本发明涉及汽车设备技术领域,具体为一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯。
背景技术
汽车内部地毯常常为汽车脚垫,汽车脚垫是集吸水、吸尘、去污、隔音、保护主机毯五大主要功能为一体的一种环保汽车内饰零部件。汽车脚垫属于内部装饰品,保护车里车外的洁净,起到美观舒适点缀的作用。汽车脚垫是集吸水、吸尘、去污、隔音、保护主机毯五大主要功能为一体的一种环保汽车内饰零部件。汽车脚垫属于内部装饰品,保护车里车外的洁净,起到美观舒适点缀的作用。塑料发泡的技术渊源久远。最早是20年代初期的泡沫胶木,用类似制造泡沫橡胶的方法制取;30年代出现硬质聚氨酯泡沫和聚苯乙烯泡沫;40年代有聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、环氧树脂、酚醛泡沫;50年代则有可发性聚苯乙烯泡沫和软质聚氨酯泡沫。基本上所有的塑料,包括热塑性和热固性的都可以发泡为泡沫塑料。工业上的制备方法有:挤出发泡、注塑发泡、模塑发泡、压延发泡、粉末发泡和喷涂发泡等等。发泡技术的推广极大地减少了汽车地毯的重量,但是在发泡技术进入瓶颈之时,急需要另外的技术来实现汽车地毯的轻量化。
所以,如何设计一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的发泡技术陷入瓶颈时,汽车地毯的轻量化问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,包括装置主体,所述装置主体设置有绒簇地毯层,所述绒簇地毯层下方设置有胶板,所述绒簇地毯层下表面通过固定胶水与胶板上表面固定连接,所述胶板下方设置有第一镂空层,所述胶板下表面通过胶水与第一镂空层固定连接,所述第一镂空层下方设置有第二镂空层,所述第一镂空层的下表面和第二镂空层的上表面通过热压复合固定连接,所述第一镂空层和第二镂空层的结构相同且均由横向的纤维毡块和纵向的复合膜块,所述纤维毡块之间以及复合膜块之间均通过金属丝连接,所述第二镂空层下方设置有PET无纺布层,所述第二镂空层下表面通过热压复合与PET无纺布层上表面固定连接,所述PET无纺布层下方设置有聚氨酯发泡层,所述PET无纺布层下表面通过热压复合与聚氨酯发泡层固定连接。
进一步的,所述绒簇地毯层采用经过阻燃、抗静电处理的簇绒毯坯或针刺毯坯制作而成。
进一步的,所述纤维毡块和复合膜块的宽度约为1cm,所述纤维毡块之间以及复合膜块之间距离约为1cm。
进一步的,所述纤维毡层采用PET材料和低熔点纤维材料复合制作而成,所述复合膜层上下均为PE层,所述PE层之间设置有PA层,所述PE层和PA层之间通过热压复合固定连接。
进一步的,所述聚氨酯发泡层采用经过发泡工艺处理的PU材料制作而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,最上层设置有绒簇地毯层,绒簇地毯层采用经过阻燃、抗静电处理的簇绒毯坯或针刺毯坯制作而成,该种地毯中间设置有第一镂空层和第二镂空层,两个镂空层结构相同,均为横纵交错的纤维毡块和复合膜块通过热压复合连接而成,横纵交错的纤维毡块和复合膜块之间形成镂空,最后底部的聚氨酯发泡层采用经过发泡工艺处理的PU材料制作而成,该种地毯通过多种材料相互配合,具有耐磨耐用、防水、消音消振等作用,使用效果极佳,通过独特的镂空设计配合发泡工艺,有效减少装置的重量,从而实现轻量化。

进一步的,所述纤维毡层9采用PET材料和低熔点纤维材料复合制作而成,所述复合膜层8上下均为PE层12,所述PE层12之间设置有PA层11,所述PE层12和PA层11之间通过热压复合固定连接,PET材料在较宽的温度范围内具有优良的物理机械性能,长期使用温度可达120℃,电绝缘性优良,甚至在高温高频下,其电性能仍较好,抗蠕变性,耐疲劳性,耐摩擦性、尺寸稳定性都很好,PE材料具有柔软、易燃、易加工,不溶于水,吸水性很小的特点,PA材料具有很高的机械强度,软化点高,耐热,摩擦系数低,耐磨损,自润滑性,吸震性和消音性,耐油,耐弱酸,耐碱和一般溶剂,电绝缘性好,有自熄性,无毒,无臭,耐候性好,易染色。
进一步的,所述聚氨酯发泡层3采用经过发泡工艺处理的PU材料制作而成,PU材料具有极其优异的耐磨性能,优异的耐寒、透气、耐老化性能,发泡处理后的PU材料重量较小。
工作原理:首先,一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,最上层设置有绒簇地毯层4,绒簇地毯层4采用经过阻燃、抗静电处理的簇绒毯坯或针刺毯坯制作而成,该种地毯层易清洁、质地优良、使用寿命长,该种地毯中间设置有第一镂空层6和第二镂空层7,两个镂空层结构相同,均为横纵交错的纤维毡块9和复合膜块8通过热压复合连接而成,纤维毡块9和复合膜块8通过PET材料、低熔点纤维材料、PE材料以及PA材料的耐热性、吸震性、消音性以及稳定性等特点,提升了地毯整体的质量,横纵交错的纤维毡块9和复合膜块8之间形成的镂空,不仅节约了材料的消耗,更加减少了装置整体的重量,最后底部的聚氨酯发泡层3采用经过发泡工艺处理的PU材料制作而成,PU材料具有极其优异的耐磨性能,优异的耐寒、透气、耐老化性能,发泡处理后的PU材料重量较小,便于使用。

Claims (5)
1.一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,包括装置主体(1),其特征在于:所述装置主体(1)设置有绒簇地毯层(4),所述绒簇地毯层(4)下方设置有胶板(5),所述绒簇地毯层(4)下表面通过固定胶水与胶板(5)上表面固定连接,所述胶板(5)下方设置有第一镂空层(6),所述胶板(5)下表面通过胶水与第一镂空层(6)固定连接,所述第一镂空层(6)下方设置有第二镂空层(7),所述第一镂空层(6)的下表面和第二镂空层(7)的上表面通过热压复合固定连接,所述第一镂空层(6)和第二镂空层(7)的结构相同且均由横向的纤维毡块(9)和纵向的复合膜块(8),所述纤维毡块(9)之间以及复合膜块(8)之间均通过金属丝(10)连接,所述第二镂空层(7)下方设置有PET无纺布层(2),所述第二镂空层(7)下表面通过热压复合与PET无纺布层(2)上表面固定连接,所述PET无纺布层(2)下方设置有聚氨酯发泡层(3),所述PET无纺布层(2)下表面通过热压复合与聚氨酯发泡层(3)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,其特征在于:所述绒簇地毯层(4)采用经过阻燃、抗静电处理的簇绒毯坯或针刺毯坯制作而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,其特征在于:所述纤维毡块(9)和复合膜块(8)的宽度约为1cm,所述纤维毡块(9)之间以及复合膜块(8)之间距离约为1cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,其特征在于:所述纤维毡层(9)采用PET材料和低熔点纤维材料复合制作而成,所述复合膜层(8)上下均为PE层(12),所述PE层(12)之间设置有PA层(11),所述PE层(12)和PA层(11)之间通过热压复合固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化汽车发泡地毯,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯发泡层(3)采用经过发泡工艺处理的PU材料制作而成。
