本发明公开一种酸性玻璃清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:5‑40份的磺酸类有机酸,3‑30份的螯合剂,3‑15份的缓冲剂,2‑9份的乳化剂,0.5‑5份的沉降剂,0.5‑8份的抗静电剂,水若干。本发明采用酸性清洗体系,有效解决了碱性清洗体系清洗玻璃易出现的玻璃划伤和清洗不洁净,同时增加缓冲剂、沉降剂、抗静电剂,进一步提升酸性玻璃清洗剂的清洗效果。

本发明涉及玻璃清洗技术领域,尤其涉及一种酸性玻璃清洗剂。
背景技术
在手机触摸玻璃盖板加工超声波清洗行业内,目前主流使用强碱性电子玻璃清洗剂,虽然比较稳定,但是也有一些不足之处,主要体现在两个方面:1.玻璃划伤。强碱性药水会腐蚀玻璃,造成发蒙发雾(大量细划伤累计所致)。多段清洗工艺累积下来,玻璃划伤比例大致在5%~10%,考虑到玻璃盖板的巨大产量,如果能改善洗剂造成的划伤,会给玻璃加工企业节省大量的成本;2.玻璃清洗不洁净。使用目前碱性洗剂清洗,玻璃上多少会有极少量的抛光粉等污渍残留,这些微量残留如未检出,留到后段丝印镀膜等工序,会导致丝印异色,小孔,空鼓等不良。尤其是目前随着玻璃的更新换代,新一代玻璃因为离子掺杂工艺的改变,对玻璃抛光粉的吸附更强,导致抛光粉更难清洗。目前,碱性清洗剂清洗新一代的玻璃如康宁5代大猩猩玻璃,抛光粉残留比例高达5%~15%且不稳定,给生产企业造成了严重困扰。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种酸性玻璃清洗剂,以解决背景技术所涉及的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:提供一种酸性玻璃清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
在本发明中,所述磺酸类酸用于提供酸性环境,解离抛光粉与玻璃的吸附。所述螯合剂具有螯合助洗功能,促进清洗掉玻璃上的抛光粉。所述缓冲剂用于补充体系在清洗过程中消耗的酸根离子,使体系的pH值稳定在合适的范围,从而保证洗剂的耐受性,能高效稳定的清洗大批量的玻璃。所述乳化剂是乳化分散作用的表面活性剂,帮助清洗玻璃表面的灰尘,指印,油污。本发明由于采用酸性体系,避免了碱性清洗剂对玻璃的腐蚀,不会对玻璃表面造成损伤;同时,酸性体系可有效抛光粉与玻璃的吸附,避免抛光粉在玻璃表面残留。增加缓冲剂,使本发明的酸性体系稳定在合适的范围,可用于清洗大批量的玻璃,方便使用。所述沉降剂用于促进抛光粉颗粒在清洗工作液中的沉降,保持清洗剂对抛光粉的持续清洗效果。所述抗静电剂用于防止玻璃在清洗过程中表面脏污,灰尘的返吸附,有效减少玻璃清洗的白点残留率。

一种酸性玻璃清洗剂,其质量百分比组成为:氨基磺酸20份、柠檬酸钠5份,葡萄糖酸5份,邻苯二甲酸8份,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)8份,非离子聚丙烯酰胺(分子量3000)3份,TX-10P磷酸酯1份,适量水。
将实施例1-3中的清洗剂加水稀释至PH值为0.5-4,分别加入至一个超声波清洗机溶剂槽内,用盖板玻璃做清洗试件,放入超声波清洗机溶剂槽内清洗,温度设置为60℃,时间设定为120S,清洗完后观察试件表面洁净度,划痕数量。对比例为广东山之风Win-76碱性清洗剂,用盖板玻璃做清洗试件,放入超声波清洗机溶剂槽内清洗,温度设置为60℃,时间设定为120S,清洗完后观察试件表面洁净度,划痕数量。实验数据如表1所示。

如表1所示,本申请的酸性高效低损伤玻璃光学玻璃清洗剂相对于现有的碱性玻璃清洗剂,清洗后产品脏污减少2%-3%,划伤明显减少8%-9%,良率提高7%-9%左右。本发明开发的酸性清洗剂,在清洗性能以及对玻璃的安全性方面,较传统碱性清洗剂有明显优势。
综上所述,本发明提供一种酸性玻璃清洗剂,采用酸性清洗体系,有效解决了碱性清洗体系清洗玻璃易出现的玻璃划伤和清洗不洁净,同时增加缓冲剂、沉降剂、抗静电剂,进一步提升酸性玻璃清洗剂的清洗效果。

Claims (2)
1.一种酸性玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:
所述磺酸类有机酸为:氨基磺酸、甲基磺酸、对甲苯磺酸中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
所述缓冲剂为:甘氨酸、邻苯二甲酸中的一种或两种;
所述沉降剂为:聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、聚氧乙烯、聚乙烯胺、聚乙烯磺酸盐、淀粉磷酸酯、黄原酸脂、壳聚糖、甲壳素类絮凝剂中一种或至少两种的混合物;
所述螯合剂为:葡萄糖酸或其碱式盐、柠檬酸或其碱式盐、乙二胺四乙酸或其碱式盐、葡庚糖酸或其碱式盐、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸或其碱式盐中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
所述乳化剂为非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂为:XP-90异构醇醚、烷基糖苷APG0810中的一种或两种的混合物;
所述抗静电剂为TX-10P磷酸酯;
所述酸性玻璃清洗剂的PH值的范围为0.5-4。
