Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:0.03~4.5%的防雾剂,0.01~1.5%的助剂,0.2~2%的防腐剂,3~5%的稀释剂,10~25%的推进剂,其余为去离子水。其中,防雾剂由C9‑11烷基醇乙氧基化物、己基D‑糖甙和C10‑16‑脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚组成。

一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂
技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,特别是涉及一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂。
背景技术
随着人们对家居清洁类产品的需求的多样化,对于家居清洁类产品质量高低、使用便利与否越来越受到重视。目前具有去油效果的清洁类产品基本都属于水基非气雾剂类型,其通过泵式的方式喷到物体表面再进行刷洗清洁,存在有以下不足:1.水基非气雾剂产品,清洁步骤多而繁琐,需要多次清洗,附着力差;2.效果较为单一,只有去油污和清洁的功能,没有防雾的功能。
本发明提供一种兼具去油和防雾功能的水基气雾剂产品,可以快速的去油清洁、防起雾,具有抗再污染以及不留痕效果。本发明利用气雾剂产品的特性,提供的气雾剂使用清洁后会在物体表面形成一层薄膜,起到防雾和抗再污染的功能。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:0.03~4.5% 的防雾剂,0.01~1.5%的助剂,0.2~2%的防腐剂,3~5%的稀释剂,10~25%的推进剂,其余为去离子水。其中,防雾剂由C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物、己基D-糖甙和C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚组成。
优选的,气雾剂包括有如下重量百分比的组分:0.01~1.5%的C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物、0.01~1.5%的己基D-糖甙和0.01~1.5%的C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚。气雾剂中C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚为非离子表面活性剂并作为主要的清洁因子,可以对对油污等污染物进行有效清洁实现去油的效果,而且配方中的助剂可以对一些顽固的有机污染物进行溶解,从而发挥更好的清洁效果。气雾剂中的C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物、己基D-糖甙和C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚组成的防雾剂可以在清洁剂后的物体表面形成一种特殊的防护膜层,降低污染物和水汽在物体表面的附着性能实现防雾的效果。
进一步的,助剂为亲水性溶剂,包括至少一个羟基官能团。优选的,助剂为乙醇。
进一步的,稀释剂为乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇乙醚、异丙醇、正丁醇、丙酮、丁酮中的一种或几种。优选的,稀释剂为异丙醇。
进一步的,防腐剂由谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和苯甲酸铵组成。优选的,气雾剂包括有如下重量百分比的组分:0.1-1%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和0.1-1%的苯甲酸铵。谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和苯甲酸铵组成的防腐剂可以确保气雾剂在存储的过程中不会因为高温或者光照产生分解失效。
进一步的,推进剂为液化石油气、二甲醚、一氧化碳、二氧化碳或惰性气体中的任意一种或几种的混合物。优选的,推进剂为液化石油气。
本发明提供的气雾剂可以通过以下步骤进行制备:
a、室温下,在反应釜中加入去离子水;
b、在搅拌的状态下加入C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物、己基D-糖甙、C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、乙醇和异丙醇,在反应釜中搅拌直至完全溶解;
c、在搅拌的状态下加入苯甲酸铵,搅拌不少于15分钟,苯甲酸铵溶解完全后再将谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,搅拌不少于30分钟;
d、将步骤c中配好的溶液装入气雾剂罐中,随后插上阀门,封口,充入液化石油气调整气雾剂罐内的气压,充入液化石油气可实现气雾剂的起泡效果并且防止气雾剂使用过程中发生倒流,再安装喷盖即得。
使用步骤d所得的产品,使用前先将产品摇匀,在正立的情况下喷射使用。喷射距离在20-30cm之间,喷射宽度覆盖所需搽拭的地方,喷射后静置2-3分钟,使用干净的抹布搽拭完成清洁。本发明提供的气雾剂适用于厨房和家具产品的去油以及清洁,玻璃的去油、清洁和防雾。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的气雾剂的组成和成分比例如果选择不恰当,会导致产品的腐蚀或泄露,导致产品不能正常使用,如雾化不良、低效清洁、抗气雾效果差。本发明通过对气雾剂的组成和成分比例的筛选,最终达到了产品功能性的要求,使该气雾剂在去油污和清洁的基础上具有防雾的功能。
本发明中提供的气雾剂的粘度与水相当,易罐装,同时气雾剂液相均匀稳定,使用方便。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:0.01%的C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物,0.01%的己基D-糖甙,0.01%的C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,0.01%的乙醇,0.1%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和0.1%的苯甲酸铵,5%的异丙醇,25%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
实施例2
一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:1.5%的C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物,1.5%的己基D-糖甙,1.5%的C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,1.5%的乙醇,1%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和1%的苯甲酸铵,3%的异丙醇,10%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
实施例3
一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:1%的C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物,1%的己基D-糖甙,1%的C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,1%的乙醇,0.5%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和0.9%的苯甲酸铵,4%的异丙醇,20%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
实施例4
一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:0.8%的C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物,0.9%的己基D-糖甙,0.02%的C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,0.4%的乙醇,0.8%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和谷0.4%苯甲酸铵,4.5%的异丙醇,18%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
实施例5
一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:1.2%的C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物,0.8%的己基D-糖甙,0.9%的C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,0.05%的乙醇,0.4%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和谷0.6%苯甲酸铵,3.5%的异丙醇,21%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
实施例6
一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:0.03%的C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物,1.1 %的己基D-糖甙,0.5%的C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,0.6%的乙醇,1.0%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和0.6%的苯甲酸铵,3.5%的异丙醇,21%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
抗雾功能测试,将将实施例6的气雾剂与市售护宝牌超级玻璃防雾剂产品进行对比,将实施例6的气雾剂分别喷涂覆盖到金属试片1、塑料试片1和陶瓷试片1的表面,将市售护宝牌超级玻璃防雾剂产品喷涂覆盖到金属试片2、塑料试片2和陶瓷试片2的表面,将喷涂后的金属试片1、塑料试片1、陶瓷试片1、金属试片2、塑料试片2和陶瓷试片2静置室温下静置不少与1h后,经过以下步骤处理:将金属试片1、塑料试片1、陶瓷试片1、金属试片2、塑料试片2和陶瓷试片2放入-20℃的温度下静置30min,然后拿出至室温下静置10min观察表面,循环上述步骤3次。金属试片2、塑料试片2和陶瓷试片2在第一次的时候表面就出现了露珠,而金属试片1、塑料试片1和陶瓷试片1经过三次测试均为观测到露珠,说明实施例6的气雾剂的抗雾性能优于现有产品。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:
0.03~4.5% 的防雾剂,所述防雾剂由C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物、己基D-糖甙和C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚组成;
0.01~1.5%的助剂;
0.2~2%的防腐剂;
3~5%的稀释剂;
10~25%的推进剂;
其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于,所述气雾剂包括有如下重量百分比的组分:0.01~1.5%wt的C9-11 烷基醇乙氧基化物、0.01~1.5%wt的己基D-糖甙和0.01~1.5%wt的C10-16-脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述助剂为亲水性溶剂,包括至少一个羟基官能团。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述助剂为乙醇。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述稀释剂为乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇乙醚、异丙醇、正丁醇、丙酮、丁酮中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求5中所述的一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述稀释剂为异丙醇。
7.根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于:所述防腐剂由谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和苯甲酸铵组成。
8.根据权利要求7中所述的一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于,所述气雾剂包括有如下重量百分比的组分:0.1-1%wt的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和0.1-1%wt的苯甲酸铵。
9.根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于,所述推进剂为液化石油气、二甲醚、一氧化碳、二氧化碳或惰性气体中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
10.根据权利要求9中所述的一种具有去油和防雾功能的气雾剂,其特征在于,所述推进剂为液化石油气。
