本发明公开了一种液晶显示屏用清洁剂,涉及清洁剂技术领域,其原料按质量百分比计,包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5‑10%、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚2‑5%、氟碳表面活性剂0.2‑0.5%、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3‑7%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2‑5%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1‑3%、反式‑1,2‑环己二胺四乙酸2‑5%、聚丙烯酸钠1‑3%、偏硅酸钠2‑4%、羟乙基乙二胺2‑5%、聚乙烯醇1‑3%、增溶剂3‑7%、缓蚀剂0.5‑1%,余量为去离子水。本发明清洁剂对液晶材料、油污、灰尘等有良好的溶解能力,将其乳化、分散在清洁剂中,从而脱离被清洗表面,清洁效果好,且清洁剂在液晶盒表面无残留,且对液晶显示屏的腐蚀性很小,不影响其物理特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洁剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示屏用清洁剂。
背景技术
在液晶显示屏的制作过程中,通常是先将两块玻璃基板粘结,留下一部分开口,灌充液晶后将开口用密封胶封口。在灌装过程中,液晶盒表面、PIN脚及狭缝中会残留液晶,若不去除将会严重影响产品的外观、显示性能甚至寿命,或造成电路故障。由于液晶大都是强极性的大分子化合物,具有极强的分子间作用力,不容易在水中分散,因此,过去一般都是采用有机清洁剂来清洗残留液晶;由于有机清洁剂在环境中降解缓慢,对环境造成极大的压力,因而,现在逐渐向水性清洁剂发展,但是水性清洁剂的清洗力较弱,不容易将残留液晶洗净。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种液晶显示屏用清洁剂,对液晶材料、油污、灰尘等有良好的溶解能力,将其乳化、分散在清洁剂中,清洁效果好。
本发明提出的一种液晶显示屏用清洁剂,其原料按质量百分比计,包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10%、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5%、氟碳表面活性剂0.2-0.5%、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3-7%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-5%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1-3%、反式-1,2-环己二胺四乙酸2-5%、聚丙烯酸钠1-3%、偏硅酸钠2-4%、羟乙基乙二胺2-5%、聚乙烯醇1-3%、氯化钠1-2%、增溶剂3-7%、缓蚀剂0.5-1%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚由C6-8脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按照3-5:2的质量比组成的。
优选地,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚或异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选地,所述氟碳表面活性剂为全氟烷基乙氧基醚醇或全氟烷基乙氧基甲醚。
优选地,所述增溶剂为乙醇、丙二醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述增溶剂为异丙醇和二乙二醇丁醚按照2-4:1的质量比组成的。
上述液晶显示屏用清洁剂按照现有常规方法进行制备。
有益效果:本发明提出了一种液晶显示屏用清洁剂,其组分中含有多种表面活性剂,C6-8脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和C12-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚相互配合,有很好的渗透、润湿作用,与琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠及十二烷基苯磺酸钠形成的复配体系,其亲水亲油性能具有加和性,使水溶液的表面张力降低,实现协同作用,且NaCl的加入进一步提高其协同作用,对液晶盒表面的液晶及其他污染物有很好的润湿、乳化、分散作业,去污效果强,添加的反式-1,2-环己二胺四乙酸和聚丙烯酸钠共同作用,能够去除残留在液晶盒表面及夹缝中的金属离子,再在氟碳表面活性剂、偏硅酸钠、羟乙基乙二胺、聚乙烯醇、增溶剂的辅助作用下,增强清洁剂的悬浮去污性能,对液晶材料、油污、灰尘等有良好的溶解能力,将其乳化、分散在清洁剂中,从而脱离被清洗表面,清洁效果好,且清洁剂在液晶盒表面无残留,且对液晶显示屏的腐蚀性很小,不影响其物理特性。

将本发明实施例1-4和对比例1-3中制备的清洁剂的清洗能力进行测试。
测试方法:将载玻片经过简单清洗后,再以无水乙醇、丙酮、水冲洗后吹干,干燥至恒重后称重,记录质量为M1;在试片上涂抹上机械油污和液晶,放入干燥器中干燥至恒重后称重,记录质量M2;将试片放入清洁剂中,采用浸泡、超声清洗3min,用水冲洗2遍,放入干燥器中干燥至恒重后称重,质量为M3。平行测定3次,取其平均值。清洗能力评定用清洗去污率公式计算为M2-M3/M2-M1。测试结果如表1所示。

1.一种液晶显示屏用清洁剂,其特征在于,其原料按质量百分比计,包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10%、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5%、氟碳表面活性剂0.2-0.5%、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3-7%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-5%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1-3%、反式-1,2-环己二胺四乙酸2-5%、聚丙烯酸钠1-3%、偏硅酸钠2-4%、羟乙基乙二胺2-5%、聚乙烯醇1-3%、氯化钠1-2%、增溶剂3-7%、缓蚀剂0.5-1%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示屏用清洁剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚由C6-8脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按照3-5:2的质量比组成的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液晶显示屏用清洁剂,其特征在于,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚或异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的液晶显示屏用清洁剂,其特征在于,所述氟碳表面活性剂为全氟烷基乙氧基醚醇或全氟烷基乙氧基甲醚。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的液晶显示屏用清洁剂,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为乙醇、丙二醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的液晶显示屏用清洁剂,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为异丙醇和二乙二醇丁醚按照2-4:1的质量比组成的。
