本发明属于纺织品技术领域，特别是涉及一种沙发面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，消费者对家具用品的要求也越来越高。现在的沙发、靠垫用布做制作外层成为一种趋势，进而推升沙发面料的需求，但现有的沙发面料产品结构单一，功能单一，无法满足日益提高的消费需求，尤其是现有的沙发面料舒适性较差，特别是冬天，柔软性和保暖性不够，而且通常不具备抗菌和抗阻燃效果。
基于市场的激烈竞争，人们对沙发面料的做工、结构和材质等进行更深层次的研发和设计。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种沙发面料，该面料触感好，耐磨性高，且具有较好的阻燃性和防水抗菌的功能。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：一种沙发面料，包括基布层，所述基布层的表面依次设有阻燃层、防水层、抗菌层和防污层，所述基布层和所述阻燃层之间通过缝线缝合而成，所述阻燃层和所述防水层之间、所述防水层和所述抗菌层之间以及所述抗菌层和所述防污层之间皆是通过粘合剂粘合固定；
所述基布层是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述经纱由银纤维和玻璃纤维混纺而成，所述银纤维和所述玻璃纤维的混纺比值为3：1，所述纬纱由蛋白纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成，所述蛋白纤维和所述聚酯纤维的混纺比值为4：3；
所述阻燃层为含有20-25％阻燃剂的编制布层；

防水层为铝箔层或聚氨酯层，能够避免水渍渗透到沙发内，延长沙发的使用寿命；
抗菌层是由竹炭纤维和银纤维混纺而成，能够提高沙发面料的透气性和抗菌能力，是沙发面料具有自洁功效。

阻燃层为含有20-25％阻燃剂的编制布层，能够在不慎起火时避免火势蔓延到沙发本体上，起到阻燃的作用；防水层为铝箔层或聚氨酯层，能够避免水渍渗透到沙发内，延长沙发的使用寿命；抗菌层是由竹炭纤维和银纤维混纺而成，能够提高沙发面料的透气性和抗菌能力，是沙发面料具有自洁功效。

Claims (10)

1.一种沙发面料，其特征在于：包括基布层，所述基布层的表面依次设有阻燃层、防水层、抗菌层和防污层，所述基布层和所述阻燃层之间通过缝线缝合而成，所述阻燃层和所述防水层之间、所述防水层和所述抗菌层之间以及所述抗菌层和所述防污层之间皆是通过粘合剂粘合固定；
所述基布层是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述经纱由银纤维和玻璃纤维混纺而成，所述银纤维和所述玻璃纤维的混纺比值为3：1，所述纬纱由蛋白纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成，所述蛋白纤维和所述聚酯纤维的混纺比值为4：3；
所述阻燃层为含有20-25％阻燃剂的编制布层；
所述防水层为铝箔层或聚氨酯层；
所述抗菌层是由竹炭纤维和银纤维混纺而成，所述竹炭纤维和所述银纤维的混纺比值为5：2；
所述防污层为聚四氟乙烯层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沙发面料，其特征在于：所述经纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为45-60％，所述纬纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为40-55％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沙发面料，其特征在于：所述经纱的密度为150-160根/英寸，所述纬纱的密度为60-70根/英寸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沙发面料，其特征在于：所述基布层和所述阻燃层的厚度比值为3：2-4：1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的沙发面料，其特征在于：所述阻燃层和所述防水层的厚度比值为3：1-5：1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的沙发面料，其特征在于：所述防水层和所述抗菌层的厚度比值为：2：1-4：1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的沙发面料，其特征在于：所述抗菌层和所述防污层的厚度比值为：2：1-3：1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的沙发面料，其特征在于：所述蛋白纤维为精梳棉、蛹蛋白纤维和莱卡混纺而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的沙发面料，其特征在于：所述缝线为导电纤维丝。
10.根据权利要求1所述的沙发面料，其特征在于：所述粘合剂为防火胶水。
