本发明公开了一种建筑施工用木板表面高效涂漆设备,包括底座,底座内部上端设有电控箱,电控箱左右两侧设有第一连接杆,第一连接杆上侧减振弹簧,减振弹簧上侧设有第二连接杆,第二连接杆上侧设有底板,底板上侧设有箱体,箱体内部下端设有支撑板,支撑板上侧前后两端设有连接板,连接板内部上下两侧设有连接辊,连接辊包括辊体、排液口和涂抹垫,连接辊前后两侧设有连接轴,连接轴前端通过齿轮进行连接,后端的连接轴后侧设有连接管,连接管上侧设有搅拌腔,搅拌腔左侧设有第二电机,第二电机右侧设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上下两侧设有搅拌杆。本发明可以有效地方便模板的移动和表面进行涂漆,这样有效的提高了设备的工作效率。

本发明涉及一种建筑施工领域,具体是一种建筑施工用木板表面高效涂漆设备。
背景技术
建筑施工是指工程建设实施阶段的生产活动,是各类建筑物的建造过程,也可以说是把设计图纸上的各种线条,在指定的地点,变成实物的过程。它包括基础工程施工、主体结构施工、屋面工程施工、装饰工程施工等。施工作业的场所称为“建筑施工现场”或叫“施工现场”,也叫工地。
在建筑施工过程中,常常需要对木板表面进行喷漆处理,但是现有的喷漆装置存在浪费人力、喷漆缓慢、喷漆效果差等缺点,而且设备工作过程从常常会产生剧烈振动,这样影响设备喷漆质量。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种建筑施工用木板表面高效涂漆设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种建筑施工用木板表面高效涂漆设备,包括底座,所述底座下侧四角设有支撑座,所述底座内部上端设有电控箱,所述电控箱左右两侧设有第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆上侧减振弹簧,所述减振弹簧外侧设有连接罩,所述减振弹簧上侧设有第二连接杆,所述第二连接杆上侧设有底板,所述底板左右两侧设有第三连接杆,所述第三连接杆外侧设有滑块,所述滑块外侧设有滑槽,所述滑槽设在底座左右两端,所述底板上侧设有箱体,所述箱体内部下端设有支撑板,所述支撑板上侧前后两端设有连接板,所述连接板之间左右两侧设有开口,所述连接板内部上下两侧设有连接辊,所述连接辊包括辊体、排液口和涂抹垫,所述辊体上设有若干个排液口,所述辊体外侧设有涂抹垫,所述连接辊前后两侧设有连接轴,所述连接轴前端通过齿轮进行连接,左端的连接轴设有第一电机,后端的连接轴后侧设有连接管,所述连接管上侧设有搅拌腔,所述搅拌腔上侧左端设有加料口,所述搅拌腔左侧设有第二电机,所述第二电机右侧设有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上下两侧设有搅拌杆。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过底部的减振弹簧和滑槽,可以有效地减少了设备工作过程中产生的振动,这样可以有效的保护了设备,减少了设备的噪音污染;通过搅拌装置的设置,可以有效地对油漆进行搅拌,这样可以有效的保证了油漆的均匀混合,这样方便了设备进行喷漆;通过第一电机带动链接辊转动,这样方便链接辊带动木板左右移动,在移动过程中通过连接管向链接辊内部输送油漆,这样在木板移动过程中可以有效地对表面进行涂抹油漆,这样可以有效地方便了设备进行喷漆,提高了设备的工作效率。

参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种建筑施工用木板表面高效涂漆设备,包括底座1,所述底座1下侧四角设有支撑座2,所述支撑座2内部下端设有摩擦垫,可以有效地增加了设备与地面之间的摩擦力,这样可以有效地保证了设备的稳定,所述底座1内部上端设有电控箱3,通过电线与设备内部的电气设备进行连接,这样可以有效的控制设备的运行和工作,所述电控箱3左右两侧设有第一连接杆4,所述第一连接杆4上侧减振弹簧5,可以有效地减少了设备工作过程中产生的振动,这样可以有效的保护了设备,减少了设备的噪音污染,所述减振弹簧5外侧设有连接罩6,所述减振弹簧5上侧设有第二连接杆7,所述第二连接杆7上侧设有底板8,所述底板8左右两侧设有第三连接杆9,所述第三连接杆9外侧设有滑块10,所述滑块10外侧设有滑槽11,可以有效地保证设备减振过程中保持稳定,所述滑槽11设在底座1左右两端,所述底板8上侧设有箱体12,所述箱体12内部下端设有支撑板13,所述支撑板13上侧前后两端设有连接板14,所述连接板14之间左右两侧设有开口25,所述连接板14内部上下两侧设有连接辊15,所述连接辊15包括辊体151、排液口152和涂抹垫153,所述辊体151上设有若干个排液口152,所述排液口152内部设有海绵垫,所述辊体151外侧设有涂抹垫153,可以有效地方便内部的油漆为连接辊15表面的涂抹垫153提供油漆,这样方便设备对木板进行涂抹油漆,所述连接管15前后两侧设有连接轴16,所述连接轴16前端通过齿轮17进行连接,左端的连接轴16设有第一电机18,可以有效地带动了连接辊15旋转,后端的连接轴16后侧设有连接管19,所述连接管19与连接轴16之间连接处设有轴承,所述连接管19上设有控制阀,所述连接管19上侧设有搅拌腔20,所述搅拌腔20上侧左端设有加料口21,所述加料口21上侧设有封口盖,所述搅拌腔20左侧设有第二电机22,所述第二电机22外侧设有保护罩,可以有效地保护第二电机22,所述第二电机22右侧设有搅拌轴23,所述搅拌轴23右侧设有轴承座,所述搅拌轴23上下两侧设有搅拌杆24,可以有效地对油漆进行搅拌,这样可以有效的保证了油漆的均匀混合,这样方便了设备进行喷漆。
