目前在一些超净化要求的生产厂房,大型空调器的风口关闭时的密闭性能较差,有时会因此影响超净化生产厂房的正负压力差的调节,从而使得超净化生产厂房的洁净度降低,造成生产无法正常运转。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中一些大型空调器的风口关闭时的密闭性能较差,影响超净化生产厂房的正负压力差的调节,从而使得超净化生产厂房的洁净度降低,造成生产无法正常运转的问题。本实用新型设计全密封大型空调器风门,包括框架、蜗轮蜗杆转动装置、传动转动齿轮、风叶转轴,其特征在于:风叶转轴上有上下对称的双弧面叶片,相邻两片叶片中有一片的边缘上有凹形槽硅胶条,框架与叶片边缘相邻处有一条密封硅胶条,框架与叶片顶端相邻处,在叶片密闭位置时的转动面前有密封硅胶条。本实用新型的优点是能在大型空调器的风口关闭时达到较高的密闭性能。
