进一步地,所述表面活性剂由聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基硫酸钠按重量比2:1:2组成。聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯CAS NO:61791-29-5,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚购于江苏省海安石化化工厂。
进一步地,所述防雾剂由丙烯酸甲酯、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯和椰子油烷醇酰胺按重量比2:2:1组成。山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯CAS NO:26266-57-9,椰子油烷醇酰胺购于江苏泰利达集团。
同时,本发明还提供了一种防雾清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先加入乙醇和水,边搅拌边加入丙二醇醚、表面活性剂和防雾剂,最后加入原儿茶酸、甘油和硼砂,搅拌均匀至透明,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的防雾清洁剂不仅去污能力强,还能有效防雾。同时,本发明提供的防雾清洁剂具有杀菌、防静电、防尘、防污和防冻的作用,可保持玻璃透明光亮。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,并不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1一种防雾清洁剂
所述防雾清洁剂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯4%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%、十二烷基硫酸钠4%、丙烯酸甲酯2%、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯2%、椰子油烷醇酰胺1%、原儿茶酸1%、丙二醇醚25%、甘油5%、乙醇5%、硼砂1%和水48%。
制备方法:先加入乙醇和水,边搅拌边加入丙二醇醚、聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠丙烯酸甲酯、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯和椰子油烷醇酰胺,最后加入原儿茶酸、甘油和硼砂,搅拌均匀至透明,即得。
实施例2一种防雾清洁剂
所述防雾清洁剂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯6%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、十二烷基硫酸钠6%、丙烯酸甲酯3%、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯3%、椰子油烷醇酰胺防雾剂1.5%、原儿茶酸3%、丙二醇醚30%、甘油7.5%、乙醇7.5%、硼砂3%和水26.5%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
实施例3一种防雾清洁剂
所述防雾清洁剂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯8%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%、十二烷基硫酸钠8%、丙烯酸甲酯4%、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯4%、椰子油烷醇酰胺防雾剂2%、原儿茶酸5%、丙二醇醚35%、甘油10%、乙醇10%、硼砂5%和水5%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
对比例1一种防雾清洁剂
所述防雾清洁剂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯5%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%、丙烯酸甲酯3%、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯3%、椰子油烷醇酰胺防雾剂1.5%、原儿茶酸3%、丙二醇醚30%、甘油7.5%、乙醇7.5%、硼砂3%和水26.5%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
与实施例2的区别在于,将聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基硫酸钠的重量比2:1:2替换为1:1:1。
对比例2一种防雾清洁剂
所述防雾清洁剂由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯6%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、十二烷基硫酸钠6%、丙烯酸甲酯2.5%、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯2.5%、椰子油烷醇酰胺防雾剂2.5%、原儿茶酸3%、丙二醇醚30%、甘油7.5%、乙醇7.5%、硼砂3%和水26.5%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
与实施例2的区别在于,将丙烯酸甲酯、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯和椰子油烷醇酰胺的重量比2:2:1替换为1:1:1。
试验例一、去污效果测试
1.试验材料:实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的防雾清洁剂。
2.试验方法:
1)试验用污垢由动物油、植物油、面粉、番茄酱、颗粒糖按重量比10:4:4:1:1组成;
2)取15cm×15cm玻璃,测重W1;将玻璃上涂覆一层约50g的污垢,于200℃下干燥1h,测重W2;
3)将5g防雾清洁剂均匀喷晒于玻璃上,室温下放置2h,然后在60℃热水流动下用海绵漂洗,烘箱烘干,测重W3;按如下公式,计算去污率。
去污率%=(W2-W3)/(W2-W1)×100%
3.试验结果:去污效果测试结果见表1。

由表1知,本发明提供的防雾清洁剂的去污效果较好。而对比例1-2制备的防雾清洁剂的去污效果比实施例1-3制备的防雾清洁剂的效果差,说明本发明配伍合理科学,各组分相互作用,协同起清洁去污的作用,且当表面活性剂由聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基硫酸钠按重量比2:1:2组成时,去污效果最佳。
试验例二、防雾测试
1.试验材料:实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的防雾清洁剂。
2.试验对象:冬季汽车挡风玻璃、正常浴室盥洗镜和冬季居家玻璃,各5组。
3.试验方法:
将实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的防雾清洁剂分别均匀涂于冬季汽车挡风玻璃、正常浴室盥洗镜和冬季居家玻璃上,观察防雾效果持续有效时间,并记录。4.试验结果:防雾测试结果见表2。

由表2知,本发明提供的防雾清洁剂的防雾效果较好。而对比例1-2制备的防雾清洁剂的防雾效果比实施例1-3制备的防雾清洁剂的效果差,说明本发明配伍合理科学,各组分相互作用,协同起防雾的作用,且当防雾剂由丙烯酸甲酯、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯和椰子油烷醇酰胺按重量比2:2:1组成时,防雾效果最佳。
Claims (5)
1.一种防雾清洁剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量百分比:
表面活性剂10-20%、防雾剂5-10%、原儿茶酸1-5%、丙二醇醚25-35%、甘油5-10%、乙醇5-10%、硼砂1-5%和水5-48%。
2.如权利要求1所述的雾清洁剂,其特征在于,由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:表面活性剂15%、防雾剂7.5%、原儿茶酸3%、丙二醇醚30%、甘油7.5%、乙醇7.5%、硼砂3%和水26.5%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防雾清洁剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂由聚氧乙烯椰油酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基硫酸钠按重量比2:1:2组成。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的防雾清洁剂,其特征在于,所述防雾剂由丙烯酸甲酯、山梨醇酐棕榈酸酯和椰子油烷醇酰胺按重量比2:2:1组成。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述的防雾清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:先加入乙醇和水,边搅拌边加入丙二醇醚、表面活性剂和防雾剂,最后加入原儿茶酸、甘油和硼砂,搅拌均匀至透明,即得。
