Claims (5)

1.一种麻醉科药用海绵,其特征在于,所述药用海绵分为三层,分别为:
两个止血海绵层,所述止血海绵层设置于所述药用海绵的两侧,且所述止血海绵层由海绵状缓释材料制成,所述止血海绵层内含有止血药物;
载药纤维层,所述载药纤维层设置于两个所述止血海绵层的中间,所述载药纤维层内含有消炎镇痛药剂;
且,所述止血海绵层和所述载药纤维层之间连接紧密,没有空隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种麻醉科药用海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
制备水溶性聚合物和消炎镇痛药的混合溶液,将所述混合溶液通过静电纺丝制备得到载药纤维层;
将止血海绵材料溶于溶剂中,再向溶剂中加入戊二醛,得到止血海绵溶液;
将所述止血海绵溶液置于模具中,静置30分钟,将所述载药纤维层放置在止血海绵溶液上,再加入所述止血海绵溶液,静置12小时,对模具中的产物进行冷冻干燥,得到所述麻醉科用药用海绵。
3.如权利要求1所述的药用海绵,其特征在于,所述止血海绵层选用胶原蛋白。
4.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水溶性聚合物为胶原蛋白。
5.如权利要求3所述的药用海绵,其特征在于,所述消炎镇痛药剂为氟比洛芬酯。
