第三步,侵润后,预烘干,得到帐篷布;
第四步,烘干完成后,将防晒涂层采用热处理的方式覆膜到帐篷布上形成帐篷顶布;热处理温度为200-220摄氏度。

陶瓷空心微珠的颗粒直径为10μm。陶瓷空心微珠的合理的粒径使得填充效果好。
隔热剂为氧化铝、堇青石、MnO、Cr2O3。其中MnO、Cr2O3还作为颜料,调节防晒涂层的颜色。
实施例2
一种防晒涂层;防晒涂层包括以下重量份数组分:填料30份、防晒涂料10份、分散剂1份、粘合剂5份、助剂1份、溶剂60份、成膜剂30份、固化剂5份。
填料为陶瓷空心微珠。
陶瓷空心微珠的颗粒直径为400μm。陶瓷空心微珠的合理的粒径使得填充效果好。
隔热剂为氧化铝、硅锌矿、堇青石、氧化锡、MnO、Cr2O3。其中MnO、Cr2O3还作为颜料,调节防晒涂层的颜色。
实施例3
一种防晒涂层;防晒涂层包括以下重量份数组分:填料15份、防晒涂料7份、分散剂0.5份、粘合剂2.5份、助剂0.5份、溶剂45份、成膜剂20份、固化剂3份。
填料为陶瓷空心微珠。
陶瓷空心微珠的颗粒直径为200μm。陶瓷空心微珠的合理的粒径使得填充效果好。
隔热剂为氧化铝、硅锌矿、堇青石、氧化锡、MnO、Cr2O3。其中MnO、Cr2O3还作为颜料,调节防晒涂层的颜色。
实施例4
一种防晒涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,将填料与溶剂按照比例称重,混合,并用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
第二步,再按照比例称重,加入防晒涂料、分散剂、助剂;高温搅拌,搅拌温度为180-240摄氏度,搅拌转速为240-400r/min。
第三步,再按照比例称重,加入粘合剂、成膜剂、固化剂,低温搅拌,搅拌温度为120-160摄氏度,搅拌转速为200-280r/min;
第四步,添加消泡剂;继续按照第三步的搅拌条件搅拌;
第五步,搅拌完成后,采用筛网过滤;
第六步,挤塑成膜,冷却后得到防晒涂层。
采用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的防晒涂层,分别制备,得到防晒涂层A、B、C。
实施例5
一种户外防晒帐篷,包括帐篷布、支撑架,所述帐篷布由支撑架支撑,所述帐篷布包括相互缝合的帐篷底布、帐篷顶布、帐篷侧布;所述帐篷顶布的外表面设有防晒涂层;所述防晒涂层采用上述防晒涂层。分别采用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的防晒涂层,得到帐篷A、B、C。
实施例6
一种户外防晒帐篷的制备方法:在帐篷顶布的外表面设有防晒涂层,帐篷顶布的制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,将经纱与纬纱交叉垂直设置纺织成型,得到帐篷原布;纺织过程中加入阻燃纤维,并将阻燃纤维混纺到帐篷原布中;
第二步,将帐篷原布浸入胶水中,胶水的组分包括:50份软水、1~2份聚丙烯酸、2~3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4~5份环氧树脂、120 份异氰酸酯溶液、1~2份表面活化锑白;将胶水的各组分按照重量份数称量混合,得到胶水,将帐篷原布浸入胶水中;
第三步,侵润后,预烘干,得到帐篷布;
第四步,烘干完成后,将防晒涂层采用热处理的方式覆膜到帐篷布上形成帐篷顶布;热处理温度为200-220摄氏度。
本实施例采用的防晒涂层为实施例2的防晒涂层。
进一步的,所述混纺的过程包括,烧毛→退浆→丝光→预缩→染色→烘干→固色→高温定型。
进一步的,所述阻燃纤维的制备方法为:将普通纤维浸润阻燃剂,阻燃剂由磷氮系阻燃剂、渗透剂、柔软剂混合而成。
采用实施例施例1、实施例2、实施例3的防晒涂层,分别得到帐篷A、B、C。
实施例7
实施例6得到的防晒帐篷A、B、C的防晒系数实验(GB/T 18830-2009),得到的防晒系数

1.一种户外防晒帐篷,包括帐篷布、支撑架,所述帐篷布由支撑架支撑,所述帐篷布包括相互缝合的帐篷底布、帐篷顶布、帐篷侧布;其特征在于:所述帐篷顶布的外表面设有防晒涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种户外防晒帐篷,其特征在于:所述防晒涂层包括以下重量份数组分:填料5份-30份、防晒涂料5份-10份、分散剂0.05份-1份、粘合剂0.25份-5份、助剂0.01-1份、溶剂20份-60份、成膜剂10份-30份、固化剂1份-5份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种户外防晒帐篷,其特征在于:所述填料为陶瓷空心微珠。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种户外防晒帐篷,其特征在于:所述陶瓷空心微珠的颗粒直径为1-400μm。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种户外防晒帐篷,其特征在于:所述隔热剂为氧化铝、堇青石、MnO、Cr2O3。
6.一种户外防晒帐篷的制备方法:其特征在于:在帐篷顶布的外表面设有防晒涂层,所述帐篷顶布的制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,将经纱与纬纱交叉垂直设置纺织成型,得到帐篷原布;纺织过程中加入阻燃纤维,并将阻燃纤维混纺到帐篷原布中;
第二步,将帐篷原布浸入胶水中,胶水的组分包括:50份软水、1~2份聚丙烯酸、2~3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4~5份 环氧树脂、120 份异氰酸酯溶液、1~2份表面活化锑白;将胶水的各组分按照重量份数称量混合,得到胶水,将帐篷原布浸入胶水中;
第三步,侵润后,预烘干,得到帐篷布;第四步,烘干完成后,将防晒涂层采用热处理的方式覆膜到帐篷布上形成帐篷顶布;热处理温度为200-220摄氏度。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种户外防晒帐篷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混纺的过程包括,烧毛→退浆→丝光→预缩→染色→烘干→固色→高温定型。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种户外防晒帐篷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃纤维的制备方法为:将普通纤维浸润阻燃剂,阻燃剂由磷氮系阻燃剂、渗透剂、柔软剂 混合而成。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种户外防晒帐篷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防晒涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,将填料与溶剂按照比例称重,混合,并用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
第二步,再按照比例称重,加入防晒涂料、分散剂、助剂;高温搅拌,搅拌温度为180-240摄氏度,搅拌转速为240-400r/min;
第三步,再按照比例称重,加入粘合剂、成膜剂、固化剂,低温搅拌,搅拌温度为120-160摄氏度,搅拌转速为200-280r/min;
第四步,添加消泡剂;继续按照第三步的搅拌条件搅拌;
第五步,搅拌完成后,采用筛网过滤;
第六步,挤塑成膜,冷却后得到防晒涂层。
