本发明公开了一种具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,包括:防紫外线混纺纱线、防静电混纺纱线、负离子改性氨纶纱和涤纶凉爽纤维纱;其中,所述防紫外线混纺纱线和负离子改性氨纶纱复合为经纱,所述防静电混纺纱线和涤纶凉爽纤维纱复合为纬纱;所述经纱和纬纱按设定的组织结构在织机上编织成面料坯布。本发明通过不同纤维成分的选择和设计,使得制备的面料集凉爽、防紫外线、防静电、保健、抑菌、亲肤等功能于一体,具有多功能的特性,是一种高档面料可用于制备夏季服装、内衣等,市场前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料。
背景技术
随着社会工业化程度的日益提高,社会经济得到大幅度的提升,人们的物质生活也大大改善,与此同时,环保已经成为了当今社会迫在眉睫的难题。
人们对纺织品的追求,也不再仅仅停留在要求其具有避体、保暖和装饰等传统作用的层面上,而是更加注重追求纺织品的内涵,希望其具有“健康、舒适、安全、环保”等特性。
现有保健功能面料,往往功能比较单一,不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,包括:防紫外线混纺纱线、防静电混纺纱线、负离子改性氨纶纱和涤纶凉爽纤维纱;其中,所述防紫外线混纺纱线和负离子改性氨纶纱复合为经纱,所述防静电混纺纱线和涤纶凉爽纤维纱复合为纬纱;所述经纱和纬纱按设定的组织结构在织机上编织成面料坯布。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防紫外线混纺纱线和负离子改性氨纶纱的复合比为30~45:55~70。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防静电混纺纱线和涤纶凉爽纤维纱的复合比为50~60:40~50。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防紫外线混纺纱线包括防紫外线涤纶纤维、竹原纤维和天丝。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防紫外线涤纶纤维、竹原纤维和天丝的混纺比质量比为3~5:1~3:1~2。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防静电混纺纱线包括聚苯胺导电涤纶纤维、彩棉纤维和夜光纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防静电混纺纱线包括聚苯胺导电涤纶纤维、彩棉纤维和夜光纤维的混纺质量比为3~5:1~2:1~3。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,通过不同纤维成分的选择和设计,使得制备的面料集凉爽、防紫外线、防静电、保健、抑菌、亲肤等功能于一体,具有多功能的特性,是一种高档面料可用于制备夏季服装、内衣等,市场前景广阔。

实施例1
本发明揭示了一种具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,其将质量比为30:70的防紫外线混纺纱线和负离子改性氨纶纱复合为经纱,将质量比为50:50的防静电混纺纱线和涤纶凉爽纤维纱复合为纬纱,然后再在织机上按平纹组织编织成面料坯布,所得面料坯布的经密为450根/10 cm,纬密为390根/10cm。
其中,所述防紫外线混纺纱线包括以3:1:1的质量比混纺的防紫外线涤纶纤维、竹原纤维和天丝。
所述防静电混纺纱线包括以3:1:1的质量比混纺的聚苯胺导电涤纶纤维、彩棉纤维和夜光纤维。
所述涤纶凉爽纤维纱是以涤纶为载体,将云母矿石经粉碎、研磨和偶联处理后的纳米微粉加入到涤纶纤维纺丝液中,经混合纺丝得到的。
实施例2
本发明揭示了一种具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,其将质量比为45:55的防紫外线混纺纱线和负离子改性氨纶纱复合为经纱,将质量比为60:40的防静电混纺纱线和涤纶凉爽纤维纱复合为纬纱,然后再在织机上按平纹组织编织成面料坯布,所得面料坯布的经密为450根/10 cm,纬密为390根/10cm。
其中,所述防紫外线混纺纱线包括以5:3:2的质量比混纺的防紫外线涤纶纤维、竹原纤维和天丝。
所述防静电混纺纱线包括以5:2:3的质量比混纺的聚苯胺导电涤纶纤维、彩棉纤维和夜光纤维。
所述涤纶凉爽纤维纱是以涤纶为载体,将云母矿石经粉碎、研磨和偶联处理后的纳米微粉加入到涤纶纤维纺丝液中,经混合纺丝得到的。
上述面料集凉爽、防紫外线、防静电、保健、抑菌、亲肤等功能于一体。

1.一种具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,其特征在于,包括:防紫外线混纺纱线、防静电混纺纱线、负离子改性氨纶纱和涤纶凉爽纤维纱;其中,所述防紫外线混纺纱线和负离子改性氨纶纱复合为经纱,所述防静电混纺纱线和涤纶凉爽纤维纱复合为纬纱;所述经纱和纬纱按设定的组织结构在织机上编织成面料坯布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述防紫外线混纺纱线和负离子改性氨纶纱的复合比为30~45:55~70。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述防静电混纺纱线和涤纶凉爽纤维纱的复合比为50~60:40~50。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述防紫外线混纺纱线包括防紫外线涤纶纤维、竹原纤维和天丝。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述防紫外线涤纶纤维、竹原纤维和天丝的混纺比质量比为3~5:1~3:1~2。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述防静电混纺纱线包括聚苯胺导电涤纶纤维、彩棉纤维和夜光纤维。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具有防紫外线功能的凉爽型保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述防静电混纺纱线包括聚苯胺导电涤纶纤维、彩棉纤维和夜光纤维的混纺质量比为3~5:1~2:1~3。
