本发明提供一种新动力系统的两栖船,包括船体,以及设置于船体底部的成品字形分布的三个车轮,以及设置于船体尾部的螺旋桨,所述车轮的轮毂与驱动电机转子为一体结构,所述车轮轮轴与驱动电机的定子为一体结构,还包括设置于船体底部的发动机,所述发动机的输出端通过一减速器与所述螺旋桨的输入端相连;所述发动机的输出端还包括一离合器,所述离合器一端与发动机的输出端连接,另一端与一发电机相连,所述发电机通过整流装置与车轮的定子和转子相连。

技术领域
本发明涉及交通工具技术领域,具体涉及一种新动力系统的两栖船。
背景技术
两栖船,又名两栖车,水陆两用,将车与船的双重性能合为一体,既能像汽车一样在陆地开行,又能像船一样在水面航行,两栖船适用于野外考察、景区观光、海岸执法等条件恶劣的环境,相对传统的汽车和船体来说,两栖船具有更为广泛的应用范围。
传统的两栖船大多采用发动机分别驱动设置于船底的车轮和设置于船体尾部的螺旋桨,用以分别驱动两栖船在陆路行走和在水面航行。
但是,这种发动机驱动车轮和螺旋桨的技术方案,不可避免的需要设置非常复杂的传动机构、减速装置和控制系统,同时,输出功率小,调速模式简单,调速范围小,大大限制了两栖船的应用和发展。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种新动力系统的两栖船。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新动力系统的两栖船,包括船体,以及设置于船体底部的成品字形分布的三个车轮,以及设置于船体尾部的螺旋桨,其特征在于:所述车轮的轮毂与驱动电机转子为一体结构,所述车轮轮轴与驱动电机的定子为一体结构,还包括设置于船体底部的发动机,所述发动机的输出端通过一减速器与所述螺旋桨的输入端相连;所述发动机的输出端还包括一离合器,所述离合器一端与发动机的输出端连接,另一端与一发电机相连,所述发电机通过整流装置与车轮的定子和转子相连。
可选的,所述轮毂两侧分别设置有密封轴承座,所述轴承座通过轴承套装在轮轴上。
可选的,所述整流装置中至少包括一储电装置和变频电路。
可选的,所述发动机为柴油发动机,还包括为其供应燃油的油箱及油路。
可选的,所述三个车轮为前一后二布局设置,且至少位于后部的两个车轮中均设置有所述的驱动电机结构。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明通过将驱动电机的定子与车轮轮轴、转子与轮毂一体化设置,将电机的驱动部分与车轮巧妙结合,达到简化部件、优化结构的目的,避免了现有的利用传动驱动传动系统驱动车轮带来的结构复杂,故障频繁,难以维护的缺陷。
本发明中,轮毂两侧分别设置密封轴承座,密封轴承座一方面用以设置轴承固定转子与定子的间隙,另一方面还可以将定子、转子密封起来,以达到进入水域航行时,电路部分进水受损。
为了保证这种一体化电机驱动结构,本发明还包括发电机,所述发电机通过离合器与发动机相连,利用发动机的动力驱动发电机,并产生电能驱动车轮及电机。
本发明通过设置的变频电路可以达到通过调整输出电流的频率等参数,控制和改变定子转子的转速,相应调整车轮的转速,实现无级变速控制。
本发明的两栖船为三轮结构布局,其中包括前面中部布置一车轮,后部两侧分别布置一车轮,且可以为三轮均为驱动轮,优选的实施方式为前轮为从动轮,后部两轮为驱动轮。这样的结构,可以提高两栖船在陆地行驶的驱动性能,特别是在很多非铺装路面行驶时,提高适航性。
本发明利用定子、转子与轮轴、轮毂一体化结构,可以大大简化动力系统的结构,克服了传统的电机传动技术的结构复杂、成本高、可靠性差、难以维护保养的缺陷。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示为本发明的车轮的结构示意图。
包括轮轴1和轮胎4,轮轴1与定子2一体化结构,轮胎4与转子3一体化结构,转子3套装在定子2上。
其中,转子3中设置有强磁永磁体,定子2中嵌置有电枢绕组,变频电路输出变频电流至电枢绕组,与转子3的永磁体产生电磁转矩驱动轮胎4转动。
所述轮胎4的轮毂两侧分别设置有密封轴承座,所述轴承座通过轴承套装在轮轴1上。
两栖船的船体内设置有柴油发电机系统,以及储电系统和变频电路,其中柴油发电机系统包括内燃机和发电机,内燃机为双输出端结构,一端输出轴通过离合器与设置于船尾部的螺旋桨相连,另一端输出轴通过离合器与发电机相连。
当两栖船在水体中利用螺旋桨驱动船体航行时,内燃机的一端输出轴通过离合器与螺旋桨的输入端相连,输入动力驱动螺旋桨工作;此时另一端的输出轴通过离合器断开与发电机的连接。
当两栖船离开水域进入公路或陆地行驶状态时,内燃机的输出轴通过离合器断开与螺旋桨的连接,另一输出端通过离合器与发电机的输入端相连,并输入动力驱动发电机工作,同时输出电流至储电系统,储电系统通过逆变电路整流输出电流驱动车轮电机工作。

Claims (5)

1.一种新动力系统的两栖船,包括船体,以及设置于船体底部的成品字形分布的三个车轮,以及设置于船体尾部的螺旋桨,其特征在于:所述车轮的轮毂与驱动电机转子为一体结构,所述车轮轮轴与驱动电机的定子为一体结构,还包括设置于船体底部的发动机,所述发动机的输出端通过一减速器与所述螺旋桨的输入端相连;所述发动机的输出端还包括一离合器,所述离合器一端与发动机的输出端连接,另一端与一发电机相连,所述发电机通过整流装置与车轮的定子和转子相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的新动力系统的两栖船,其特征在于:所述轮毂两侧分别设置有密封轴承座,所述轴承座通过轴承套装在轮轴上。
3.如权利要求2所述的新动力系统的两栖船,其特征在于:所述整流装置中至少包括一储电装置和变频电路。
4.如权利要求3所述的新动力系统的两栖船,其特征在于:所述发动机为柴油发动机,还包括为其供应燃油的油箱及油路。
5.如权利要求4所述的新动力系统的两栖船,其特征在于:所述三个车轮为前一后二布局设置,且至少位于后部的两个车轮中均设置有所述的驱动电机结构。
