Abstract
本发明适用于动物饲养技术领域,提供了一种以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,包括以下步骤:A、制备毛苕子颗粒;B、制备湿基料;C、制备孢子液;D、将物料乳化剪切;E、制备盐生毛苕子饲料;F、选择远离城区、工业区的山地、林地、矮草丛或河滩地建立羊舍,早晚喂食粗饲料;G、待其达到产奶期时,添加盐生毛苕子饲料,按照每日每只羊的喂料重量为1.2~1.8kg进行喂养,同时添加混合饲料,所述混合饲料与盐生毛苕子饲料的比重为1~0.8。借此,本发明能够有效改善奶山羊的体质,并提高其产奶量,延长其寿命,增强收益。

本发明涉及动物饲养技术领域,尤其涉及一种以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法。
背景技术
随着经济的不断发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对营养及养生也越来越重视,羊奶含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素A、维生素B、钙、钾、铁等营养成分。现代营养学研究发现,羊奶中的蛋白质、矿物质,尤其是钙、磷的含量都比牛奶略高;维生素A、B含量也高于牛奶。和牛奶相比,羊奶更容易消化,据有关试验证明,婴儿对羊奶的消化率可达94%以上。羊奶味甘、性温,入胃、心、肾经;有滋阴养胃、补益肾脏、润肠通便、解毒的作用;可用于虚痨羸瘦、消渴、反胃、呃逆、口疮等症。由于羊奶具有多种有益作用,近年,奶羊的养殖越来越广泛,但是目前的奶羊饲料,品种较少,质量不高,跟不上快速发展的奶羊养殖业的生产需要。毛苕子是豆科野豌豆属一年生或越年生草本植物,营养价值很高。毛苕子播种后子叶不出土,茎叶由胚芽发育而成。根系发达,主根明显,入土深1~2米;侧根分枝多,密集分布在20~30厘米深土层中。
综上可知,现有技术在实际使用上显然存在不便与缺陷,所以有必要加以改进。
发明内容
针对上述的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,其可以增强奶山羊的产奶量,同时能够提高奶山羊的体质。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、制备毛苕子颗粒:选取新鲜的盐生毛苕子茎叶,切成2~4㎝的小段;采用榨汁机破碎,然后对其进行压榨取汁,选取剩余固体加水继续提取一次,将两次所取得的汁液进行混合,加入单一酶进行酶解,对酶解后的汁液进行加热煮沸,然后冷却降温至70~75℃,加入食品级活性炭进行脱色,然后对脱色完成的汁液进行过滤得到清液,然后在真空条件下浓缩结晶得到毛苕子颗粒;
B、将豆粕、发酵豆粕、甲酸钙、微量元素、中草药、苜蓿草粉、优质黄玉米、植物蛋白、维生素添加剂和辅料进行混合,然后送入粉碎机粉碎为粉末状,然后将其粉末状物质置于底喷式或转鼓式流化床中,开机预热至60℃,在60℃条件下,喷头雾化的压力为0.05-0.35Pa,压缩空气压强0.4-0.8Pa,流量控制在400ml~1500ml/h,依次加入饲料乳化剂、动物油脂和/或植物油以进行混合,得湿基料;
C、葡萄糖7g,磷酸二氢钾0.4g,蛋白胨2g,硫酸镁0.2g,基础培养基400mL,pH 6.5,培养基制备完成后,高压消毒30min,冷却后接入相应菌种,接种前将装有培养基的扁瓶在121℃条件下灭菌30分钟,接种后在28~35℃条件下培养30~48h,配成孢子液;
D、将步骤A~C所制得的毛苕子颗粒、湿基料和孢子液混合进行搅拌,然后加入水,加温,加入乳化剂,充分搅拌,然后投入乳化机进行处理,在乳化机的定子或静磨片、转子或动磨片、螺旋桨叶狭窄的间隙中形成强烈、往复的液力剪切、摩擦、离心挤压、液流碰撞,或者通过循环管将物料在容器中循环往复以上工作过程,将物料乳化剪切;
E、将乳化后的物料送入具有热风机的滚筒造粒机,设定转速380~390r/min,温度86-90℃,造粒46~50min,过50目钢筛,得球形肥料,将该球形肥料先用低温~3℃冷冻20~22min,在采用60℃逐步升温至100℃,以1℃/min升温方式烘烤40min至干即得盐生毛苕子饲料;
F、选择远离城区、工业区的山地、林地、矮草丛或河滩地作为饲养场所,在靠近饲养场所处建立羊舍,按照100~200只/亩选取雏羊,早晚喂食粗饲料;
G、待其达到产奶期时,添加盐生毛苕子饲料,按照每日每只羊的喂料重量为1.2~1.8kg进行喂养,同时添加混合饲料,所述混合饲料与盐生毛苕子饲料的比重为1~0.8。
根据本发明的以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,所述酶解步骤包括一级酶解、二级酶解和三级酶解;所述的一级酶解:采用纤维素酶进行酶解,纤维素酶的酶活为100万~120万U/g,酶解温度为51~52℃,酶解时间为7h;所述的二级酶解:采用木瓜蛋白酶进行酶解,木瓜蛋白酶的酶活为70万U/g,酶解温度为45~48℃,酶解时间为3h;所述的三级酶解:采用液体果胶酶进行酶解,液体果胶酶的酶活为4万~5万U/mL,酶解温度为52℃,酶解时间为3h。
根据本发明的以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,所述辅料为:酸化剂3.5g/kg、氯化钠4g/kg、小苏打2g/kg、植酸酶0.1g/kg、大豆异黄酮0.3g/kg、50kgγ-氨基丁酸0.2g/kg、甜味剂0.1g/kg、香味剂0.4g/kg、抗氧化剂0.3g/kg和防霉剂0.5g/kg。
根据本发明的以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,所述微量元素为:铜30mg,铁140mg,锌120mg,锰40mg,碘0.2mg,硒0.3mg,铬0.2mg,钴0.2mg。
根据本发明的以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,所述步骤C中需添加生物菌剂,所述生物菌剂由下述重量份数的组份为原料混配制成:固氮菌粉末1-2份,蜡状芽孢杆菌粉末2-4份,苏云金杆菌粉末3-5份,硅酸盐菌1-2份,蜡状芽孢杆菌1-2份,苏云金杆菌0.5-2份。

另外,本发明的辅料为:酸化剂3.5g/kg、氯化钠4g/kg、小苏打2g/kg、植酸酶0.1g/kg、大豆异黄酮0.3g/kg、50kgγ-氨基丁酸0.2g/kg、甜味剂0.1g/kg、香味剂0.4g/kg、抗氧化剂0.3g/kg和防霉剂0.5g/kg。
进一步的,本发明的微量元素为:铜30mg,铁140mg,锌120mg,锰40mg,碘0.2mg,硒0.3mg,铬0.2mg,钴0.2mg。
更好的,本发明的步骤C中需添加生物菌剂,所述生物菌剂由下述重量份数的组份为原料混配制成:固氮菌粉末1-2份,蜡状芽孢杆菌粉末2-4份,苏云金杆菌粉末3-5份,硅酸盐菌1-2份,蜡状芽孢杆菌1-2份,苏云金杆菌0.5-2份。

B、将豆粕、发酵豆粕、甲酸钙、微量元素、中草药、苜蓿草粉、优质黄玉米、植物蛋白、维生素添加剂和辅料进行混合,然后送入粉碎机粉碎为粉末状,然后将其粉末状物质置于底喷式或转鼓式流化床中,开机预热至60℃,在60℃条件下,喷头雾化的压力为0.35Pa,压缩空气压强0.8Pa,流量控制在1500ml/h,依次加入饲料乳化剂、动物油脂和/或植物油以进行混合,得湿基料;
C、葡萄糖7g,磷酸二氢钾0.4g,蛋白胨2g,硫酸镁0.2g,基础培养基400mL,pH 6.5,培养基制备完成后,高压消毒30min,冷却后接入相应菌种,接种前将装有培养基的扁瓶在121℃条件下灭菌30分钟,接种后在35℃条件下培养48h,配成孢子液;
D、将步骤A~C所制得的毛苕子颗粒、湿基料和孢子液混合进行搅拌,然后加入水,加温,加入乳化剂,充分搅拌,然后投入乳化机进行处理,在乳化机的定子或静磨片、转子或动磨片、螺旋桨叶狭窄的间隙中形成强烈、往复的液力剪切、摩擦、离心挤压、液流碰撞,或者通过循环管将物料在容器中循环往复以上工作过程,将物料乳化剪切;
E、将乳化后的物料送入具有热风机的滚筒造粒机,设定转速390r/min,温度90℃,造粒50min,过50目钢筛,得球形肥料,将该球形肥料先用低温~3℃冷冻22min,在采用60℃逐步升温至100℃,以1℃/min升温方式烘烤40min至干即得盐生毛苕子饲料;
F、选择远离城区、工业区的山地、林地、矮草丛或河滩地作为饲养场所,在靠近饲养场所处建立羊舍,按照200只/亩选取雏羊,早晚喂食粗饲料;
G、待其达到产奶期时,添加盐生毛苕子饲料,按照每日每只羊的喂料重量为1.8kg进行喂养,同时添加混合饲料,所述混合饲料与盐生毛苕子饲料的比重为1~0.8。
对比例不采用盐生毛苕子饲料喂食,其余的管理方式与实施例均相同,试验结果如表所示:
通过上述表格可以明确看出,通过喂养盐生毛苕子饲料后,奶山羊的产奶量以及羊奶中含有的微量元素明显有所提高,同时对实施例和对比例的奶山羊进行喂养对比,能够明显发现,实施例所喂养的奶山羊患病率明显降低。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、制备毛苕子颗粒:选取新鲜的盐生毛苕子茎叶,切成2~4㎝的小段;采用榨汁机破碎,然后对其进行压榨取汁,选取剩余固体加水继续提取一次,将两次所取得的汁液进行混合,加入单一酶进行酶解,对酶解后的汁液进行加热煮沸,然后冷却降温至70~75℃,加入食品级活性炭进行脱色,然后对脱色完成的汁液进行过滤得到清液,然后在真空条件下浓缩结晶得到毛苕子颗粒;
B、将豆粕、发酵豆粕、甲酸钙、微量元素、中草药、苜蓿草粉、优质黄玉米、植物蛋白、维生素添加剂和辅料进行混合,然后送入粉碎机粉碎为粉末状,然后将其粉末状物质置于底喷式或转鼓式流化床中,开机预热至60℃,在60℃条件下,喷头雾化的压力为0.05-0.35Pa,压缩空气压强0.4-0.8Pa,流量控制在400ml~1500ml/h,依次加入饲料乳化剂、动物油脂和/或植物油以进行混合,得湿基料;
C、葡萄糖7g,磷酸二氢钾0.4g,蛋白胨2g,硫酸镁0.2g,基础培养基400mL,pH 6.5,培养基制备完成后,高压消毒30min,冷却后接入相应菌种,接种前将装有培养基的扁瓶在121℃条件下灭菌30分钟,接种后在28~35℃条件下培养30~48h,配成孢子液;
D、将步骤A~C所制得的毛苕子颗粒、湿基料和孢子液混合进行搅拌,然后加入水,加温,加入乳化剂,充分搅拌,然后投入乳化机进行处理,在乳化机的定子或静磨片、转子或动磨片、螺旋桨叶狭窄的间隙中形成强烈、往复的液力剪切、摩擦、离心挤压、液流碰撞,或者通过循环管将物料在容器中循环往复以上工作过程,将物料乳化剪切;
E、将乳化后的物料送入具有热风机的滚筒造粒机,设定转速380~390r/min,温度86-90℃,造粒46~50min,过50目钢筛,得球形肥料,将该球形肥料先用低温~3℃冷冻20~22min,在采用60℃逐步升温至100℃,以1℃/min升温方式烘烤40min至干即得盐生毛苕子饲料;
F、选择远离城区、工业区的山地、林地、矮草丛或河滩地作为饲养场所,在靠近饲养场所处建立羊舍,按照100~200只/亩选取雏羊,早晚喂食粗饲料;
G、待其达到产奶期时,添加盐生毛苕子饲料,按照每日每只羊的喂料重量为1.2~1.8kg进行喂养,同时添加混合饲料,所述混合饲料与盐生毛苕子饲料的比重为1~0.8。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、制备毛苕子颗粒:选取新鲜的盐生毛苕子茎叶,切成2~4㎝的小段;采用榨汁机破碎,然后对其进行压榨取汁,选取剩余固体加水继续提取一次,将两次所取得的汁液进行混合,加入单一酶进行酶解,对酶解后的汁液进行加热煮沸,然后冷却降温至70~75℃,加入食品级活性炭进行脱色,然后对脱色完成的汁液进行过滤得到清液,然后在真空条件下浓缩结晶得到毛苕子颗粒;
B、将豆粕、发酵豆粕、甲酸钙、微量元素、中草药、苜蓿草粉、优质黄玉米、植物蛋白、维生素添加剂和辅料进行混合,然后送入粉碎机粉碎为粉末状,然后将其粉末状物质置于底喷式或转鼓式流化床中,开机预热至60℃,在60℃条件下,喷头雾化的压力为0.05-0.35Pa,压缩空气压强0.4-0.8Pa,流量控制在400ml~1500ml/h,依次加入饲料乳化剂、动物油脂和/或植物油以进行混合,得湿基料;
C、葡萄糖7g,磷酸二氢钾0.4g,蛋白胨2g,硫酸镁0.2g,基础培养基400mL,pH 6.5,培养基制备完成后,高压消毒30min,冷却后接入相应菌种,接种前将装有培养基的扁瓶在121℃条件下灭菌30分钟,接种后在28~35℃条件下培养30~48h,配成孢子液;
D、将步骤A~C所制得的毛苕子颗粒、湿基料和孢子液混合进行搅拌,然后加入水,加温,加入乳化剂,充分搅拌,然后投入乳化机进行处理,在乳化机的定子或静磨片、转子或动磨片、螺旋桨叶狭窄的间隙中形成强烈、往复的液力剪切、摩擦、离心挤压、液流碰撞,或者通过循环管将物料在容器中循环往复以上工作过程,将物料乳化剪切;
E、将乳化后的物料送入具有热风机的滚筒造粒机,设定转速380~390r/min,温度86-90℃,造粒46~50min,过50目钢筛,得球形肥料,将该球形肥料先用低温~3℃冷冻20~22min,在采用60℃逐步升温至100℃,以1℃/min升温方式烘烤40min至干即得盐生毛苕子饲料;
F、选择远离城区、工业区的山地、林地、矮草丛或河滩地作为饲养场所,在靠近饲养场所处建立羊舍,按照100~200只/亩选取雏羊,早晚喂食粗饲料;
G、待其达到产奶期时,添加盐生毛苕子饲料,按照每日每只羊的喂料重量为1.2~1.8kg进行喂养,同时添加混合饲料,所述混合饲料与盐生毛苕子饲料的比重为1~0.8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,所述酶解步骤包括一级酶解、二级酶解和三级酶解;
所述的一级酶解:采用纤维素酶进行酶解,纤维素酶的酶活为100万~120万U/g,酶解温度为51~52℃,酶解时间为7h;
所述的二级酶解:采用木瓜蛋白酶进行酶解,木瓜蛋白酶的酶活为70万U/g,酶解温度为45~48℃,酶解时间为3h;
所述的三级酶解:采用液体果胶酶进行酶解,液体果胶酶的酶活为4万~5万U/mL,酶解温度为52℃,酶解时间为3h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,所述辅料为:酸化剂3.5g/kg、氯化钠4g/kg、小苏打2g/kg、植酸酶0.1g/kg、大豆异黄酮0.3g/kg、50kgγ-氨基丁酸0.2g/kg、甜味剂0.1g/kg、香味剂0.4g/kg、抗氧化剂0.3g/kg和防霉剂0.5g/kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,所述微量元素为:铜30mg,铁140mg,锌120mg,锰40mg,碘0.2mg,硒0.3mg,铬0.2mg,钴0.2mg。
5.根据权利要求1所述的以盐生毛苕子饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤C中需添加生物菌剂,所述生物菌剂由下述重量份数的组份为原料混配制成:固氮菌粉末1-2份,蜡状芽孢杆菌粉末2-4份,苏云金杆菌粉末3-5份,硅酸盐菌1-2份,蜡状芽孢杆菌1-2份,苏云金杆菌0.5-2份。
