背景技术
乱麻弹力绒面料是雪纺面料的一种,而雪纺是强捻绉经、绉纬制织的一种丝织物,雪纺面料本身凉爽,不易起皱折,是做连衣裙,裙子,裤装,女性的衣服的绝佳面料,能显著提高衣物的舒适性,而乱麻是面料肌理纹路的一种风格,成分规格比较多,一般是棉加涤混纺的面料,表面类似麻沙料,面料中涤的成份占据比较多,面料垂顺,不易皱,弹性小,不透气,而现有的乱麻弹力绒面料含有的涤纶成分较多,透气性差,弹性小,柔软性差,抗辐射性能弱,且涤纶纤维在使用时容易产生静电,影响乱麻弹力绒面料衣物的衣型。
所以我们提出了一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前市场上乱麻弹力绒面料含有的涤纶成分较多,透气性差,弹性小,柔软性差,抗辐射性能弱,且涤纶纤维在使用时容易产生静电,影响乱麻弹力绒面料衣物的衣型的问题。

通过设置竹纤维层6增加抗菌能力,竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和功能,通过设置有亲肤层7,亲肤层7通过棉纤维15来提高吸水效果,防止面料粘连皮肤,增加该面料的清爽效果,亲肤层7通过蚕丝纤维16可激发皮肤细胞活力,防止血管硬化,具有保健作用,且本说明书中未作详细描述的内容均属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,包括乱麻层(1)、弹力层(2)、抗静电层(3)、棉纤维(15)和蚕丝纤维(16),其特征在于:所述乱麻层(1)下方缝合连接有弹力层(2),所述弹力层(2)下方缝合连接有抗静电层(3),所述抗静电层(3)下方缝合连接有弹力绒层(4),所述弹力绒层(4)下方粘合连接有防辐射层(5),所述防辐射层(5)下方粘合连接有竹纤维层(6),所述竹纤维层(6)下方缝合连接有亲肤层(7),所述防辐射层(5)上设置有氨纶混合丝(8),所述氨纶混合丝(8)上连接有莫代尔混合丝(9),所述莫代尔混合丝(9)上设置有莫代尔纤维丝(10),所述莫代尔纤维丝(10)上连接有镀铜纤维(11),所述镀铜纤维(11)上设置有树脂保护膜(12),所述树脂保护膜(12)内部连接有镀铜层(13),所述镀铜层(13)内部连接有有机纤维(14),所述亲肤层(7)上设置有棉纤维(15),所述棉纤维(15)上连接有蚕丝纤维(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述弹力绒层(4)由涤纶和氨纶混纺而成,所述乱麻层(1)有涤纶和棉混纺而成,且乱麻层(1)中涤纶的占比大于棉的占比。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述防辐射层(5)由氨纶混合丝(8)和莫代尔混合丝(9)编织而成,且氨纶混合丝(8)和莫代尔混合丝(9)之间采用二上二下工艺编织,并且氨纶混合丝(8)的尺寸大小与莫代尔混合丝(9)的尺寸大小相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述氨纶混合丝(8)在防辐射层(5)上为经纱,且氨纶混合丝(8)的经纱的原料纱线包括氨纶拉伸丝和镀铜纤维(11),并且镀铜纤维(11)与氨纶拉伸丝互相螺旋缠绕混纺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述莫代尔混合丝(9)在防辐射层(5)上为纬纱,且莫代尔混合丝(9)的纬纱的原料纱线包括莫代尔纤维丝(10)和镀铜纤维(11),并且莫代尔纤维丝(10)与镀铜纤维(11)互相螺旋缠绕混纺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透气性柔软乱麻弹力绒面料,其特征在于:所述镀铜纤维(11)由有机纤维(14)表面镀铜形成镀铜层(13),且镀铜层(13)外侧覆盖有树脂保护膜(12),并且树脂保护膜(12)为丙烯酸类。
