一种车用薄型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,选用涤纶纤维和黏胶纤维通过针刺方式复合而成制成基布,通过将阻燃剂、水性胶水均匀混合形成阻燃胶并与黑色色浆、水混合得到浸渍液,将针刺所得基布浸泡于浸渍液中,对浸渍后的基布撒粉颗粒得到克重为100~150g/m2阻燃无纺布。该粉颗粒为聚醚砜树脂、酚醛树脂的粉颗粒的混合物。与传统阻燃无纺布相比,本发明对阻燃无纺布厚度进行减薄,节省了材料、降低了生产成本,同时获得良好的阻燃效果。

一种车用薄型阻燃无纺布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰材料应用领域,特别涉及一种车用薄型阻燃无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
近年,汽车燃烧安全事故频发,各国针对车用内饰面料的燃烧性都有明确的法规,开发和应用推广阻燃汽车内饰面料成为大势所趋。对于交通工具上用的阻燃无纺布,一般除了要求阻燃以外,还期望能够在节约成本的情况下达到预期效果。采用传统的无纺布的制造工艺,往往是无法实现阻燃的理想效果。
申请号为CN201410062384.X的发明涉及一种阻燃无纺布,该阻燃无纺布由原料涤纶阻燃纤维和涤纶短纤维制成,涤纶阻燃纤维和涤纶短纤维按质量比7:3混合后进入混料机,涤纶阻燃纤维和涤纶短纤维混合均匀后进入开松机,涤纶阻燃纤维和涤纶短纤维从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧后阻燃无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得阻燃无纺布。本发明具有阻燃的特性,抗腐蚀、耐磨擦、纵横向强度高。
申请号CN200810007707.X的发明涉及一种阻燃棉无纺布及其制造方法,该发明公开了一种阻燃棉无纺布,包括安纺阻燃纤维和涤/涤复合热熔性短纤维,安纺阻燃纤维的重量百分比为70%~90%,其余为涤/涤复合热熔性短纤维;上述两种纤维通过热风加热相互粘连成一体复合和/或通过针刺纤维互穿,结合成为无纺布。制造方法包括混合、开松、梳理、铺网、成型加工等工序。成型加工方法有针刺法和热风法。本发明提供的阻燃棉无纺布采用安纺阻燃纤维为主的配方,提高了无纺布的阻燃性。
上述各专利都采用传统厚度的无纺布获得阻燃性、隔热透气性,但都并不能达到高效阻燃性。而对于高结合强度、高阻燃、低成本的薄型阻燃无纺布研究开发都比较少,并且传统薄型无纺布达不到阻燃效果。
鉴于此,本发明提出了一种车用薄型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,所得到的阻燃无纺布具有成本低、高阻燃性、结合强度高的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车用薄型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,用以提高阻燃无纺布的阻燃性能,并节约材料、降低成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种车用薄型阻燃无纺布,包括涤纶纤维与黏胶纤维,所述涤纶纤维重量百分比为60%~95%,所述黏胶纤维重量百分比为5%~40%,所述阻燃无纺布具体制造工艺包括以下步骤:
第一步,基布的制备:通过针刺方式复合而成所述60~95%涤纶纤维和重量百分比为5~40%黏胶纤维;所述基布总重量在100-120g/m2
第二步,浸渍:将含40-60%重量百分比的阻燃剂、含40-60%重量百分比的水性胶水均匀混合形成阻燃胶,将针刺所得基布浸泡于阻燃胶与色浆、水的混合物中。
第三步,烘干:经过热辊压轧,将水份去掉;
第四步,撒粉:通过撒粉机震动对浸渍过的基布上进行撒粉颗粒,所述粉颗粒为含80-90%重量百分比的聚醚砜树脂、含10-20%重量百分比的酚醛树脂的混合物,所得阻燃无纺布的克重为100~150g/m2
进一步,所述基布的组成包括重量百分比为80~95%涤纶纤维和重量百分比为5~20%黏胶纤维。

与现有技术相比,本发明一种车用薄型阻燃无纺布的制备方法的有益效果:本发明获得的阻燃无纺布加入了黏胶纤维,相同大小的基布比没有加入黏胶纤维的质量轻,在燃烧时,燃烧区域不会下垂,火焰与基布垂直,燃烧速度降低;通过加入阻燃剂,降低燃烧速度;所撒粉颗粒中的聚醚砜树脂具有自熄性,进一步降低燃烧速度;所撒粉颗粒中的酚醛树脂的大分子结构具有大量的极性基团,赋予其卓越的粘附性,交联固化后,得以保证粘结界面的稳定和持久,以至于燃点处不易熔融滴落,保证火焰与基布垂直,避免火焰钻入基布的内层。传统阻燃无纺布的克重为1000~1500g/m2,本发明获得的阻燃无纺布较薄,克重为100~150g/m2,并且具有良好的阻燃效果,符合 GB8410测试阻燃性标准,可满足其在汽车发动机罩盖方面的应用,同时节省了材料、降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
本发明指出的一种车用薄型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,该阻燃无纺布加工工艺利用原料为涤纶纤维和黏胶纤维,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
实施例一:
第一步,基布的制备
通过开松、梳理、铺网、针刺成涤纶纤维,然后上层铺黏胶纤维并将二者针刺复合成基布,针刺机速度为1300次/分,植针密度为2500枚/米,使涤纶纤维与均匀、牢固的连在一起。所述基布总重量在100-120g/m2,且涤纶纤维重量百分比为80~95%,黏胶纤维重量百分比为5~20%。
第二步,浸渍
将阻燃剂、水性胶水均匀混合形成阻燃胶,其中水性胶水所占重量百分比为40~60%、阻燃剂所占重量百分比为40~60%。该阻燃胶与色浆、水混合得到浸渍液,将针刺所得基布浸泡在该浸渍液内,浸渍好后经过热辊压轧,将水份去掉。
第三部,撒粉
通过撒粉机震动对浸渍过的基布上进行撒粉颗粒得到本发明的阻燃无纺布,所得阻燃无纺布的克重为100~150g/m2。所述粉颗粒为聚醚砜树脂、酚醛树脂的混合物,且聚醚砜树脂所占重量百分比为80~90%,酚醛树脂所占重量百分比为10~20%。
为了获得高阻燃性能、高结合强度的薄型阻燃无纺布,采用三因素三水平的正交实验得到最佳配比,其中以黏胶纤维(A)、阻燃剂(B)、聚醚砜树脂(C)为考察因素,每个因素取3个水平,实验设计及结果分析如表1,图1所示。

结合表1,图1分析结果可知,这9组实验结果中以实验7产生的阻燃鲜果最好,其最佳水平组合为A3B1C3,即最佳工艺配比为:黏胶纤维的重量百分比为20%,此时涤纶纤维重量百分比为80%;阻燃胶中阻燃剂的重量百分比为40%,相应地胶水的重量百分比为60%;混合粉颗粒中聚醚砜树脂的重量百分比为90%,相应地酚醛树脂的重量百分比为10%。
实施例二:
第一步,基布的制备

实施例1与实施例2的最佳工艺配比的实验结果对比可知,实施例1的实验7浸渍液含阻燃剂的量虽然少于实施例2的实验6,但所撒混合粉颗粒中聚醚砜树脂的含量较高。由于聚醚砜树脂良好的粘性、内部凝聚力,采用聚醚砜树脂的粉颗粒提高基布与铝箔、玻璃纤维、泡棉的粘结力,并且聚醚砜树脂还具有自熄性,不添加任何阻燃剂即有优异的难燃性,因此实施例1 获得的无纺布具有高阻燃性。相反,实施例2的实验7撒粉工艺中的混合粉颗粒中聚醚砜树脂的含量相对较低,但浸渍液含阻燃剂含量较高,并且基布中的黏胶纤维含量相对较高,能够与更多的阻燃剂相结合,将阻燃剂吸附到涤纶纤维中。
本发明获得的阻燃无纺布加入了黏胶纤维,相同大小的基布比没有加入黏胶纤维的质量轻,在燃烧时,燃烧区域不会下垂,火焰与基布垂直,燃烧速度降低;通过加入阻燃剂,降低燃烧速度;所撒粉颗粒中的聚醚砜树脂具有自熄性,进一步降低燃烧速度;所撒粉颗粒中的酚醛树脂的大分子结构具有大量的极性基团,赋予其卓越的粘附性,交联固化后,得以保证粘结界面的稳定和持久,以至于燃点处不易熔融滴落,保证火焰与基布垂直,避免火焰钻入基布的内层。
传统阻燃无纺布的克重为1000~1500g/m2,本发明获得的阻燃无纺布较薄,且克重为100~150g/m2。本发明所得薄型阻燃无纺布水平燃烧速度小于 GB8410-(汽车内饰材料的燃烧特性)规定的限度(≦50mm/min),可满足其在汽车发动机罩盖方面的应用,同时节省了材料、降低了生产成本。
当然,本技术领域内的一般技术人员应当认识到,上述实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对上述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明权利要求的范围内。

1.一种车用薄型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:具体制造方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,基布的制备:通过针刺方式复合而成所述重量百分比为60~95%涤纶纤维和重量百分比为5~40%黏胶纤维;所述基布总重量在100-120g/m2
第二步,浸渍:将含40-60%重量百分比的阻燃剂、含40-60%重量百分比的水性胶水均匀混合形成阻燃胶,将针刺所得基布浸泡于阻燃胶与色浆、水的混合物中。
第三步,烘干:经过热辊压轧,将水份去掉;
第四步,撒粉:通过撒粉机震动对浸渍过的基布上进行撒粉颗粒,所述粉颗粒为含80-90%重量百分比的聚醚砜树脂、含10-20%重量百分比的酚醛树脂的混合物,所得阻燃无纺布的克重为100~150g/m2
