背景技术
羽毛是禽类表皮细胞衍生的角质化产物。被覆在体表,质轻而韧,略有弹性,具防水性,有护体、保温、飞翔等功能。另外,羽毛经加工后可制作成羽毛球、羽毛笔、羽毛粉等物品,有较高的经济价值。

优选的,所述清洗剂包括洗涤剂和除臭剂两部分;所述洗涤剂包括以下成分:10wt%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、6wt%的氨基硅油乳化剂、8wt%的聚乙二醇单甲醚、10wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5wt%的十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、22wt%的异丙醇、余量为水;所述除臭剂包括以下成分:14wt%的酯基季铵盐、8wt%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、5wt%的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、4wt%的茶皂素、7wt%的焦磷酸钠、25wt%的乙醇、余量为水。
本发明还提出了一种羽毛清洗剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将羽毛置于冷水中,以40~80r/min的转速搅拌浸润1~2次,每次浸泡20~30min后,捞出沥干;
S2、将步骤S1中浸泡后的羽毛放入40~60℃的热水中,加入权利要求1中洗涤剂,保持步骤S1中的转速不变,搅拌清洗20~30min后,捞出沥干;
S3、将步骤S2中清洗后的羽毛加权利要求1中的除臭剂用常温水进行漂洗,边漂洗边以步骤S1中的搅拌速率进行搅拌,每次漂洗2~5min后进行换水,共漂洗10~14次;
S4、将步骤S3中漂洗后的羽毛加入羽毛脱水机中,机械脱水15~20min后,置于100~135℃的循环热风下,干燥10~15min,将干燥后的羽毛自然冷却至室温即得羽毛原料。
优选的,所述步骤S2中热水的加入量为羽毛总量的5.8~7.5倍;洗涤剂的加入量为羽毛总量的1.8~2.5%。
优选的,所述步骤S3中每次常温水的加入量为羽毛总量的3.2~4.7倍;每次除臭剂的加入量为羽毛总量的0.3~0.8%。
本发明提出的一种羽毛清洗剂,配方科学,配比严谨,其包括洗涤剂和除臭剂两部分,其中洗涤剂具有良好的乳化、润湿、去污、柔顺等功效,除臭剂具有良好的清洁、杀菌、除臭、柔顺等功效,洗涤剂和除臭剂配合使用,用于羽毛清洗用量少,且不会对环境和水体造成污染,其清洗质量好,清洗效率高,有效的解决了现有清洗剂清洗用量大,成本高,环境污染严重等问题,本发明提出的羽毛清洗剂用于羽毛清洗,清洗方法简单,将羽毛用冷水浸泡后,采用热水加洗涤剂进行清洗,然后用常温水加除臭剂进行多次漂洗,最后经机械脱水后烘干,冷却即得,清洗后的羽毛成色好,完整度好,清洗效率及清洗质量高,值得推广。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种羽毛清洗剂,包括洗涤剂和除臭剂两部分;所述洗涤剂包括以下成分:12wt%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、9wt%的氨基硅油乳化剂、10wt%的聚乙二醇单甲醚、12wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、8wt%的十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、25wt%的异丙醇、余量为水;所述除臭剂包括以下成分:17wt%的酯基季铵盐、12wt%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、7wt%的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、6wt%的茶皂素、10wt%的焦磷酸钠、28wt%的乙醇、余量为水。
其使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将羽毛置于冷水中,以80r/min的转速搅拌浸润1次,浸泡30min后,捞出沥干;
S2、将步骤S1中浸泡后的羽毛放入羽毛总量7.5倍的60℃的热水中,加入羽毛总量2.5%的洗涤剂,保持步骤S1中的转速不变,搅拌清洗30min后,捞出沥干;
S3、将步骤S2中清洗后的羽毛加羽毛总量0.8%的除臭剂用羽毛总量4.7倍的常温水进行漂洗,边漂洗边以步骤S1中的搅拌速率进行搅拌,每次漂洗5min后进行换水,共漂洗14次;
S4、将步骤S3中漂洗后的羽毛加入羽毛脱水机中,机械脱水20min后,置于135℃的循环热风下,干燥15min,将干燥后的羽毛自然冷却至室温即得羽毛原料。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种羽毛清洗剂,包括洗涤剂和除臭剂两部分;所述洗涤剂包括以下成分:8wt%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、4wt%的氨基硅油乳化剂、5wt%的聚乙二醇单甲醚、8wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3wt%的十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、18wt%的异丙醇、余量为水;所述除臭剂包括以下成分:9wt%的酯基季铵盐、5wt%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、3wt%的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2wt%的茶皂素、4wt%的焦磷酸钠、22wt%的乙醇、余量为水。
其使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将羽毛置于冷水中,以40r/min的转速搅拌浸润2次,每次浸泡20min后,捞出沥干;
S2、将步骤S1中浸泡后的羽毛放入羽毛总量5.8倍的40℃的热水中,加入羽毛总量1.8%的洗涤剂,保持步骤S1中的转速不变,搅拌清洗20min后,捞出沥干;
S3、将步骤S2中清洗后的羽毛加羽毛总量0.3%的除臭剂用羽毛总量3.2倍的常温水进行漂洗,边漂洗边以步骤S1中的搅拌速率进行搅拌,每次漂洗2min后进行换水,共漂洗10次;
S4、将步骤S3中漂洗后的羽毛加入羽毛脱水机中,机械脱水15min后,置于100℃的循环热风下,干燥10min,将干燥后的羽毛自然冷却至室温即得羽毛原料。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种羽毛清洗剂,包括洗涤剂和除臭剂两部分;所述洗涤剂包括以下成分:10wt%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、6wt%的氨基硅油乳化剂、8wt%的聚乙二醇单甲醚、10wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5wt%的十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、22wt%的异丙醇、余量为水;所述除臭剂包括以下成分:14wt%的酯基季铵盐、8wt%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、5wt%的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、4wt%的茶皂素、7wt%的焦磷酸钠、25wt%的乙醇、余量为水。
其使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将羽毛置于冷水中,以60r/min的转速搅拌浸润2次,每次浸泡25min后,捞出沥干;
S2、将步骤S1中浸泡后的羽毛放入羽毛总量6.5倍的50℃的热水中,加入羽毛总量2.2%的洗涤剂,保持步骤S1中的转速不变,搅拌清洗25min后,捞出沥干;
S3、将步骤S2中清洗后的羽毛加羽毛总量0.5%的除臭剂用羽毛总量4倍的常温水进行漂洗,边漂洗边以步骤S1中的搅拌速率进行搅拌,每次漂洗4min后进行换水,共漂洗12次;
S4、将步骤S3中漂洗后的羽毛加入羽毛脱水机中,机械脱水18min后,置于120℃的循环热风下,干燥12min,将干燥后的羽毛自然冷却至室温即得羽毛原料。
利用本发明实施例一~三中制备的的羽毛清洗剂与市售的某清洗剂(对比例)分别按照相同的清洗方法对相同质量的羽毛进行清洗,对比清洗结果如下:

1.一种羽毛清洗剂,其特征在于,包括洗涤剂和除臭剂两部分;所述洗涤剂包括以下成分:8~12wt%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、4~9wt%的氨基硅油乳化剂、5~10wt%的聚乙二醇单甲醚、8~12wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3~8wt%的十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、18~25wt%的异丙醇、余量为水;所述除臭剂包括以下成分:9~17wt%的酯基季铵盐、5~12wt%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、3~7wt%的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2~6wt%的茶皂素、4~10wt%的焦磷酸钠、22~28wt%的乙醇、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽毛清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂包括洗涤剂和除臭剂两部分;所述洗涤剂包括以下成分:9~11wt%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、5~8wt%的氨基硅油乳化剂、6~9wt%的聚乙二醇单甲醚、9~11wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4~7wt%的十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、20~24wt%的异丙醇、余量为水;所述除臭剂包括以下成分:12~15wt%的酯基季铵盐、7~10wt%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、4~6wt%的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3~5wt%的茶皂素、5~9wt%的焦磷酸钠、24~26wt%的乙醇、余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽毛清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂包括洗涤剂和除臭剂两部分;所述洗涤剂包括以下成分:10wt%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、6wt%的氨基硅油乳化剂、8wt%的聚乙二醇单甲醚、10wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5wt%的十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、22wt%的异丙醇、余量为水;所述除臭剂包括以下成分:14wt%的酯基季铵盐、8wt%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、5wt%的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、4wt%的茶皂素、7wt%的焦磷酸钠、25wt%的乙醇、余量为水。
4.一种羽毛清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将羽毛置于冷水中,以40~80r/min的转速搅拌浸润1~2次,每次浸泡20~30min后,捞出沥干;
S2、将步骤S1中浸泡后的羽毛放入40~60℃的热水中,加入权利要求1中洗涤剂,保持步骤S1中的转速不变,搅拌清洗20~30min后,捞出沥干;
S3、将步骤S2中清洗后的羽毛加权利要求1中的除臭剂用常温水进行漂洗,边漂洗边以步骤S1中的搅拌速率进行搅拌,每次漂洗2~5min后进行换水,共漂洗10~14次;
S4、将步骤S3中漂洗后的羽毛加入羽毛脱水机中,机械脱水15~20min后,置于100~135℃的循环热风下,干燥10~15min,将干燥后的羽毛自然冷却至室温即得羽毛原料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种羽毛清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中热水的加入量为羽毛总量的5.8~7.5倍;洗涤剂的加入量为羽毛总量的1.8~2.5%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种羽毛清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中每次常温水的加入量为羽毛总量的3.2~4.7倍;每次除臭剂的加入量为羽毛总量的0.3~0.8%。
