The plastic packaging station 4 comprises a third machine table 40, the automatic conveying line 1 is arranged on the third machine table 40, a first plastic film manipulator 43 and a plastic film packaging machine 41 are sequentially and fixedly arranged on the third machine table 40, a plastic film adding mechanism firstly transmits a layer of plastic film 92 to the plastic film packaging machine 41, the first plastic film manipulator 43 then places the electronic scale 90 on the plastic film 92, an external accessory adding mechanism then adds an external accessory to the electronic scale 90, the plastic film adding mechanism then transmits a layer of plastic film 92 to the electronic scale 90 and the external accessory, the electronic scale 90 and the external accessory are wrapped between the two layers of plastic films 92, the plastic film packaging machine 41 thermally fuses the two layers of plastic films 92 together, the electronic scale 90 and the external accessory are packaged in the plastic film 92, and the first plastic film manipulator 43 finally packages the plastic film 92 together on the electronic scale 90 and the external accessory back to the automatic conveying line 1.
A plurality of fourth positioning cylinders 45 corresponding to the first plastic film manipulator 43 are fixedly arranged on the third machine table 40, the fourth positioning cylinders 45 are arranged on two sides of the automatic conveying line 1, and when the fourth positioning cylinders 45 extend out, the fourth positioning cylinders 45 can intercept the electronic scale 90 which is dedusted on the automatic conveying line 1, so that the first plastic film manipulator 43 can clamp the electronic scale 90.
The third machine table 40 is also fixedly provided with a plurality of fifth positioning cylinders 46, the fifth positioning cylinders 46 intercept the electronic scales 90 subjected to dust removal in front of the fourth positioning cylinders 45, and the situation that the next electronic scale 90 reaches the fourth positioning cylinders 45 when the previous electronic scale 90 is wrapped in a plastic bag is avoided.
The external accessory adding mechanism is fixedly arranged on the third machine table 40, the external accessory adding mechanism comprises an external accessory placing area 471, the external accessory placing area 471 is used for storing external accessories, the external accessory adding mechanism further comprises an external accessory fixing frame 474, a hopper 473 is hinged on the external accessory fixing frame 474, the hopper 473 can turn over in the up-down direction, a sliding groove 4731 is formed in the hopper 473, an external accessory air cylinder 475 is connected in the sliding groove 4731, the external accessory air cylinder 475 is fixedly arranged on the external accessory fixing frame 474, when the external accessory air cylinder 475 stretches, the lower end of the hopper 473 can be driven to rotate to be above the electronic scale 90 arranged on the plastic film packaging machine 41 or be moved away from the upper side of the electronic scale 90, so that the external accessories can be added on the electronic scale 90 and the plastic film 92 can be prevented from being influenced to package the electronic scale 90 and the external accessories, and an external accessory manipulator 472, the external accessory manipulator 472 may be an electromagnetic manipulator, and generates a magnetic force to hold an external accessory by energization, the external accessory manipulator 472 has degrees of freedom in the vertical direction and the lateral rotation direction, the external accessory manipulator 472 may place the external accessory in the external accessory placement region 471 at the upper end of the hopper 473, so that the external accessory is added to the electronic scale 90 through the external accessory manipulator 472 and the hopper 473, and the electronic scale 90 and the external accessory are added together.
The plastic film adding mechanism comprises a plastic film fixing frame 42, a plastic film 92 is rotatably arranged on the plastic film fixing frame 42, a second plastic film manipulator 44 is arranged between the plastic film fixing frame 42 and the plastic film packaging machine 41, the second plastic film manipulator 44 is fixedly arranged on the third machine table 40, the second plastic film manipulator 44 can transfer the plastic film on the plastic film fixing frame 42 to the plastic film packaging machine 41, and the second plastic film manipulator 44 can be a vacuum chuck manipulator, so that the second plastic film manipulator 44 sucks the plastic film 92 through suction force, the second plastic film manipulator 44 has freedom degrees in the vertical direction and the transverse rotating direction, so that the second plastic film manipulator 44 can move to the plastic film fixing frame 42 to suck the plastic film 92, and then move the sucked plastic film 92 to the plastic film packaging machine 41 to place the plastic film 92 at a proper position on the plastic film packaging machine 41.

A foam placing area 55 is further arranged on one side of the fourth machine table 50, anti-collision foam 93 is stored in the foam placing area 55, a left manipulator 58 is arranged between the foam placing area 55 and the left foam fixing frame 51, the anti-collision foam 93 in the foam placing area can be moved to the left foam fixing frame 51 by the left manipulator 58, a right manipulator 59 is arranged between the foam placing area 55 and the right foam fixing frame 52, the anti-collision foam 93 in the foam placing area 55 can be moved to the right foam fixing frame 54 by the right manipulator 59, so that automatic feeding of the anti-collision foam 93 is realized, the left manipulator 58 and the right manipulator 59 can both be pneumatic suction cup manipulators, so that the left foam manipulator 53 and the right foam manipulator 54 can both suck the anti-collision foam 93, the left manipulator 58 and the right manipulator 59 have the degrees of freedom in the transverse rotating direction, the up-down direction and the transverse direction, so that the left manipulator 58 can move back and forth between the foam placing area 55 and the left foam, the left robot 58 can place the crash foam 93 in the foam placement area 55 on the left foam holder 51 in a correct posture, the right robot 59 can move back and forth between the foam placement area 55 and the right foam holder 52, and the right robot 59 can place the crash foam 93 in the foam placement area 55 on the right foam holder 52 in a correct posture.

The carton opening station 7 comprises a carton storage area 71 and a carton forming mechanism, a carton 94 in a folded state is stored in the carton storage area 71, a carton manipulator 73 is arranged between the carton storage area 71 and the carton forming mechanism, the carton manipulator 73 can be a pneumatic suction cup manipulator, so that the carton manipulator 73 can hold the carton 94 in the folded state, the carton manipulator 73 adds the carton 94 in the folded state to the carton forming mechanism, the carton manipulator 73 has the freedom degrees in the vertical direction and the transverse rotation direction, so that the carton manipulator 73 can move to the carton storage area 71 to hold the carton 94 and move the carton 94 to the carton forming mechanism, and the carton forming mechanism is used for changing the carton 94 in the folded state into the carton 94 in the opened state.

the carton forming mechanism comprises a carton positioning cylinder 721 and a carton opening slider 722, the carton positioning cylinder 721 is fixedly arranged on the fifth machine table 60, the carton opening slider 722 is slidably arranged on the fifth machine table 60, the carton opening slider 722 can slide towards the carton positioning cylinder 721 or slide away from the carton positioning cylinder 721, the carton opening slider 722 can slide on the fifth machine table 60 under the driving of the cylinder, the carton manipulator 73 moves the folded carton 94 from the carton storage area 71 to the carton forming device 72, the folded carton 94 is arranged between the carton positioning cylinder 721 and the carton opening slider 722, the carton positioning cylinder 721 extends outwards, the carton opening slider 722 slides towards the carton positioning cylinder 721, one side of the folded carton 94 abuts against the carton positioning cylinder 721, the other side of the folded carton 94 abuts against the carton opening slider 722, the folded carton 94 becomes the opened carton 94 by the clamping force of the carton opening slider 722 and the carton positioning cylinder 721.
The boxing station 6 comprises a first boxing manipulator 61 and a second boxing manipulator 62, the second boxing manipulator 62 can be a pneumatic clamping jaw manipulator, so that the second boxing manipulator 62 can clamp the electronic scale 90 after the anti-collision foam 93 is installed, the second boxing manipulator 62 has transverse rotation, and the freedom degrees in the vertical direction and the transverse direction are realized, so that the second boxing manipulator 62 can drive the clamped electronic scale 90 to transversely rotate, vertically move and transversely move, the second boxing manipulator 62 is used for moving the carton 94 in an open state to the automatic conveying line 1, and the first boxing manipulator 61 can be a pneumatic clamping jaw manipulator, so that the first boxing manipulator 61 is used for loading the electronic scale 90 after the anti-collision foam 93 is installed into the carton 94 on the automatic conveying line 1.
The first boxing manipulator 61 is fixedly arranged on the fifth machine table 60, the second boxing manipulator 62 is arranged between the carton forming mechanism and the automatic conveying line 1, and the second boxing manipulator 62 moves the carton 94 opened on the carton forming mechanism to the automatic conveying line 1.
The fifth machine table 60 is further fixedly provided with a plurality of seventh positioning cylinders 63, the seventh positioning cylinders 63 are arranged on two sides of the automatic conveying line 1, the seventh positioning cylinders 63 extend out, the seventh positioning cylinders 63 can intercept the carton 94 placed on the automatic conveying line 1 by the second boxing manipulator 62, and the first boxing manipulator 61 can conveniently align the electronic scales 90 with the opening of the carton 94 and then place the electronic scales into the carton 94.
The carton sealing station 8 comprises at least one carton sealing device 81, the number of the carton sealing devices 81 can be three, the carton sealing devices 81 are arranged on one side of the automatic transmission line 1 along the transmission direction of the automatic transmission line 1, carton sealing manipulators 82 are arranged between the carton sealing devices 81 and the automatic transmission line 1, the carton sealing manipulators 82 can be pneumatic clamping manipulators, the carton sealing manipulators 82 can clamp cartons 94 provided with electronic scales 90, the carton sealing manipulators 82 have the freedom degrees in the transverse direction and the up-down direction, the carton sealing manipulators 82 can move the cartons 94 provided with the electronic scales 90 to the carton sealing devices 81 and move the cartons 94 provided with the electronic scales 90 to the automatic transmission line 1, the carton sealing manipulators 82 are used for moving the cartons 94 provided with the electronic scales 90 to the carton sealing devices 81 and moving the cartons 94 subjected to carton sealing to the automatic transmission line 1, the carton sealing devices 81 comprise a folding mechanism and a gluing mechanism, the gluing mechanism is used for gluing the hinges 941 on the carton 94, and the folding mechanism is used for folding and forming the glued carton 94, so that box sealing is achieved.
The carton sealing station 8 further comprises a sixth machine table 80, the automatic conveying line 1 is arranged on the sixth machine table 80, the carton sealing device 81 and the carton sealing manipulator 82 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the sixth machine table 80, the carton sealing device 81 comprises a gluing mechanism, the gluing mechanism comprises a gluing head 8111 and a first pressing plate 8123, a gluing chute 801 is formed in the sixth machine table 80, the gluing head 8111 slides in the gluing chute 801, the gluing head 8111 can be driven by an air cylinder to slide in the gluing chute 801, when the carton sealing manipulator 82 moves the carton 94 with the electronic scale 90 to the carton sealing device 81, a hinge 941 at the lower side of the carton 94 is positioned above the gluing chute 801, the first pressing plate 8123 is rotatably arranged on the sixth machine table 80, when the carton sealing manipulator 82 moves the carton 94 with the electronic scale 90 to the carton sealing device 81, the first pressing plate 8123 can rotate to be positioned above a hinge 941 at the lower side of the carton 94, and the hinge 941 at the lower side of the carton 94 is pressed on the sixth, thereby facilitating the glue head 8111 to apply glue to the hinges 941 on the underside of the carton 94.
The sixth machine table 80 is further fixedly provided with a plurality of eighth positioning cylinders 84 corresponding to the carton sealing manipulator 82, the eighth positioning cylinders 84 are arranged on two sides of the automatic conveying line 1, and when the eighth positioning cylinders 26 extend out, the eighth positioning cylinders 26 can intercept the cartons 94 to be sealed on the automatic conveying line 1, so that the carton sealing manipulator 82 can move the cartons 94 to be sealed to the carton sealing device 81.
The folding mechanism comprises a folding block 8121, a first folding motor 8126, a second folding motor 8127 and a first folding cylinder 8128, the folding block 8121 is slidably arranged on a sixth machine table 80, the folding block 8121 can slide up and down on the sixth machine table 80, after the carton 94 is glued, the first pressing plate 8123 rotates, the first pressing plate 8123 moves out from a hinge 941 at the lower side of the carton 94, the folding block 8121 slides upwards to fold the hinge 941 at the lower side of the carton 94 inwards, the first folding motor 8126 and the second folding motor 8127 are respectively fixedly arranged on the sixth machine table 80, the first folding motor 8126 and the second folding motor 8127 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the carton 94, a first folding hook 8124 is arranged on the first folding motor 8126, the first folding hook 8124 can be driven by the first folding motor 8126 to rotate, the first folding hook 8124 can drive the left side 941 of the carton 94 to be folded inwards under the drive of the first folding motor 8126, a second folding hook 8125 is arranged on the second folding motor 8127, the second folding hook 8125 can be driven by the second folding motor 8127 to rotate, the second folding hook 8125 can fold the hinge 941 on the right side of the carton 94 inwards under the drive of the second folding motor 8127, the first folding cylinder 8128 is fixedly arranged on the sixth machine table 80, the first folding cylinder 8128 is positioned above the hinge 941 on the upper side of the carton 94, a second pressing plate 816 is arranged on the first folding cylinder 8128, the second pressing plate 816 can move up and down under the drive of the first folding cylinder 8128, the second pressing plate 816 can fold the hinge 941 on the upper side of the carton 94 inwards under the drive of the first folding cylinder 8128, therefore, the hinges 941 at the upper side and the lower side of the carton 94 can be bonded together through glue to realize carton sealing, the carton sealing manipulator 82 moves the carton 94 subjected to carton sealing back to the automatic transmission line 1, and the carton subjected to carton sealing is conveyed to the finished product machine table 83 under the transmission of the automatic transmission line 1 to be offline.
The first machine table 20, the second machine table 30, the third machine table 40, the fourth machine table 50, the fifth machine table 60 and the sixth machine table 80 may be sequentially and fixedly connected together.
An automatic packaging method of an electronic scale 90 adopts the automatic packaging machine for packaging, and comprises the following steps:
(a) manually adding scale racks 901 to the automatic conveyor line 1;
(b) the automatic conveying line 1 conveys a scale frame 901 forwards, the scale frame 901 passes through an assembling station 2, and a scale pan 902 is installed on the scale frame 901 to be assembled into the electronic scale 90 by the assembling station 2;
(c) the electronic scale 90 is conveyed forwards by the automatic conveying line 1, the electronic scale 90 passes through the dust removal station 3, and the dust removal station 3 removes dust from the electronic scale 90;
(d) the electronic scale 90 is conveyed forwards by the automatic conveying line 1, the electronic scale 90 after dust removal passes through the plastic packaging station 4, and the electronic scale 90 after dust removal and external accessories are packaged together by the plastic packaging station 4;
(e) the automatic conveying line 1 conveys the plastic-coated electronic scale 90 forwards, the plastic-coated electronic scale 90 passes through the foam mounting station 5, and the foam mounting station 5 mounts the anti-collision foam 93 on the plastic-coated electronic scale 90;
(f) the automatic conveying line 1 forwards conveys the electronic scale 90 provided with the anti-collision foam 93, the carton opening station 7 changes the carton 94 in a folded state into the carton 94 in an opened state, the electronic scale 90 provided with the anti-collision foam 93 passes through the boxing station 6, and the boxing station 6 loads the electronic scale 90 provided with the anti-collision foam 93 into the carton 94 in the opened state;
(g) the automatic conveying line 1 conveys the carton 94 provided with the electronic scale 90 forwards, the carton 94 provided with the electronic scale 90 passes through a carton sealing station 8, and the carton sealing station 8 seals the carton 94 provided with the electronic scale 90;
(h) the automatic conveying line 1 carries out finished product offline on the carton 94 after the carton is sealed.

The automatic packaging machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing station (8) comprises at least one sealing device (81), a sealing manipulator (82) is arranged between the sealing device (81) and the automatic conveying line (1), the sealing manipulator (82) is used for transferring the carton (94) provided with the electronic scale (90) to the sealing device (81) and transferring the sealed carton (94) to the automatic conveying line (1), the sealing device (81) comprises a folding mechanism and a gluing mechanism, the gluing mechanism is used for gluing the hinge (941) on the carton (94), and the folding mechanism is used for folding and forming the glued carton (94) so as to realize sealing.
