Abstract
本发明提供一种光学玻璃清洗剂,包括氢氧化钠、乙醇与聚乙二醇复配合计、碳酸钾、葡萄糖酸钠与柠檬酸钠复配、五水偏硅酸钠、碳酸钠、阴离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂、苯甲酸钠、硫酸镁、去离子水。本发明具有优异的清洗效果,不留水痕,清洗后易干燥。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光学玻璃清洗剂。
背景技术
本部分旨在为权利要求中及其具体实施方式中陈述的本发明实施方式提供背景或者上下文,此处的描述的内容,不因为是包括在本部分中就承认是现有技术。
玻璃因为其透明、透光、反射、多彩的特性,被广泛应用在不同的技术领域,例如汽车的挡风玻璃。汽车挡风玻璃在生产时,会有残留大量的研磨液、抛光粉、指纹、吸笔印、重油等,汽车挡风玻璃在后期使用一段时间之后,玻璃上会出现大量的污渍、尘垢、油污等污染物,会影响玻璃的透明度,从而影响玻璃的使用。现有的光学玻璃清洗剂清洗效果比较一般,容易出现划痕和白斑,并且玻璃清洗完毕后难以干燥。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种光学玻璃清洗剂,具有优异的清洗效果,不留水痕,清洗后易干燥。
本发明提供一种光学玻璃清洗剂,所述清洗剂包括以下组分:氢氧化钠5-10份、乙醇与聚乙二醇复配合计20-30份、碳酸钾1-5份、葡萄糖酸钠与柠檬酸钠复配合计2-10份、五水偏硅酸钠1-8份、碳酸钠1-8份、阴离子型表面活性剂2-8份、非离子型表面活性剂4-16份、苯甲酸钠6份、硫酸镁1-5份、去离子水100-150份;其中:
乙醇与聚乙二醇之间的比例为:2:1;
阴离子型表面活性剂通过磺化琥珀二己酯钠盐以及十二烷基苯磺酸钠复配而成,比例为:2:3;
非离子型表面活性剂通过辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚复配而成,比例为:1:1.5:3;
阴离子型表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂的比例为:1:2。
本发明系申请人经过多年对行业研究而得到的,配方经过优化,不仅各组分发挥自身的作用,而且不同组分之间产生协同作用,使得清洗效果相较于现有的玻璃清洗剂而言,具有更加优异的清洗效果,而且不留划痕和白斑,清洗后易干燥。

本实施方式提供一种光学玻璃清洗剂,包括以下实施例:
实施例1:
氢氧化钠5份、乙醇与聚乙二醇复配合计20份、碳酸钾1份、葡萄糖酸钠与柠檬酸钠复配合计2份、五水偏硅酸钠1份、碳酸钠1份、阴离子型表面活性剂2份、非离子型表面活性剂4份、苯甲酸钠6份、硫酸镁1、去离子水100份;其中:
乙醇与聚乙二醇之间的比例为:2:1;
阴离子型表面活性剂通过磺化琥珀二己酯钠盐以及十二烷基苯磺酸钠复配而成,比例为:2:3;
非离子型表面活性剂通过辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚复配而成,比例为:1:1.5:3;
阴离子型表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂的比例为:1:2。
实施例2:
氢氧化钠10份、乙醇与聚乙二醇复配合计30份、碳酸钾5份、葡萄糖酸钠与柠檬酸钠复配合计10份、五水偏硅酸钠8份、碳酸钠8份、阴离子型表面活性剂8份、非离子型表面活性剂16份、苯甲酸钠6份、硫酸镁5份、去离子水150份;其中:
乙醇与聚乙二醇之间的比例为:2:1;
阴离子型表面活性剂通过磺化琥珀二己酯钠盐以及十二烷基苯磺酸钠复配而成,比例为:2:3;
非离子型表面活性剂通过辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚复配而成,比例为:1:1.5:3;
阴离子型表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂的比例为:1:2。
实施例3:
氢氧化钠8份、乙醇与聚乙二醇复配合计25份、碳酸钾3份、葡萄糖酸钠与柠檬酸钠复配合计6份、五水偏硅酸钠5份、碳酸钠5份、阴离子型表面活性剂4份、非离子型表面活性剂8份、苯甲酸钠6份、硫酸镁3份、去离子水120份;其中:
乙醇与聚乙二醇之间的比例为:2:1;
阴离子型表面活性剂通过磺化琥珀二己酯钠盐以及十二烷基苯磺酸钠复配而成,比例为:2:3;
非离子型表面活性剂通过辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚复配而成,比例为:1:1.5:3;
阴离子型表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂的比例为:1:2。
以上实施例对有大量手指印以及大量油污的玻璃进行清洗,得到以下实验数据:

本发明系申请人经过多年对行业研究而得到的,配方经过优化,不仅各组分发挥自身的作用,而且不同组分之间产生协同作用,使得清洗效果相较于现有的玻璃清洗剂而言,具有更加优异的清洗效果,而且不留划痕和白斑,清洗后易干燥。
特别地,本发明乙醇与聚乙二醇采用2:1的比例进行复配,不仅不容易使得硫酸镁、碳酸钠、碳酸钾等结晶残留而导致水痕,以实现玻璃清洗后达到快干的目的,而且可以更好地将苯甲酸钠溶解,使得整个配方的防腐效果更好,以及进一步实现快干的目的。硫酸镁、碳酸钠、碳酸钾还可以作为PH调节剂,以防止清洗剂在对玻璃清洗时对玻璃造成损伤;碳酸钠、碳酸钾可以除油除污。但是硫酸镁、碳酸钠、碳酸钾的量不能过多,过多容易导致水痕。因此,本发明将乙醇与聚乙二醇的量控制在20-30份,碳酸钾控制在1-5份,碳酸钠控制在1-8份,硫酸镁控制在1-5份,不仅可以实现快干目的,不留水痕,而且可以很好地调节PH值,使得苯甲酸钠具有防腐效果,同时实现快干目的。
本发明需要保证聚乙二醇的量,聚乙二醇可以提高清洗剂的分散性以及润湿性,让无机盐更好地溶解,还可以起到玻璃清洗抗静电作用。
本发明采用合理的比例将阴离子型表面活性剂以及非离子型表面活性剂复配,得到占比合理的表面活性剂,而且不同类型的表面活性剂分别通过多种原料进行复配,因此,可以更好地清洗表面的不同污物的玻璃,可以适用于玻璃生产厂商使用,也适用于汽车清洗商的使用。
综上所述,本发明采用合理的配方,解决了现有技术中清洗效果差、清洗有水痕、不易干燥等问题,可以针对具有不同类型的污垢玻璃进行清洗。

Claims (1)
1.一种光学玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂由以下组分组成:氢氧化钠5-10份、乙醇与聚乙二醇复配合计20-30份、碳酸钾1-5份、葡萄糖酸钠与柠檬酸钠复配合计2-10份、五水偏硅酸钠1-8份、碳酸钠1-8份、阴离子型表面活性剂2-8份、非离子型表面活性剂4-16份、苯甲酸钠6份、硫酸镁1-5份、去离子水100-150份;其中:
乙醇与聚乙二醇之间的比例为:2:1;
阴离子型表面活性剂通过磺化琥珀二己酯钠盐以及十二烷基苯磺酸钠复配而成,比例为:2:3;
非离子型表面活性剂通过辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚复配而成,比例为:1:1.5:3;
阴离子型表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂的比例为:1:2。
