技术领域：
本发明涉及涂布机械领域，特别涉及一种用于生产热熔胶膜的涂布装置。
背景技术：
热熔胶是一种可塑性强的粘合剂，在一定温度范围内其物理状态随温度改变而改变，而化学特性不变，其无毒无味，属环保型化学产品，涂布装置主要用于薄膜、纸张等的表面涂布工艺生产，此机是将成卷的基材涂上一层特定功能的胶、涂料或油墨等，并烘干后收卷；而现有的熔胶膜的涂布装置功能比较简单，而且涂布不够均匀，从而严重影响了成品率。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种用于生产热熔胶膜的涂布装置，解决了现有的熔胶膜的涂布装置功能比较简单，而且涂布不够均匀，从而严重影响了成品率的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种技术方案：一种用于生产热熔胶膜的涂布装置，包括机架、台面、箱体、传动带、电机一、带轮一、螺杆一、活动座一、连接件一、导轨一、限位块一、限位块二、螺杆二、导轨二、齿条、传动装置、活动座二、传动轴、连接件二、涂布机构、带轮二和电机二；所述机架上面中央设有台面，所述机架上面前后两侧分别设有导轨二和导轨一；所述箱体固定连接在机架左端面上；所述导轨一上面左右连接有活动座一，所述导轨二右端上固定连接有限位块一；所述活动座一外侧螺纹孔活动连接在螺杆一上面；所述螺杆一左端与电机一右侧输出轴端固定连接，所述螺杆一左侧上面固定连接有带轮一；所述电机一固定连接在箱体左后侧；所述带轮一活动连接在箱体内部后侧，所述带轮一通过传动带与带轮二相连接；所述导轨二上面左右活动连接有活动座二，所述导轨二右端上固定连接有限位块二，所述导轨二外侧横向固定连接有齿条；所述活动座二外侧螺纹孔活动连接在螺杆二上面；所述螺杆二左端固定连接在电机二右侧输出轴端上，所述螺杆二左侧上面固定连接有带轮二；所述电机二固定连接在箱体左前侧；所述带轮二活动连接在箱体内部前侧；所述涂布机构后侧面通过连接件一与活动座一侧面固定连接，所述涂布机构前侧面通过连接件二与活动座二侧面固定连接，所述涂布机构输入轴端通过传动轴与传动装置的输出轴端固定连接；所述传动装置固定连接在活动座二上，所述传动装置左下侧与齿条相连接。

如图3所示，所述涂布机构20具体包括涂布外壳201、涂抹辊202、齿轮四203、齿轮五204、齿轮六205、涂布辊206、出料孔207、搅拌电机208、搅拌轴209、储料室2010和搅拌叶片2011；所述涂布外壳201下侧内部上侧活动连接有涂抹辊202，所述涂布外壳201下侧内部下侧活动连接有涂布辊206，所述涂布外壳201上侧内部设有储料室2010；所述涂抹辊202左侧轴上固定连接有齿轮四203，所述涂抹辊202左侧输入轴端与传动轴18另一端固定连接；所述涂布辊206左侧轴上固定连接有齿轮六205；所述齿轮四203通过齿轮五204与齿轮六205相连接；所述储料室2010底部设有若干个出料孔207；所述出料孔207下侧出口与涂抹辊202上侧相连通；所述搅拌轴209活动连接在储料室2010中，所述搅拌轴209上面设有数个搅拌叶片2011，所述搅拌轴209右侧轴端与搅拌电机208左侧输出轴端固定连接；所述搅拌电机208固定连接在涂布外壳201右侧面上。
其中，所述齿轮四203与齿轮六205的齿数相同；所述储料室2010中设有加热器。
本发明的使用状态为：本发明具有结构合理简单、生产成本低、安装方便，使用时，首先将基材平铺在台面2上面，而后启动电机一5和电机二22驱使涂布机构20在台面2上面左右移动进行涂布作业，这里设置的电机一5和电机二22，能够有效的避免其中一个电机损害时也能完成本次涂布作业，设置的传动带4为同步带，能够有效的确保涂布机构20两侧的移动量是一致的，从而提高了涂布作业的质量，设置的传动装置16，能够有效的保证只有涂布机构20移动时才为其提供动力，也就是只有涂布机构20移动时才能进行涂布作业，从而大大的减少了原料的损耗，设置的涂抹辊202，能够有效的将热熔胶均匀的涂抹到涂布辊206上面，而后由涂布辊206将热熔胶膜均匀的涂抹到基材面上，从而大大提高了涂布的均匀性。
