Abstract
本发明属于农药制剂领域,具体提供一种可用于可湿性粉剂的专用助剂组合物YZ‑01,由如下重量份的组成成分组成:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 10‑60份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX‑10 10‑60份,十二烷基硫酸钠10‑40份,油酸二乙醇酰胺10‑30份,白炭黑10‑50份。本发明提供的专用助剂组合物YZ‑01可解决可湿性粉剂润湿性能差、悬浮率低的问题,可提高制剂的流动性、抗结块性,可增强活性成分的防治效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药制剂领域,具体涉及一种可湿性粉剂专用助剂组合物 YZ-01。
背景技术
在农业病虫害防治过程中,目前大多使用的常规喷施农药药液,当药液喷洒到作物表面上时,仅有20-30%药液展铺于作物叶面,其它70-80%药液因展着、内吸性能较差形成大液滴滚落于田间,因而造成农药利用率,农药亩用量增加,病虫害防效低,污染环境等问题。
农药可湿性粉剂是农药制剂中历史悠久、技术比较成熟、使用方便的一种剂型,它是由农药原药、表面活性剂(润湿剂、分散剂等)、辅助剂(稳定剂、警戒色等)、载体和填料等组成并粉碎得很细的农药制剂。可湿性粉剂用水稀释成田间使用的浓度时,能够形成一种稳定的、可供喷雾的悬浮液。可湿性粉剂用水稀释后能在防治对象上达到较大的均匀覆盖。我国生产可湿性粉剂农药已有几十年的历史,但是可湿性粉剂农药结块、悬浮率低、润湿时间长的问题一直困扰着广大农药生产企业,多数厂家往往由于上述问题的存在使得农药的稳定性差,效果并不理想,药效发挥不好,浪费了原药及助剂,增加了农业生产成本。
因此急需开发一种增效助剂组合物以解决现有技术中可湿性粉剂存在的各种问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种增效助剂组合物YZ-01,解决可湿性粉剂润湿性能差、悬浮率低的问题,可提高制剂的流动性、抗结块性,可增强活性成分的防治效果。
一种可湿性粉剂专用助剂组合物YZ-01,由如下重量份的组成成分组成:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 10-60份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 10-60 份,十二烷基硫酸钠10-40份,油酸二乙醇酰胺10-30份,白炭黑10-50份。
本发明所述的可湿性粉剂专用助剂组合物YZ-01,优选的,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 20-50份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 20-40份,十二烷基硫酸钠10-30份,油酸二乙醇酰胺10-20份,白炭黑20-50份。
一种可湿性粉剂,包含活性成分1-85%,专用助剂组合物YZ-01 1-20%,填料补足100%。
本发明所述的可湿性粉剂,所述的活性成分选为吡虫啉,噻虫嗪,吡蚜酮,阿维菌素,甲基硫菌灵,多菌灵,戊唑醇,三环唑,哒螨灵,百菌清,敌草隆,苯磺隆,苄嘧磺隆,烟嘧磺隆,乙草胺,唑草酮,莠去津,啶虫咪或甲维盐中等中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的可湿性粉剂,所述的填料选为高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、淀粉、轻质碳酸钙等中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明筛选出了可用于可湿性粉剂的专用助剂YZ-01,解决可湿性粉剂润湿性能差、悬浮率低的问题,可提高制剂的流动性、抗结块性,可增强活性成分的防治效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1助剂配方刷选
采用可湿性粉剂制备中常见的助剂进行组合复配

可湿性粉剂制备方法:按配方各成分的质量分数称量原药、专用助剂、填料先进行预混合,再用超微气流粉碎机进行超微粉碎,过45μm试验筛,最后收集得到产品。
可湿性粉剂制剂性能测定方法:按照GB/T 5451-2001农药可湿性粉剂润湿性测定方法进行测定润湿时间,按照GB/T14825-2006农药悬浮率测定方法测其悬浮率。

由表3可知,不同助剂的组合对可湿性粉剂的悬浮率、润湿率以及外观有较大的影响,Z01助剂组合可有效提高可湿性粉剂的润湿性,悬浮率;其润湿时间仅为20s,悬浮率为91%。
实施例2增效助剂配方
配方1:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 10份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 20份,十二烷基硫酸钠10份,油酸二乙醇酰胺30份,白炭黑25份。
配方2:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 40份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 10份,十二烷基硫酸钠30份,油酸二乙醇酰胺10份,白炭黑10份。
配方3:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 60份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 30份,十二烷基硫酸钠15份,油酸二乙醇酰胺25份,白炭黑50份。
配方4:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 30份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 45份,十二烷基硫酸钠25份,油酸二乙醇酰胺15份,白炭黑35份。
配方5:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 20份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 10份,十二烷基硫酸钠15份,油酸二乙醇酰胺15份,白炭黑15份。
配方6:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 15份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 30份,十二烷基硫酸钠10份,油酸二乙醇酰胺25份,白炭黑25份。

由表5可知,本发明提供的专用助剂组合物YZ-01可提高活性成分杀虫效果。
实施例5 可湿性粉剂对纹枯病的田间防效
测试方法:参照GB/T 17980.20-2000农药田间药效试验准则(一)杀菌剂防治水稻纹枯病的方法进行测定

由表6可知,本发明提供的专用助剂组合物YZ-01可提高活性成分杀菌效果。
实施例6 可湿性粉剂对水稻田杂草的田间防效
参照GB/T 17980.40-2000农药田间药效试验准则(一)除草剂防治水稻田杂草方法进行测定,防除对象阔叶杂草。

由表7可知,本发明提供的专用助剂组合物YZ-01可提高活性成分的除草效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种可湿性粉剂专用助剂组合物YZ-01,其特征在于,由如下重量份的组成成分组成:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 10-60份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 10-60份,十二烷基硫酸钠10-40份,油酸二乙醇酰胺10-30份,白炭黑10-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可湿性粉剂专用助剂组合物YZ-01,其特征在于,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6501 20-50份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 20-40份,十二烷基硫酸钠10-30份,油酸二乙醇酰胺10-20份,白炭黑20-50份。
3.一种可湿性粉剂,其特征在于,包含活性成分1-85%,权利要求1-2任一项所述的专用助剂组合物YZ-01 1-20%,填料补足100%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可湿性粉剂,其特征在于,所述的活性成分选为吡虫啉,噻虫嗪,吡蚜酮,阿维菌素,甲基硫菌灵,多菌灵,戊唑醇,三环唑,哒螨灵,百菌清,敌草隆,苯磺隆,苄嘧磺隆,烟嘧磺隆,乙草胺,唑草酮,莠去津,啶虫咪或甲维盐中等中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4-5任一项所述的可湿性粉剂,其特征在于,所述的填料选为高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、淀粉、轻质碳酸钙等中的一种或多种。
