纺纱线放入阳离子溶液中,浴比为1:10-15,升温至50-60 ℃,保温时间为4-5h;
S7:水洗处理将混纺纱线放入酸性溶液中,升温至70-80℃,搅拌25-30分钟后排水,放入清水搅拌5-10分钟后排水;
S8:洗涤,90℃清水洗涤15分钟,,再在浓度为1.5g/L的醋酸中洗涤10分钟,之后清水洗涤;
S9:晾干,在温度90℃下用烘干机烘干三小时,出炉温度为70-80℃,再自然晾干;
S10:并纱,通过并线机将4-6根混纺纱线并为一根粗纱;
S11:粗纱,用粗纱机对混纺纱线进行纺粗纱;
S12:粗纱溶膨煮漂,对粗纱进行煮漂处理,溶液中含纯碱20g/L,双氧水30g/L,温度为95℃,时间为30分钟,完成后漂洗,之后再进行洗涤,90℃清水洗涤10分钟,80℃清水洗涤10分钟,再在浓度为1g/L的醋酸中洗涤10分钟,之后清水洗涤;
S13:细纱,通过细纱机将煮好的粗纱纺成细纱;
S14:挑纱,人工挑选纱线,对颜色相同的纱线进行分类挑选;
S15:络筒,用络筒机络出纱团;
S16:打包,成品包装后存放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于:S1中所述的半脱胶方法为冷水脱胶法、汽蒸脱胶法或雨露脱胶法中的一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于:脱胶后每束束状纤维有30-50根单纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的S7中酸性溶液为冰醋酸或者硼酸。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,在S8洗涤后,S9晾干前进行上油步骤,上油为将放入含有 2%柔软剂的水中中浸泡 2-3 小时。
6.根据权利要求5所述的亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述柔软剂为氨基硅油或者弹性硅油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述细纱的细度Ne为5s~30s,其中12s、17s、21s为最优细度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述细纱织造前要进行加捻处理,单纱选用Z捻形式,股线S 捻形式。
9.权利要求1所述的亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线的生产工艺所制备得到的亚麻舒弹丝混纺纱线及其制品。
