Abstract

本发明公开了一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜及其制备方法,其热熔胶膜,包括高透膜、EVA热熔胶膜和TPU透水膜,所述高透膜和TPU透水膜均为两层,且两层高透膜和TPU透水膜分别分布在EVA热熔胶膜的两侧外壁上,其热熔胶膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤,按上述的原材料按照质量百分比称量后送入高速混合机中,加温后搅拌,将步骤S1中搅拌后的原材料送入热熔胶机中制得热熔胶熔融液。本发明通过高清膜在原有的pp膜基础上加入RA‑2透光剂增加透光性,在壁画套入蒙版上不会显得失真,TPU透水膜可改善其防水性,在制备方法上,发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜的原料比例合理,粘接工艺简单,综合性能优良,符合批量生产要求。

一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防水热熔胶膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶膜是一种带离型纸或不带离型纸的膜类产品,可方便地进行连续或间歇操作,可广泛用于各类织物、纸张、高分子材料及金属粘合,用于发光壁画中的防水热熔胶膜是为了防止壁画漆皮或者层面脱落,保证其整体的完整性。现有的热溶胶膜的透过率一般,蒙版在壁画上时会因为光线不足显得失真较为严重,同时在制造过程中由于配比不合理,会造成热熔胶膜的粘黏性较差。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜及其制备方法。
本发明提出的一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜,包括高透膜、EVA热熔胶膜和TPU透水膜,所述高透膜和TPU透水膜均为两层,且两层高透膜和TPU透水膜分别分布在EVA热熔胶膜的两侧外壁上,所述EVA热熔胶膜由EVA树脂、SBS树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚、碳酸钙、缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和气相二氧化硅制成,所述TPU透水膜结构为通过扩链剂交联二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯与多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替构成。
优选地,所述EVA树脂为主体树脂,SBS树脂为附加主体树脂,萜烯酚醛树脂为增粘树脂,聚乙烯蜡为粘度调节剂,领苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚为抗氧剂,碳酸钙为填料,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷为偶联剂,气相二氧化硅为消光剂。
优选地,所述EVA树脂、SBS树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚、碳酸钙、缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和气相二氧化硅的质量百分比分别为35-45%、3-6%、25-35%、3-6%、3-6%、2-4%、19-25%、0-1%和0-1%。
优选地,所述高透膜为PP膜和RA-2透光剂交联制成,且RA-2透光剂交联PP膜的结晶转换性能,PP膜的透光率提高。
一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按上述的原材料按照质量百分比称量后送入高速混合机中,加温后搅拌;
S2:将步骤S1中搅拌后的原材料送入热熔胶机中制得热熔胶熔融液;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的热熔胶熔融液放入挤出涂布机制成EVA热熔胶膜;
S4:高透膜为PP膜和RA-2透光剂交联制成,且RA-2透光剂交联PP膜的结晶转换性能,对透明填充母粒有提高透光度、热稳定性作用与其它助剂有较好的协同效应,同时有偶联增溶,增加润滑等功能;
S5:将S4中的高透膜贴附在EVA热熔胶膜的外壁上,TPU透水膜贴附在高清膜的外壁上,通过热压贴合制成成品膜;
S6:将S5中的成品膜整合切边后包装。
本发明中的有益效果为:通过设置有高清膜,高清膜在原有的pp膜基础上加入RA-2透光剂,增加了透光性,在壁画套入蒙版上不会显得失真,同时设置有TPU透水膜可以改善其防水性,在制备方法上,发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜的原料比例合理,粘接工艺简单,综合性能优良,符合批量生产要求。

参照图1,一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜,包括高透膜、EVA热熔胶膜和TPU透水膜,高透膜和TPU透水膜均为两层,且两层高透膜和TPU透水膜分别分布在EVA热熔胶膜的两侧外壁上,EVA热熔胶膜由EVA树脂、SBS树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚、碳酸钙、缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和气相二氧化硅制成,TPU透水膜结构为通过扩链剂交联二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯与多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替构成。

参照图2,一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按上述的原材料按照质量百分比称量后送入高速混合机中,加温后搅拌;
S2:将步骤S1中搅拌后的原材料送入热熔胶机中制得热熔胶熔融液;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的热熔胶熔融液放入挤出涂布机制成EVA热熔胶膜;
S4:高透膜为PP膜和RA-2透光剂交联制成,且RA-2透光剂交联PP膜的结晶转换性能,对透明填充母粒有提高透光度、热稳定性作用与其它助剂有较好的协同效应,同时有偶联增溶,增加润滑等功能;
S5:将S4中的高透膜贴附在EVA热熔胶膜的外壁上,TPU透水膜贴附在高清膜的外壁上,通过热压贴合制成成品膜;
S6:将S5中的成品膜整合切边后包装。

1.一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜,包括高透膜、EVA热熔胶膜和TPU透水膜,其特征在于,所述高透膜和TPU透水膜均为两层,且两层高透膜和TPU透水膜分别分布在EVA热熔胶膜的两侧外壁上,所述EVA热熔胶膜由EVA树脂、SBS树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚、碳酸钙、缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和气相二氧化硅制成,所述TPU透水膜结构为通过扩链剂交联二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯与多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述EVA树脂为主体树脂,SBS树脂为附加主体树脂,萜烯酚醛树脂为增粘树脂,聚乙烯蜡为粘度调节剂,领苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚为抗氧剂,碳酸钙为填料,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷为偶联剂,气相二氧化硅为消光剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述EVA树脂、SBS树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂、聚乙烯蜡、领苯二甲酸二丁酯、2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚、碳酸钙、缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和气相二氧化硅的质量百分比分别为35-45%、3-6%、25-35%、3-6%、3-6%、2-4%、19-25%、0-1%和0-1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述高透膜为PP膜和RA-2透光剂交联制成,且RA-2透光剂交联PP膜的结晶转换性能,PP膜的透光率提高。
5.一种发光壁画用防水热熔胶膜的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:按上述的原材料按照质量百分比称量后送入高速混合机中,加温后搅拌;
S2:将步骤S1中搅拌后的原材料送入热熔胶机中制得热熔胶熔融液;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的热熔胶熔融液放入挤出涂布机制成EVA热熔胶膜;
S4:高透膜为PP膜和RA-2透光剂交联制成,且RA-2透光剂交联PP膜的结晶转换性能,对透明填充母粒有提高透光度、热稳定性作用与其它助剂有较好的协同效应,同时有偶联增溶,增加润滑等功能;
S5:将S4中的高透膜贴附在EVA热熔胶膜的外壁上,TPU透水膜贴附在高清膜的外壁上,通过热压贴合制成成品膜;
S6:将S5中的成品膜整合切边后包装。
