一种汽车玻璃用防雾防冻清洁剂,属于玻璃清洁剂技术领域。包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:乙二醇单丁醚20‑35份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺10‑35份、乙二醇10‑30份、乙醇25‑40份、十二烷基硫酸钠5‑18份、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚10‑18份、硬质磷酸3‑6份、碳酸氢钠3‑9份、天然植物香精1‑3份、抗氧化剂1‑2份、天然杀菌剂8‑15份、助剂10‑18份、去离子水45‑65份。本发明能够高效快速除去汽车玻璃的灰尘,能够有效降低雨刷器与玻璃表面的摩擦力,同时在玻璃表面形成一层保护膜,起到保护玻璃与雨刷器的双重作用。本发明具有清洁效果明显、无毒、环保、防雾、除冰雪、不腐蚀、不燃烧等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车玻璃清洗剂的组份,尤其是一种汽车玻璃用防雾防冻清洁剂,属于玻璃清洁剂技术领域。
背景技术
玻璃清洁剂是用于清洗玻璃表面的油污,其主要成分是表面活性剂,略带碱性或具中性。玻璃清洁剂其分子中同时具有亲水的极性基团与亲油的非极性基团,当它的加入量很少时,即能大大降低溶剂(一般是水)的表面张力以及液界面张力,并且具有润滑、增溶、乳化、分散和洗涤等作用。玻璃清洁剂在家庭生活及工业生产的清洗中,有广泛的用途。
汽车车窗清洗剂是由多种表面活性剂及添加剂复配而成,属于硬表面清洁剂中的一种,但有其特殊性。作为汽车车窗的挡风玻璃,冬天容易结冰,夏天,经常会有很多虫胶,平时又难免会有油污和灰尘等附着在汽车挡风玻璃上,给驾驶员造成很多麻烦。汽车窗挡风玻璃长时间不清洗,会附着很多灰尘、油污虫胶,严重影响驾驶员视线;现有的汽车玻璃清洁剂不能有效防雾、清洁效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种清洁效果明显、无毒、环保、防雾、除冰雪、不腐蚀、不燃烧的汽车玻璃用防雾防冻清洁剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种汽车玻璃用防雾防冻清洁剂,其特征是,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:乙二醇单丁醚20-35份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺10-35份、乙二醇10-30份、乙醇25-40份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-18份、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚10-18份、硬质磷酸3-6份、碳酸氢钠3-9份、天然植物香精1-3份、抗氧化剂1-2份、天然杀菌剂8-15份、助剂10-18份、去离子水45-65份。
进一步,所述天然杀菌剂为壳聚糖羧酸盐。
进一步,所述助剂为消泡剂和螯合剂的混合物。
进一步,所述天然植物香精为玫瑰、茉莉、柠檬提取物制备而成。
进一步,还含有浓度为15-25%氯化钠溶液,其重量份为5-15份。
无色易燃液体,具有中等程度醚味,低毒。可溶于水和醇,与石油烃具有高的稀释,由环氧乙烷与正丁醇作用而得。
十二烷基硫酸钠,白色或淡黄色粉状,溶于水,对碱和硬水不敏感。具有去污、乳化和优异的发泡力。是一种对人体微毒的阴离子表面活性剂。其生物降解度>90%。用途:用作乳化剂、灭火剂、发泡剂及纺织助剂。也用作牙膏和膏状、粉状、洗发香波的发泡剂。
聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚是一种重要的聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂,它具有性质稳定、耐酸碱和成本低等特征。
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,属于非离子表面活性剂,没有浊点。性状为淡黄色至琥珀色粘稠液体, 易溶于水、具有良好的发泡、稳泡、渗透去污、抗硬水等功能。属非离子表面活性剂,在阴离子表面活性剂呈酸性时与之配伍增稠效果特别明显, 能与多种表面活性剂配伍。
本发明通过多种表面活性剂、助洗剂和溶剂复配,从而起到对各种不同类型的污垢的清洗作用。经过清洁的车窗透明清晰,无光斑、条纹和垢迹。汽车车窗清洗剂中加入甲醇、乙醇及其他低分子醇,能显著降低液体的冰点,从而起到防冻作用,并能很快溶解冰霜。表面活性剂在玻璃表面会形成一层单分子保护层,通过形成雾滴,保证挡风玻璃清澈透明,视野清晰。
挡风玻璃经汽车车窗清洗剂清洁后,表面活性分子吸附在玻璃表面,能消除玻璃表面的电荷,起到防尘和抗静电作用。汽车车窗清洗剂中含有醇类化合物,黏度较大,可以起到润滑作用,减少雨刷器与玻璃之间的摩擦,防止产生划痕。
本发明能够高效快速除去汽车玻璃的灰尘、鸟粪以及动物昆虫与其碰撞后所形成的顽固污渍,能够有效降低雨刷器与玻璃表面的摩擦力,同时在玻璃表面形成一层保护膜,起到保护玻璃与雨刷器的双重作用。本发明具有清洁效果明显、无毒、环保、防雾、除冰雪、不腐蚀、不燃烧等特点。

一种汽车玻璃用防雾防冻清洁剂,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:乙二醇单丁醚20-35份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺10-35份、乙二醇10-30份、乙醇25-40份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-18份、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚10-18份、硬质磷酸3-6份、碳酸氢钠3-9份、天然植物香精1-3份、抗氧化剂1-2份、天然杀菌剂8-15份、助剂10-18份、去离子水45-65份。
进一步,所述天然杀菌剂为壳聚糖羧酸盐。
进一步,所述助剂为消泡剂和螯合剂的混合物。
进一步,所述天然植物香精为玫瑰、茉莉、柠檬提取物制备而成。
进一步,还含有浓度为15-25%氯化钠溶液,其重量份为5-15份。

进一步,所述助剂为消泡剂和螯合剂的混合物。

5. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种汽车玻璃用防雾防冻清洁剂,其特征是,还含有浓度为15-25%氯化钠溶液,其重量份为5-15份。
