Abstract
本发明涉及一种低气味地毯总成及其制备方法和应用。所述低气味地毯总成包括:毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层、聚氨酯高回弹软泡层和PE保护膜层,所述毯坯层包括PE、抗氧剂、玛雅蓝和氧化除味剂。本发明制备的地毯选用低气味的原材料,减少了材料在加工过程中挥发性有机物的散发,降低了材料的气味,采用玛雅蓝和氧化除味剂复配进一步提升了地毯的抗撕裂、抗压缩以及拉伸性能,克服了地毯在制备和使用过程中抗氧剂发生降解产生的挥发性物质,也增加了地毯的力学性能,应用在汽车、家具装饰材料中可提升嗅觉感受、人体健康。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子改性材料技术领域,具体涉及一种低气味地毯总成及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
地毯是集装饰性和功能性于一体的零部件或家用产品,它除了具有漂亮的外观、柔软的触感之外,还起到吸音、隔热、防尘、防水、防滑、阻燃等作用。随着消费者环保、健康意识的提升,要求使用气味更低的材料,尤其低气味车用地毯以提升驾乘人员的嗅觉感官舒适性。现有地毯气味较大,不利于环保和人类健康、舒适性,因此开发低气味地毯总成是目前的发展方向。由于随着人们环保意识的逐渐增强,如提高材料的阻燃性能、采用光、热稳定剂、抗氧助剂、分子质量调节剂、成核剂、分散剂等,这些助剂在加工过程中会释放出一些刺激性气味,也可能在长期使用过程中,由于助剂于材料相容性的问题,也可能因老化、光、热不稳定,也可能在制备如挤出等过程中释放出一些挥发性物质,如酮、醇、酸、酯等刺激性物质,进而无法满足人们对低气味的要求。
现有技术中对于低VOC地毯通常从地毯材料的性能和结构上出发,专利文献CN208306015A制备的了一种阻隔气味散发的胶膜及汽车地毯,该专利主要对地毯的材料和结构进行设计,胶膜的表层为低熔点塑料层,中间为高熔点塑料层复合得到的胶膜与织物、EVA材料进行热复合制备得到的地毯;专利文献CN112498206A公开了而一种汽车地毯结构及排布方法,该地毯采用不同面密度的PET和LPET作为表皮层和基底层组,与PE附膜层组成毯面,进一步与胶膜和胶粉层、毛毡层复合得到地毯,同时还设置重质层和吸引层,最终得到的轻质地毯;但上述的专利文献公开的地毯均从使用材料和组成结构上出发,在一定程度上可以阻止地毯材料内部的挥发物质散发,但长期使用过程中,颖老化等问题地毯仍会散发刺激性气味,因此,对于该问题,添加一种良好的气体吸附剂和除味剂对人类的健康很重要。目前。对于高分子材料采用的除味剂主要包括物理除味剂和化学除味剂,物理除味剂包括活性炭体系、硅胶体系、凹凸棒土等矿物土体系、分子筛体系等,物理除味剂可以有效去除烷烃、烯烃、苯酚、醛及酮类等有气味的小分子物质;化学除味剂可以与释放出气味的小分子或其他对人体有害的VOC反应,使其生成相对分子质量较大、不会从材料中挥发出来的另一种化合物,从而达到消除异味的效果。物理除味剂如沸石、粘土、分子筛、硅藻土等无机物,在除味过程中仅对挥发性物质进行吸附,并未除去,当遇脱附条件是,吸附的挥发性物质仍然会释放出来,该类吸附剂同样也会对材料中的其他助剂进行吸附,长期使用使得材料性能显著下降,另一方面。这些物理除味剂加入虽然能降低材料的气味及VOC含量,但可能因其与高分子材料的相容性差,会降低材料的光泽度,并且材料表面会有麻点,影响制品外观。因此,相比物理除味剂,化学除味剂使用更加理想,其专一性强,不会造型其他助剂的损失,且重复利用率高,节约成本,符合可持续发展要求。专利文献CN112662114A公开了一种低气味低VOC耐刮擦车用聚丙烯内饰材料及其制备方法,该材料通过添加粒径为10~50μm的除味剂NSA-RSC468 1~3%,该除味剂结构为微孔含水,可在挤出机挤出的时候吸收材料中的释放的小分子物质,在真空下对水蒸气蒸发排出,从而达到降低材料气味和VOC含量的效果,由于该材料中添加的硅酮类、芥酸酰胺类耐刮擦剂制备过程中会产生如己醛、庚烷、2-庚酮等挥发性物质,因此该材料中除味剂含量也相对较高;专利文献CN109735008A公开了一种低气味、低光泽、薄壁化汽车用聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,该符合材料包括新型滑石粉、聚丙烯、弹性体、功能母粒、气味除味剂以及助剂,其中气味除味剂为螯合型可反应型有机盐(W1000,多微孔结构的亲有机物的无极粉末)、多孔硅酸盐(F926,多孔铝硅无机物和有机混合物),添加量约为0.25%,所达到的气味等级为3.5,除味效果仍有待提高。
综上所述,随着人们环保意识的增强以及气味控制技术的不断完善,目前对于聚丙烯及其改性材料的除味研究较多,而对于聚乙烯及其改性材料除味效果有待开发,制备低气味、低VOC含量的地毯对于人类的健康有重要的意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种本发明提供了低气味地毯总成及其制备方法,该总成具备低气味、高环保性,使其作为内饰物更加环保和舒适。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种低气味地毯总成,其包括毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层、聚氨酯高回弹软泡层和PE保护膜层;
优选地,毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层、聚氨酯高回弹软泡层和PE保护膜层为依次层叠设置;
所述毯坯层包括PE、抗氧剂、玛雅蓝和氧化除味剂。
所述氧化除味剂为添加NaClO、氨基酸成分的混合物;
进一步地,所述毯坯层平方米克重为400-600g/m2。
进一步地,所述胶板层为熔融塑料,选自EVA、PE/EPDM、PE材料中的一种或组合,立方米千克重为3-4kg/m3,气味等级不超过3.0级。
优选地,所述熔融塑料为PE材料。
进一步地,所述无纺布层为PET无纺布,立方米克重为80-100g/m3,气味等级不超过3.0级。
进一步地,所述聚氨酯高回弹软泡层立方米千克重为40-50kg/m3。
进一步地,所述毯坯包括PE 75-99重量份、抗氧剂0.01-2重量份、玛雅蓝0.1-3重量份和氧化除味剂0.1-5重量份。
优选地,所述毯坯包括PE 97.5-98.5重量份、抗氧剂0.3-0.6重量份、玛雅蓝0.5-0.9重量份和氧化除味剂0.6-1.2重量份。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂选自受阻酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、硫酸类抗氧剂、芳香胺抗氧剂中的一种或组合。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供了一种低气味地毯总成的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将PE、玛雅蓝、抗氧剂、氧化除味剂按配方量在高速搅拌机中混合均匀,得到地毯毯坯材料混合物;
S2、将地毯毯坯材料混合物在挤出机中熔融,加工温度为140~250℃,调整三辊压延机的间隙以调整片材的厚度,得到毯坯层;
S3、将毯坯层引入压延辊,使之与熔融塑料黏合在一起,进一步置于成型模具中与PET无纺布热压得到含有毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层的地毯片材;
S4、使用高频热合焊机将上述地毯片材和脚垫高频热合成为一个整体,然后送至发泡工位,通过热复合,将聚氨酯高回弹软泡和片材合成一个整体;
S5、粘贴PE保护膜得到低气味地毯总成。
第三方面,本发明实施例提供了一种所述低气味地毯总成在汽车或家居装饰品中的应用,但不仅限于所属领域。
本发明的低气味地毯总成采用具有可去除挥发性物质的PE材料作为毯面,用熔融塑料胶板来支撑和保持地毯型面,进一步采用PET无纺布减缓成型拉伸,增加地毯的成型性能,然后采用聚氨酯高回弹软泡提升减震性能。同时内部大量均匀分布的开放状微孔,可以使声波进入后通过摩擦和粘滞力的作用转化为热能耗散,从而使声波衰弱,达到吸音、隔音的效果,采用PE保护膜起到保护表面、防水、防污等作用。
本发明制备的低气味地毯中的抗氧剂选自受阻酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、硫酸类抗氧剂、芳香胺抗氧剂中的一种或组合,极大程度上减少了地毯在制备和使用过程中因氧化、老化而产生的挥发性物质和刺激性气体,但同时,抗氧剂自身在制备的过程中会产生如对叔丁基苯酚,2-甲基-5-(1-甲基乙基)苯酚,1-甲基-4-(1-甲基亚乙基)烯等刺激性气味,因此,本发明制备的低气味地毯在传统工艺毯坯制造工艺基础上加入用于吸附甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、TVOC等的玛雅蓝以及通过氧化反应将硫化物、酸、氨类有害污染物质氧化成气味较轻或溶解度较高的化合物,然后吸收净化的氧化除味剂,NaClO具有强氧化性,可以将异味中的有机硫和有机胺类等物质氧化成气味较轻或溶解度较高的化合物,氨基酸可以与醛酮类物质发生化学反应,生成气味较低的胺类物质。通用物理吸附和化学吸附相结合,克服了抗氧化剂一方面在降低制备和使用过程中因材料老化而产生的挥发性物质含量,同时也降低了该抗氧剂本身在制备和使用过程中所产生的挥发性气体。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明提供了一种包括毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层、聚氨酯高回弹软泡层、PE保护膜层的低气味地毯总成,具有优异的力学性能,抗撕裂、抗压缩,通过采用玛雅蓝与氧化除味剂进一步提高了地毯的力学性能。
2、本发明选用低气味的原材料,减少了材料在加工过程中挥发性有机物的散发,降低了材料的气味,进一步通过氧化除味剂与玛雅蓝复配后,克服了地毯在制备和使用过程中抗氧剂发生降解产生的挥发性物质,同时也增加了地毯的力学性能,应用在汽车、家具装饰材料中可提升嗅觉感受、人体健康。

实施例1本发明低气味地毯总成的制备
本发明低气味地毯总成中毯坯层材料组成表1所示:

氧化除味剂为添加NaClO、氨基酸成分的混合物。

S1、将PE、玛雅蓝、抗氧剂、氧化除味剂按配方量在高速搅拌机中混合均匀,得到地毯毯坯材料混合物;
S2、将地毯毯坯材料混合物在双螺杆挤出机中熔融,加工温度为220℃,调整三辊压延机的间隙以调整片材的厚度,得到毯坯层;
S3、将毯面引入压延辊,使之与PE材料黏合在一起,进一步置于成型模具中与PET无纺布热压得到含有毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层的地毯片材;
S4、使用高频热合焊机将上述地毯片材和脚垫高频热合成为一个整体,然后送至发泡工位,通过热复合,将聚氨酯高回弹软泡和片材合成一个整体;
S5、粘贴PE保护膜得到低气味地毯总成。
实施例2本发明低气味地毯总成的制备
本发明低气味地毯总成中毯坯层材料组成表2所示:

S1、将PE、玛雅蓝、抗氧剂、氧化除味剂按配方量在高速搅拌机中混合均匀,得到地毯毯坯材料混合物;
S2、将地毯毯坯材料混合物在双螺杆挤出机中熔融,加工温度分别为150℃、155℃、150℃、160℃、165℃、175℃、180℃、195℃、205℃、210℃,调整三辊压延机的间隙以调整片材的厚度,得到毯坯层;
S3、将毯面引入压延辊,使之与EVA材料黏合在一起,进一步置于成型模具中与PET无纺布热压得到含有毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层的地毯片材;
S4、使用高频热合焊机将上述地毯片材和脚垫高频热合成为一个整体,然后送至发泡工位,通过热复合,将聚氨酯高回弹软泡和片材合成一个整体;
S5、粘贴PE保护膜得到低气味地毯总成。
实施例3本发明低气味地毯总成的制备
本发明低气味地毯总成中毯坯层材料组成表3所示:

S1、将PE、玛雅蓝、抗氧剂、氧化除味剂按配方量在高速搅拌机中混合均匀,得到地毯毯坯材料混合物;
S2、将地毯毯坯材料混合物在双螺杆挤出机中熔融,加工温度分别为145℃、150℃、155℃、160℃、165℃、175℃、180℃、190℃、195℃、205℃,调整三辊压延机的间隙以调整片材的厚度,得到毯坯层;
S3、将毯面引入压延辊,使之与PE材料黏合在一起,进一步置于成型模具中无纺布热压得到含有毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层的地毯片材;
S4、使用高频热合焊机将上述地毯片材和脚垫高频热合成为一个整体,然后送至发泡工位,通过热复合,将聚氨酯高回弹软泡和片材合成一个整体;
S5、粘贴PE保护膜得到低气味地毯总成。
实施例4本发明低气味地毯总成的制备

S4、使用高频热合焊机将上述地毯片材和脚垫高频热合成为一个整体,然后送至发泡工位,通过热复合,将聚氨酯高回弹软泡和片材合成一个整体;
S5、粘贴PE保护膜得到低气味地毯总成。
试验例一、本发明低气味地毯的性能测试
(1)力学性能测试:样条为实施例1~4步骤S2制备得到的地毯总成;
拉伸强度和断裂伸长率参照ISO527-2标准,样条尺寸为170*10*4mm,拉伸速度50mm/min;撕裂强度参照ISO 34-1Bb标准;压缩形变参照GB/T1041-92标准;
(2)气味等级测试方法:参照PV3900标准,80℃/2H后至于60℃进行评价,测试人员五名,对地毯总成测试后取平均值;
评定标准:不可辨认的气味-1级;可辨认,无不适的气味-2级;清晰可辨,无不适的气味-3级;不适的气味-4级;严重不适的气味-5级;不能忍受的气味-6级;
(3)总碳散发TVOC测试方法:参照PV3341标准,μgC/g;
按上述测定方法测得的结果见表5;

由表5结果可知,本发明制备的低气味地毯采用PE、PET、无纺布和聚氨酯等热塑性弹性体,具有良好的力学性能,撕裂强度可达5~6N/M,拉伸强度为150~164KPa,断裂伸长率为118~125%,压缩形变为5%;同时本发明的低气味地毯配方中不添加胶水等易分解出小分子的物质,同时选用低气味的原材料,减少了材料在加工过程中挥发性有机物的散发,降低了材料的气味,同时,通过添加玛雅蓝和氧化除味剂作为复合除味剂,以及与抗氧剂协同降低了地毯挥发性物质的含量,能够很好的起到除味效果,也保证了材料的基本力学性能。

与实施例3的区别在于,玛雅蓝用10μm的纳米氧化锌替换。
对比例2
与实施例3的区别在于,玛雅蓝用多孔二氧化硅替换。
对比例3
与实施例3的区别在于,玛雅蓝用凹凸棒土替换。
对比例4
与实施例3的区别在于,玛雅蓝与氧化除味剂添加比例变化为2:3。
试验例二、对比例1~4制备的地毯的性能测试
按试验例一的测定方法测得的结果见表6;

由表6结果可知,相比实施例3,对比例1~4制备的地毯产生的气味和TVOC明显增加,采用纳米氧化锌、多孔二氧化硅以及凹凸棒土替代玛雅蓝均会影响地毯的力学性能,表明玛雅蓝在同时增加地毯的力学性能以及除味作用中的不可替代性,由对比例4可知,玛雅蓝与氧化除味剂在特定的比例下能发挥最佳的除味和产生最佳力学性能的效果。

Claims (9)
1.一种低气味地毯总成,其特征在于,所述地毯总成包括依次层叠设置的毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层、聚氨酯高回弹软泡层和PE保护膜层;
所述毯坯层包括PE、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、玛雅蓝和添加NaClO、氨基酸成分的氧化除味剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低气味地毯总成,其特征在于,所述毯坯层平方米克重为400-600g/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低气味地毯总成,其特征在于,所述胶板层为熔融塑料,选自EVA、PE/EPDM和PE材料中的一种或组合,立方米千克重为3-4kg/m3,气味等级不超过3.0级。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低气味地毯总成,其特征在于,所述无纺布层为PET无纺布,立方米克重为80-100g/m3,气味等级不超过3.0级。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低气味地毯总成,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯高回弹软泡层立方米千克重为40-50kg/m3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低气味地毯总成,其特征在于,所述毯坯层包括PE 75-99重量份、抗氧剂0.01-2重量份和玛雅蓝0.1-3重量份和氧化除味剂0.1-5重量份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低气味地毯总成,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自受阻酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、硫酸类抗氧剂、芳香胺抗氧剂中的一种或组合。
8.一种如权利要求1~7任一所述低气味地毯总成的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将PE、玛雅蓝、抗氧剂、氧化除味剂按配方量在高速搅拌机中混合均匀,得到地毯毯坯材料混合物;
S2、将地毯毯坯材料混合物在挤出机中熔融,加工温度为220℃,调整三辊压延机的间隙以调整片材的厚度,得到毯坯层;
S3、将毯坯层引入压延辊,使之与熔融塑料黏合在一起,进一步置于成型模具中与PET无纺布热压得到含有毯坯层、胶板层、无纺布层的地毯片材;
S4、使用高频热合焊机将上述地毯片材和脚垫高频热合成为一个整体,然后送至发泡工位,通过热复合,将聚氨酯高回弹软泡和片材合成一个整体;
S5、粘贴PE保护膜得到低气味地毯总成。
9.一种如权利要求1~7任一所述低气味地毯总成在汽车或家居装饰品中的应用。
