技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于焊接轨道的两个铁轨的焊接组件,所述焊接组件包括两个铁轨夹紧单元,两个铁轨夹紧单元能够沿着组件引导装置在组件纵向方向上朝向彼此移动,每个铁轨夹紧单元具有夹爪,所述夹爪能够通过驱动器成对地施加到铁轨,其中,设置用于电力传输的夹爪相对于两个铁轨夹紧单元中的一个通过电力线连接到电力轨接触装置,该电力轨接触装置能够通过固定驱动器施加到电力轨并且能够相对于电力轨移位。
背景技术
从US 8 907 242中已知这种用于闪光对接焊的焊接组件。提供两个彼此分离的电力轨以及两个电力轨接触装置用于电力传输。电力轨同时还用作用于使铁轨夹紧单元移位的液压缸。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种开头所述类型的焊接组件,利用该焊接组件可以实现改进的电力传输。
根据本发明,该目的利用特定类型的焊接组件通过独立权利要求的特征部分中引用的特征来实现。
通过仅使用单个电力轨,可以实现结构费用的降低。此外,电力轨除了用于电力传输之外仅作为两个铁轨夹紧单元的引导装置而可以在电流传导性和冷却两方面进行优化。
通过从属权利要求和附图的说明,本发明的其他优点将变得显而易见。

具体实施方式
图1至图3所示的焊接组件被设计用于焊接轨道的两个铁轨2,并且具有铁轨夹紧单元5,铁轨夹紧单元5能够沿着三个组件引导装置3在组件纵向方向4上朝向彼此移动。每个铁轨夹紧单元5配备有夹爪6,夹爪6能够成对地施加到铁轨2。特别是在图2中可以看到,位于铁轨2的任一侧的两个下部组件引导装置3被构造为液压位移驱动器11,液压位移驱动器11能够用于使两个铁轨夹紧单元5相对于彼此调节。
设置用于电力传输的夹爪6与设置用于夹紧轨道的夹爪6分离(参见图1),并且均相对于两个铁轨夹紧单元5中的一个通过电力线7连接到电力轨接触装置8。这些电力轨接触装置8可以借助固定驱动器9施加到管状横截面的电力轨10。
在电力轨接触装置8和电力供应器12之间的区域中,电力轨10与在组件纵向方向4上延伸的组件引导装置3相同,与两个位移驱动器11间隔开,并且将两个铁轨夹紧单元5彼此连接。在该部分中,组件引导装置3或电力轨10具有由铜制成的扩大横截面以及冷却装置13(参见图3)。
电力轨10或组件引导装置3仅连接到具有用于电力供应器12的变压器14的铁轨夹紧单元5,并且因此能够相对于配备有电力轨接触装置10的铁轨夹紧单元5在组件纵向方向4上移位。
如图2中可见,设置用于供电的两个夹爪6能够通过单独的夹紧驱动器15垂直于组件纵向方向4调节,以便接触铁轨2。半圆形设计的两个电力轨接触装置8布置在共用的接触装置支架16上并且能够通过共同的固定驱动器9施加到电力轨10。接触装置支架16被安装成相对于相关联的铁轨夹紧单元5在组件纵向方向4上移位。
为了启动焊接操作,通过配备有变压器14的第一铁轨夹紧单元5通过夹爪6牢固夹紧未相对于轨枕移位的铁轨2(在图1中的右侧)。
借助相对定位的第二铁轨夹紧单元5,第二铁轨2通过按压未设置用于电力传输的相关夹爪6,并且通过致动位移驱动器11,而在相对定位的第一铁轨2的方向上拉动,直到达到启动焊接操作所需的约30至35mm的铁轨间隙。
下一步,将设置用于电力传输的夹爪6按压到上述第二铁轨2上,并将两个电力轨接触装置8按压到电力轨10上。接着,使所述第二铁轨夹紧单元5与夹紧的第二铁轨2一起进一步朝向第一铁轨2移动。同时,通过变压器14、电力轨10、电力轨接触装置8、电力线7以及连接的夹爪6进行持久供电。
由于相对于第二铁轨夹紧单元5在电力轨10和快速夹紧的电力轨接触装置8之间产生的相对位移,而在该过程中两个柔性电力线7发生轻微弯曲。在焊接操作终止之后,两个电力轨接触装置8再次与电力轨10间隔开(参见图2),其中,接触装置支架16通过弹簧预张紧自动地移回到其前面、起始位置。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于焊接轨道的两个铁轨(2)的焊接组件(1),所述焊接组件(1)包括铁轨夹紧单元(5),所述铁轨夹紧单元(5)能够通过位移驱动器(11)在组件纵向方向(4)上朝向彼此移动,每个铁轨夹紧单元(5)具有夹爪(6),所述夹爪(6)能够通过驱动器成对地施加到所述铁轨(2),其中,设置用于电力传输的所述夹爪(6)相对于两个铁轨夹紧单元(5)中的一个通过电力线(7)连接到电力轨接触装置(8),所述电力轨接触装置(8)能够通过固定驱动器(9)施加到电力轨(10)并且所述电力轨接触装置(8)能够相对于所述电力轨(10)移位,
其特征在于:
a)所述电力轨(10)被构造为组件引导装置(3),所述组件引导装置(3)在所述组件纵向方向(4)上延伸,与所述位移驱动器(11)间隔开,并且将两个铁轨夹紧单元(5)彼此连接,
b)所述电力轨(10)配备有冷却装置(13),并且能够相对于配备有所述电力轨接触装置(8)的所述铁轨夹紧单元(5)在所述组件纵向方向(4)上移位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接组件,其特征在于,设置用于电力传输的所述夹爪(6)与设置用于铁轨夹紧的所述夹爪(6)分离,并且为了接触所述铁轨(2)而能够通过单独的夹紧驱动器(15)垂直于所述组件纵向方向(4)调节。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接组件,其特征在于,所述两个电力轨接触装置(8)布置在共用的接触装置支架(16)上,并且能够通过共用的固定驱动器(9)施加到所述电力轨(10)。
