Abstract

本发明提供了一种联动式止回阀,包括阀体、设置在所述阀体内部的叶片、驱动所述叶片的联动机构,每两片所述叶片组成叶片对,每片所述叶片的一端连接至转轴上,所述转轴连接至所述联动机构上,所述叶片开合时,通过所述联动机构带动其它叶片开合。本发明的叶片开合的边距较小,风吹开合较为容易,耗能较小,并且通过风吹,叶片容易完全打开,过风通道贯通,排气更为贯通,能耗较小;止回阀上设有密封条,密封性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及排气领域,特别是涉及一种联动式止回阀。
背景技术
止回阀是常用于工艺排气系统中的一种阀体,目前常用的止回阀采用单边叶片开启的方式,这种止回阀存在一些缺陷:1、风吹开叶片的难度较大,而且叶片开启至90°较为困难;2、叶片不开启时,所有的叶片处于水平直线上,叶片开启后,风的贯通通道较窄,排气较为困难,如果想要达到一定的排气量,耗能较大。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种联动式止回阀其叶片采用对开式,边距较小,容易开启叶片,排气更加贯通。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种联动式止回阀,其包括阀体、设置在所述阀体内部的叶片、驱动所述叶片的联动机构,每两片所述叶片组成叶片对,每片所述叶片的一端连接至转轴上,所述转轴连接至所述联动机构上,所述叶片开合时,通过所述联动机构带动其它叶片开合。
优选地,所述联动机构包括:套设在所述转轴上的齿轮,联动块,以及联动条,所述联动块的一端轴连至所述转轴上,所述联动块的另一端轴连至所述联动条上,所述联动条连接所有所述联动块,在所述叶片开合时,所述转轴随着所述叶片转动,所述转轴上的齿轮带动与其啮合的另外一个齿轮转动,通过所述联动块和联动条的传动,带动所有的叶片同时开合。
优选地,还包括衬套,所述衬套套设在所述转轴外部,每个所述叶片对上均设有一个衬套。
优选地,所述阀体上还设有密封件,所述密封件设置在所述叶片的边缘与所述阀体接触的位置处。
优选地,所述密封件为V字形结构,所述密封件的两个侧边设置在所述叶片张开的最大位置处。
优选地,所述叶片上设有密封条,所述密封条设置在远离所述转轴的一端。
优选地,还包括挡条,所述挡条设置在相邻叶片对之间。
本发明的技术效果:
本发明的止回阀,其包括阀体、设置在阀体内部的叶片、驱动叶片的联动机构,每两片叶片组成叶片对,每片叶片的一端连接至转轴上,转轴连接至联动机构上,叶片开合时,通过联动机构带动其它叶片开合,其中,联动机构包括:套设在转轴上的齿轮,联动块,以及联动条,联动块的一端轴连至转轴上,联动块的另一端轴连至联动条上,联动条连接所有联动块,在叶片开合时,转轴随着叶片转动,转轴上的齿轮带动与其啮合的另外一个齿轮转动,通过联动块和联动条的传动,所有的叶片同时开合;本发明的叶片开合的边距较小,风吹开合较为容易,耗能较小,并且通过风吹,叶片容易完全打开,过风通道贯通,排气更为贯通,能耗较小;止回阀上设有密封条,密封性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1-3,一种联动式止回阀,其包括阀体1、设置在上述阀体1内部的叶片2、驱动上述叶片2的联动机构3,上述阀体1可以是一个矩形框,也可以根据实际需要调整上述阀体1的结构。
在本实施例中,每两片上述叶片2组成叶片对,叶片2组成八字形状,每片上述叶片2的一端连接至转轴200上,叶片2的另一端设有密封条201,上述转轴200连接至上述联动机构3上,当一对上述叶片2开合时,通过上述联动机构3带动其它叶片2一起开合。
具体的,上述联动机构3包括:套设在上述转轴200上的齿轮301,联动块302,以及联动条303,上述联动块302的一端轴连至上述转轴200上,上述联动块302的另一端轴连至上述联动条303上,上述联动条303连接所有上述联动块302。
在每个八字形叶片对上设有衬套5,上述衬套5套设在上述转轴200外部,衬套2的截面为8字形,上述转轴200分别设置在上述衬套2的圆圈中。
为了提高止回阀的密封性,在上述阀体1上还设有密封件4,上述密封件4设置在上述叶片2的边缘与上述阀体1接触的位置处。
在本实施例中,上述密封件4为V字形结构,上述密封件4的两个侧边设置在上述叶片2张开的最大位置处。
还设置了档条6,上述档条6设置在相邻叶片对之间。
在上述叶片2开合时,上述转轴200随着上述叶片2转动,上述转轴200上的齿轮301带动与其啮合的另外一个齿轮转动,通过上述联动块302和联动条303的传动,带动所有的叶片2同时开合。
本实施例中的叶片开合的边距较小,风吹开合较为容易,耗能较小,并且通过风吹,叶片容易完全打开,过风通道贯通,排气更为贯通,能耗较小;止回阀上设有密封条,密封性好。

Claims (7)

1.一种联动式止回阀,其特片在于,包括阀体、设置在所述阀体内部的叶片、驱动所述叶片的联动机构,每两片所述叶片组成叶片对,每片所述叶片的一端连接至转轴上,所述转轴连接至所述联动机构上,所述叶片开合时,通过所述联动机构带动其它叶片开合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的联动式止回阀,其特征在于,所述联动机构包括:套设在所述转轴上的齿轮,联动块,以及联动条,所述联动块的一端轴连至所述转轴上,所述联动块的另一端轴连至所述联动条上,所述联动条连接所有所述联动块,在所述叶片开合时,所述转轴随着所述叶片转动,所述转轴上的齿轮带动与其啮合的另外一个齿轮转动,通过所述联动块和联动条的传动,所有的叶片同时开合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的联动式止回阀,其特征在于,还包括衬套,所述衬套套设在所述转轴外部,每个所述叶片对上均设有一个衬套。
4.根据权利要求1所述的联动式止回阀,其特征在于,所述阀体上还设有密封件,所述密封件设置在所述叶片的边缘与所述阀体接触的位置处。
5.根据权利要求4所述的联动式止回阀,其特征在于,所述密封件为V字形结构,所述密封件的两个侧边设置在所述叶片张开的最大位置处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的联动式止回阀,其特征在于,所述叶片上设有密封条,所述密封条设置在远离所述转轴的一端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的联动式止回阀,其特征在于,还包括挡条,所述挡条设置在相邻叶片对之间。
