Abstract
本发明公开了一种浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂,其包含的组分及重量百分数如下:表面活性剂10~30%,螯合作用剂0.1~2%,表面成膜剂0.1~2%,有机溶剂0~25%,以及余量的去离子水。其中,所述表面成膜剂为聚乙烯醚聚丙烯醚嵌段改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乙烯醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚丙烯醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇和羟丙基甲基纤维素中的至少一种。其中,表面活性剂、螯合作用剂和表面成膜剂只需要少量有机溶剂甚至无需添加有机溶剂即可协同混溶,不仅具有较好的清洗、表面效果和防雾效果,而且可大大降低VOC排放量,更加环保。

背景技术
玻璃是一种硅酸盐类非金属材料,具有美观、适用等优点。广泛应用于建筑幕墙,容器等。玻璃易粘附尘土、油污等污垢。玻璃制品加工过程中需要使用中间介质,在加工完成后需要清除等。
在冬季,因室外温度较低,与室内温差较大,窗户玻璃表面容易形成雾气,影响采光,汽车挡风玻璃也易出现薄薄的雾膜,影响司机视线;浴室内的盥洗镜子在洗浴过后也容易形成雾膜,暂时无法使用等等因素,给人们的生活带来诸多不便。
现在市场上的玻璃清洁剂多数只具有简单的清洗作用,很少有浓缩产品和具有防雾的功能。再者,市场上的玻璃清洁剂多为普通型,内容物中95%以上都是水,增加了产品包装和运输成本等,不符合国家倡导的低碳经济理念。综上所述,开发一种浓缩的、具有防雾作用的玻璃清洗剂成为一种趋势。

舒卫国(一种新型的玻璃清洗剂.化学清洗.1993,(4):34-35)开发的新型玻璃清洗剂,以非离子表面活性剂剂、有机溶剂及添加剂组成的体系,采用擦洗方式,去污效果较好,玻璃表面无残留,但使用乙二醇丁醚、丙酮有一定毒性的溶剂,VOC含量较高。且使用了壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚类目前玻璃清洗剂国家标准限用的有致畸风险的表面活性剂。
钟劲茅、唐星华等(环保型玻璃清洗剂的研制,南昌航空工业学院学报(自然科学版),2003,17(4):45-47)开发出一种环保型玻璃清洗剂,由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺(6501)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、无水乙醇及助剂等组成,无须水洗,但其乙醇使用量较高达18%,VOC排放较大。
汤志平(CN103740494A,一种窗玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法),发明涉及一种窗玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法,清洗后的玻璃表面快干、光亮的优点。以十二烷基二甲基丙磺酸内铵为表面活性剂,以丙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇及异丙醇为溶剂,助剂焦磷酸钠等。其使用较大量的丙二醇丁醚,异丙醇等,总量接近50%。
姜琳月、周彦林等发明了浓缩型防雾玻璃清洁剂(CN102071115B),涉及一种浓缩型防雾玻璃清洁剂,其组分及其质量份数为:氨水0.1~1份,三乙醇胺0.1~5份,表面活性剂1~20份,成膜剂(高聚物)0.1~10份,乙醇1~50份,螯合剂0.1~5份。其在玻璃表面形成一种更薄且均匀的水膜,使干燥更快速,表面光亮,而且没有污点和条纹,但其使用了具有一定毒性的三乙醇胺。
上述多数由于组分中含有较多的有机溶剂甚至是有一定毒性的有机溶剂(前述四篇文献),或需要进行漂洗才能达到光亮的效果(CN103740494A),否则易产生条纹状残渍影响美观。既增加了工序,降低了工作效率,同时也增加了成本。
发明内容
因此,针对现有技术中玻璃清洗剂含有较多的有机溶剂以及易产生条纹状残渍的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂,可同时兼顾清洗及表面清洁度,可以根据被清洗物表面的污垢轻重,以稀释的形式有效地清洗,而且在清洗后即使不经漂洗不会留下或几乎不留下明显的条纹,且具有一定的防雾效果。
本发明的浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂包含的组分及重量百分数如下:
表面活性剂:10~30%,
螯合作用剂:0.1~2%,
表面成膜剂:0.1~2%,
有机溶剂:0~25%,以及
去离子水:余量;
其中,所述表面活性剂包括脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、改性油脂乙氧基化物、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐中的至少一种,以及烷基糖苷。
所述螯合作用剂为C6~24脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸和/或其盐;
所述表面成膜剂为聚乙烯醚聚丙烯醚嵌段改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乙烯醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚丙烯醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇和羟丙基甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
所述有机溶剂为乙醇和/或异丙醇。
优选的,所述表面活性剂包括C12~24脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、C12~24改性油脂乙氧基化物、C10~16异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和C10~16脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐中的至少一种,以及C6~12烷基糖苷,所述表面活性剂总含量优选10~25%更优选18~25%。
进一步优选的,所述表面活性剂包括总含量1%~10%的C12~14脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、C12~14改性油脂乙氧基化物、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和C12~14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐中的至少一种,以及总含量3%~20%的C6~10烷基糖苷。
较佳的,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物中的聚合度(乙氧基数量)优选1~20更优选4~15。
较佳的,改性油脂乙氧基化物中的乙氧基加成质量占改性油脂质量的10%~70%,C12~14改性油脂乙氧基化物中优选20%~60%。
较佳的,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的聚合度(乙氧基数量)为1~20优选3~15更优选5~8。比如,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚优选异构十三醇聚氧乙烯(3~15)醚,更优选异构十三醇聚氧乙烯(5~8)醚。
较佳的,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐的聚合度为1~10优选1~8更优选2~5。比如C12~14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐优选C12~14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(2~5)醚硫酸钠(AES)。
较佳的,C6~10烷基糖苷优选为辛基癸基葡萄糖苷(APG0810,即C8~10脂肪醇葡萄糖苷)、癸基葡萄糖苷(APG IC10)、异构辛基葡萄糖苷(APG IC08)和己基葡萄糖苷(APG IC06)中的至少一种。
进一步优选的,C6~10烷基糖苷包括总含量5%~7%的辛基癸基葡萄糖苷,以及总含量5%~6%的己基葡萄糖苷。
所述螯合作用剂优选C10~16更优选C12~14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸和/或其盐。
所述螯合作用剂总含量优选为0.1~0.5%。
较佳的,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸和/或其盐的聚合度(乙氧基数量)为5~10优选7~9。
优选的,所述表面成膜剂总含量为0.1~1%。
所述表面成膜剂为聚乙烯醚聚丙烯醚嵌段改性聚二甲基硅氧烷时,其中乙烯聚合度优选5~25更优选10~20,丙烯的聚合度为10~30更优选15~25。
较佳的,按照实际需要,本发明的浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂还可添加适量的水溶性香料,染料等,赋予其独特表观、感受、储存特征。
上述各组分的总含量均指各组分在浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂中的含量。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明的浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂中,表面活性剂、螯合作用剂和表面成膜剂协同作用,具有较好的清洗和表面效果,玻璃清洗后残留物少,不形成色散条纹痕迹;其中尤其是作为表面成膜剂的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇及羟丙基甲基纤维素的使用,不仅可减缓玻璃表面洗后留痕及再污染的功能,而且具有较佳的防雾效果。
2.本发明的浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂中,表面活性剂、螯合作用剂和表面成膜剂只需要少量有机溶剂甚至无需添加有机溶剂即可协同混溶,相比于现有的含有大量有机溶剂的玻璃清洗剂,本发明的浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂可大大降低VOC排放量,更加环保。
3.本发明为浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂,可减少能耗、包装、运输成本等。所述清洗剂使用时根据需要10倍以上比例使用,可无须漂洗而达到光亮如新,稀释50倍以上时仍具有较好的清洗和表面效果。
另外,本发明的浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂可采用浸泡、超声、喷淋、擦洗等方式去除玻璃表面上的污渍。

以下结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。应理解,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1~15
按照表1所示的组分配方,配置本发明实施例1~15的浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂。

性能测试结果:
目前为止,玻璃清洗剂有行业标准QB/T4086-2010,但没有对清洗力方法做说明,本发明参照前述钟劲茅、唐星华等文献中的方法(环保型玻璃清洗剂的研制,南昌航空工业学院学报(自然科学版),2003,17(4):45-47),采用称量法确定污垢脱出率。
污垢去除率:以玻璃载玻片(尺寸25.4mm×76.2mm×(1~1.2mm))作为评价试片,采用涂覆人工污垢的方法经70℃老化4h,超声5min清洗后,自然晾干,用同等大小的透明塑料板,长宽分别20等分和5等分,形成100个空格,重合对照,根据玻片两面的污垢的残留占比确定污垢去除率,并对玻璃板面情况进行评价。实施例1~15均稀释50倍进行评价。
清洗后的表面情况及防雾性能:以上述玻璃片及稀释的清洗剂,以浸入后自然干燥后目测表面情况,并以干燥后的玻璃片在沸水上与雾气接触的表面透明情况评价防雾性能。
表2实施例1~15清洗效果及防雾性能测试结果
由表2可知,本发明的浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂稀释50倍时仍具有较好的清洗和表面效果,擦洗容易且污垢去除率可达70%以上,其中尤其是实施例1、4和12的污垢去除率可达90%。而在条纹残留方面,上述各实施例清洗后玻璃表面光洁残留物少,只有实施例2、3、7、11、14清洗后有微量条纹,其余均不形成色散条纹痕迹,可使玻璃表面保持很高的透明度。而在防雾性能方面,而且实施例1~15均具有较好的防雾效果。
另外,由表1可知,本发明的浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂中的有机溶剂含量较少(低于30%),大大降低了VOC的排放量。尤其是实施例1、4、5、9、10、12、15均未添加有机溶剂乙醇或者异丙醇,更加环保,而其清洗效果并不受影响,甚至实施例1、4和12比其他添加有有机溶剂的实施例的清洗效果还要好。
以上已对本发明创造的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明创造精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同的变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (1)
1.一种浓缩型防雾玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,按重量百分数计,其包含:
表面活性剂:C12~14脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物6%、C8~10脂肪醇葡萄糖苷6%、己基葡萄糖苷5%、C12~14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5%;
螯合作用剂:C12~14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸0.1%;
表面成膜剂:聚氧乙烯醚10聚氧丙烯醚15改性聚硅氧烷0.5%;
去离子水:余量;
或,
表面活性剂:C12~14脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物7%、C8~10脂肪醇葡萄糖苷5%、己基葡萄糖苷6%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚EO8 1%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚EO5 1%;
螯合作用剂:C12~14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠0.1%;
表面成膜剂:聚乙烯醇0.2%;
去离子水:余量;
