(3)将步骤(2)所得元宝枫种仁油与乙醇搅匀,添加氢氧化钠、水混合溶液,加温搅拌进行皂化反应;
(4)对皂化反应后的元宝枫种仁油酸化或采用金属盐沉淀法、薄层层析法、乳化分离法、分子蒸馏法得到神经酸粗品;
(5)使用丙酮、水混合溶液加温溶解神经酸粗品,过精密过滤器除去杂质,冷冻结晶,通过离心机做固液分离操作,得神经酸成品;
(6)对神经酸成品低温烘干即可。

所述步骤(5)中丙酮、水的百分比浓度为1:1[W/V],加温温度为60℃。
所述步骤(6)中烘干温度为40℃。
本方法可以通过含有5%的神经酸的原料得到含量为94%以上的神经酸,不需要任何衍生化过程,操作简单,提取方便,制得的神经酸片独有配方、配比及食补功效的明确指向性,可以调理人体机体,改善患者体质和循环代谢,对修复大脑纤维、改善记忆力、提高睡眠质量有很好的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)取一定量的元宝枫籽,对元宝枫籽压榨分离得元宝枫种仁油;
(2)对元宝枫种仁油进行脱胶、脱色、脱酸处理;
(3)将步骤(2)所得元宝枫种仁油与乙醇搅匀,添加氢氧化钠、水混合溶液,加温搅拌进行皂化反应;
(4)对皂化反应后的元宝枫种仁油酸化或采用金属盐沉淀法、薄层层析法、乳化分离法、分子蒸馏法得到神经酸粗品;
(5)使用丙酮、水混合溶液加温溶解神经酸粗品,过精密过滤器除去杂质,冷冻结晶,通过离心机做固液分离操作,得神经酸成品;
(6)对神经酸成品低温烘干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中所得元宝枫种仁油神经酸含量大于0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中氢氧化钠与水百分比浓度为1:3,加热温度控制在65℃,皂化反应为3h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中酸化使用盐酸中和酸化,放置,收集上层凝固皂化物,水洗至中性,此皂化物为初级神经酸粗品,对初级神经酸粗品低温结晶-5到-10℃,主要是利用神经酸溶解度和凝固点随温度变化产生差异进行富集,得到神经酸粗品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中金属盐沉淀法是根据脂肪酸金属盐不饱和度及碳链长度不同在有机溶剂中溶解度不同而实现分离,再进行酸化处理得到目标脂肪酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中薄层层析法是利用吸附剂对不同成分的吸附能力不同,以及展开剂对其解吸附能力的不同而实现分离。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中乳化分离法是利用脂肪酸饱和度不同其熔点也不同的原理,控制合适的温度,并加入乳化剂、电解质和水使其分离更完全。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中分子蒸馏法是运用不同物质分子运动自由程的差别来实现物质的分离,能够在远离沸点下操作,适合于高沸点的神经酸的分离。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中丙酮、水的百分比浓度为1:1,加温温度为60℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善记忆力,提高睡眠质量的神经酸片制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中烘干温度为40℃。
