本发明公开了一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法:包括以下步骤:a.首先对原料进行选取;b.待步骤a完成后再进行燕窝的淘洗烘干;c.待步骤b完成后,再进行冷冻粉碎、过筛;d.待步骤c完成后,再进行强抗氧化作用燕窝提取液的制备,通过对燕窝原料采用液氮冷冻粉碎的方式,可在保证粉碎细度的情况下,保证洁净度,配合稳定剂,可在提取的过程中,增加燕窝自身的稳定性,避免燕窝产生性变的情况下,导致提取液的品质降低,可通过增加由过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶、葡萄糖‑6‑磷酸脱氢酶等组成的强抗氧化物,可在燕窝提取液完成之后,增加燕窝提取液的抗氧化效果,便于延长保质期,也增加了燕窝提取液自身的使用效果,便于推广使用。

背景技术
燕窝又称燕菜、燕根、燕蔬菜,是指雨燕目雨燕科的部分雨燕和金丝燕属的几种金丝燕分泌出来的唾液,再混合其他物质所筑成的巢穴。燕窝按筑巢的地方可分为“屋燕”及“洞燕”两种,洞燕因其受矿物质影响导致颜色不同,有白燕、黄燕、红燕之分,而屋燕只有象牙白一种颜色。燕窝是中国自明代以来开始被食用的传统名贵食品之一,燕窝中的主要营养成分是蛋白质,其中有1种必需氨基酸(赖氨酸),3种条件性必需氨基酸,燕窝常搭配海萃人参食用,可提升燕窝功效。而人体需要的必需氨基酸有8种,条件性必需氨基酸有13种,燕窝具有其独特的功效的原因之一是因为燕窝已被当今医学界证实富含特有的神经氨酸——燕窝酸。是中国传统美食燕窝中具有生物活性的主要成份。
目前,市场上燕窝提取液,可利用燕窝进行加工提取,但是在实际使用中,在燕窝提取液的提取过程中,在进行原料处理中,任何一个环节都容易造成燕窝的污染,这就极大的影响了后续的操作,其次配合高压高温进行液体分析的过程中,会造成燕窝自身的稳定性变差,直接对提取液产生质变的影响,然后现有的提取液自身保质期是很短的,虽然可利用燕窝包含的氨基酸进行抗氧化作用,但是在使用效果上还是具有极大的提升空间,这些都是实际存在而又急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法,通过对燕窝原料采用液氮冷冻粉碎的方式,可在保证粉碎细度的情况下,保证洁净度,配合糊精5%、糖酯5%、丙二醇33%、聚氯乙烯17%、亚磷酸酯8%、多元醇32%组成的稳定剂,可在提取的过程中,增加燕窝自身的稳定性,避免燕窝产生性变的情况下,导致提取液的品质降低,可通过增加由过氧化氢酶3%、谷胱甘肽还原酶24%、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶13%、维生素E5%、维生素C18%、二叔丁基37%组成的强抗氧化物,可在燕窝提取液完成之后,增加燕窝提取液的抗氧化效果,便于延长保质期,也增加了燕窝提取液自身的使用效果,便于推广使用。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法:包括以下步骤:
a.首先对原料进行选取;
b.待步骤a完成后再进行燕窝的淘洗烘干;
c.待步骤b完成后,再进行冷冻粉碎、过筛;
d.待步骤c完成后,再进行强抗氧化作用燕窝提取液的制备。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤a中;原料以金丝燕窝为主,需要为干燥状态,无黑斑霉变,表面均匀有光泽,无明显杂质。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤b中:在此处理过程中,需对燕窝的杂质和碎毛进行漂洗,需添加去离子水25%、蒸馏水75%,浸泡3—5H,需要多次翻滚,去除固体杂质,晾干,配合干燥箱,温度调整为15—25℃,低温干燥20min。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤c中:冷冻粉碎采用液氮冷冻粉碎机,碎细度需达40-100μm,工作温度控制在-35℃—0℃,功率:37KW,过筛时长为30min,整个分筛分为两段式操作;
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤d中还包括其制备方法,步骤包括如下;
S1、首先加入比燕窝粉末重20倍量的蒸馏水,机械搅拌条件下煮沸40分钟,再保持恒温30℃,静置2H;
S2、步骤S1结束后,在此过程中进行稳定剂的添加,稳定剂为糊精5%、糖酯5%、丙二醇33%、聚氯乙烯17%、亚磷酸酯8%、多元醇32%,充分搅拌之后静置,即得混合液;
S3、步骤S2结束后,继续在融合液中添加由过氧化氢酶3%、谷胱甘肽还原酶24%、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶13%、维生素E5%、维生素C18%、二叔丁基37%组成的强抗氧化物;
S4、步骤S3结束后,将融合物置于高压装置中,配合85—115℃,加热25—40min,对液体进行静置冷却,待分层后,取其上清液,即可得到燕窝提取液;
S5、步骤S4结束后,将燕窝提取液通过无菌冷灌装技术,采用无菌空间进行杀菌,确保整个灌装过程达到无菌要求。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法,通过对燕窝原料采用液氮冷冻粉碎的方式,可在保证粉碎细度的情况下,保证洁净度,配合糊精5%、糖酯5%、丙二醇33%、聚氯乙烯17%、亚磷酸酯8%、多元醇32%组成的稳定剂,可在提取的过程中,增加燕窝自身的稳定性,避免燕窝产生性变的情况下,导致提取液的品质降低,可通过增加由过氧化氢酶3%、谷胱甘肽还原酶24%、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶13%、维生素E5%、维生素C18%、二叔丁基37%组成的强抗氧化物,可在燕窝提取液完成之后,增加燕窝提取液的抗氧化效果,便于延长保质期,也增加了燕窝提取液自身的使用效果,便于推广使用。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法:包括以下步骤:
a.首先对原料进行选取;
b.待步骤a完成后再进行燕窝的淘洗烘干;
c.待步骤b完成后,再进行冷冻粉碎、过筛;
d.待步骤c完成后,再进行强抗氧化作用燕窝提取液的制备。
所述步骤a中;原料以金丝燕窝为主,需要为干燥状态,无黑斑霉变,表面均匀有光泽,无明显杂质。

在一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法中,首先通过对燕窝原料采用液氮冷冻粉碎的方式,可在保证粉碎细度的情况下,保证洁净度,配合糊精5%、糖酯5%、丙二醇33%、聚氯乙烯17%、亚磷酸酯8%、多元醇32%组成的稳定剂,可在提取的过程中,增加燕窝自身的稳定性,避免燕窝产生性变的情况下,导致提取液的品质降低,可通过增加由过氧化氢酶3%、谷胱甘肽还原酶24%、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶13%、维生素E5%、维生素C18%、二叔丁基37%组成的强抗氧化物,可在燕窝提取液完成之后,增加燕窝提取液的抗氧化效果,便于延长保质期,也增加了燕窝提取液自身的使用效果,便于推广使用。
现通过本发明所提出的一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法与某市面常用提取方法进行试验对比,试验过程如下;
1、采用间接测定法,用高准确度、高灵敏度的方法测定高纯物质中的各种杂质含量,然后从待测物质中减去所测杂质总量的百分率作为该高纯物质的纯度。
2、采用对比的方式,把两种提取方式的成品提取液放置到自然环境中进行静置,在一天以后,对提取液进行细菌、浓度、活性的测试,即可的抗氧化率。
3、采用对比的方式,把两种提取方式的成品提取液,进行密封后,放置到自然环境中进行静置,开始计算天数,其中分周检测,在产品完全变质后停止计算。
试验数据如下:
经实验对比,本发明所制成的一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法具有污染小、纯度高、抗氧化效果强、存放周期长的特点。

1.一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a.首先对原料进行选取;
b.待步骤a完成后再进行燕窝的淘洗烘干;
c.待步骤b完成后,再进行冷冻粉碎、过筛;
d.待步骤c完成后,再进行强抗氧化作用燕窝提取液的制备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备具有强抗氧化作用的燕窝提取液的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a中;原料以金丝燕窝为主,需要为干燥状态,无黑斑霉变,表面均匀有光泽,无明显杂质。
