技术背景
黄粉虫具有以下作为食品的优点
1.优质的高蛋白食品。黄粉虫不仅可作饲料,而且可以食用。其幼虫含粗蛋白56.58%,脂肪28.20%,蛹含粗蛋白57%,成虫含粗蛋白64%,其含量大大高于鸡蛋、牛肉、羊肉等常规动物性食品,且有易于消化吸收,被誉为昆虫中的“蛋白之王”。
2.营养丰富的绿色食品。黄粉虫所含高蛋白、游离氨基酸为哺乳动物的50-100倍、牛奶的11倍;脂溶性维生素a、d、e、k水溶性维生素b族的含量极为丰富,维生素b1是牛奶的15倍,维生素 b2是牛奶的1800倍,维生素b6是牛奶的52倍;另外,具有常量矿物质元素钙、钾、钠、镁等,微量矿物质元素铁、锌、铜、锰、钴、铬、硒、硼、碘等,营养素的含量均比牛奶和肉类丰富得多。在“合理膳食,均衡营养”的原则下,追求绿色昆虫蛹菜现成为一种时尚,倍受人们青眯。

本发明希望提供一种卫生健康的黄粉虫的饲养方法和食用方法,具体方案如下:
一种黄粉虫的饲养方法,包括一下步骤:
(1)在无菌环境下,繁殖初代黄粉虫直到获得黄粉虫卵;
(2)在无菌的环境下,将黄粉虫卵放在无菌饲养箱内成长;
(3) 当肉眼能看清幼虫体形时,对环境进行加温、增湿处理,并在饲料中加大水分;
(4)待肉眼能分辨出大小幼虫的区别时,将大小幼虫分开饲养;
(5)给较大幼虫投喂饲料,并给予大量青饲料;
(6) 待黄粉虫成蛹,马上将黄粉虫蛹用温水洗净并用紫外线消毒,无菌包装。(黄粉虫蛹只有半透明的才会被食用)
所述步骤(3)中的饲料包括质量百分比为20%-50%的榨碎的小麦, 30%-60%的麦麸,1%-3%的纤维素酶,0.5%-1%的碳酸钙,0.1%-0.5%的维生素E和20%-30%的水。
所述的饲料需要经过80-120摄氏度加热挤压。
所述步骤(5)中的青饲料配比为马铃薯片100克,葡萄糖20克,碳酸钙0.5克,氯化胆碱0.02克,维生素B0.5毫克和水40毫升。

(4)待肉眼能分辨出大小幼虫的区别时,将大小幼虫分开饲养;
(5)给较大幼虫投喂饲料,并给予大量青饲料(马铃薯片100克,葡萄糖20克,碳酸钙0.5克,氯化胆碱0.02克,维生素B0.5毫克和水40毫升);

实验结果:第二代黄粉虫卵在90天变为成虫,且经过检测黄粉虫蛹的蛋白质含量为百分之57。
实施例3

(3) 当肉眼能看清幼虫体形时,对环境进行加温、增湿处理,并在饲料(30%的榨碎的小麦, 40%的麦麸,2%的纤维素酶,0.75%的碳酸钙,0.25%的维生素E和25%的水)中加大水分;
(4)待肉眼能分辨出大小幼虫的区别时,将大小幼虫分开饲养;
(5)给较大幼虫投喂饲料,并给予大量青饲料(马铃薯片100克,葡萄糖20克,碳酸钙0.5克,氯化胆碱0.02克,维生素B0.5毫克和水40毫升);
(6) 待黄粉虫成蛹,马上将黄粉虫蛹用温水洗净并用紫外线消毒,无菌包装。

(5)给较大幼虫投喂饲料,并给予大量青饲料(马铃薯片100克,葡萄糖20克,碳酸钙0.5克,氯化胆碱0.02克,维生素B0.5毫克和水40毫升);
(6) 待黄粉虫成蛹,马上将黄粉虫蛹用温水洗净并用紫外线消毒,无菌包装。

Claims (6)
1.一种黄粉虫的饲养方法,其特征在于包括一下步骤:
(1)在无菌环境下,繁殖初代黄粉虫直到获得黄粉虫卵;
(2)在无菌的环境下,将黄粉虫卵放在无菌饲养箱内成长;
(3) 当肉眼能看清幼虫体形时,对环境进行加温、增湿处理,并在饲料中加大水分;
(4)待肉眼能分辨出大小幼虫的区别时,将大小幼虫分开饲养;
(5)给较大幼虫投喂饲料,并给予大量青饲料;
(6) 待黄粉虫成蛹,马上将黄粉虫蛹用温水洗净并用紫外线消毒,无菌包装。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种黄粉虫的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的饲料包括质量百分比为20%-50%的榨碎的小麦, 30%-60%的麦麸,1%-3%的纤维素酶,0.5%-1%的碳酸钙,0.1%-0.5%的维生素E和20%-30%的水。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种黄粉虫的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述的饲料需要经过80-120摄氏度加热挤压。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种黄粉虫的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中的青饲料配比为马铃薯片100克,葡萄糖20克,碳酸钙0.5克,氯化胆碱0.02克,维生素B0.5毫克和水40毫升。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种黄粉虫的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述的青饲料需要通过80-120加热挤压。
6.一种如权利要求1饲养得到的黄粉虫的食用方法,其特征在于:所述黄粉虫蛹可以搭配生菜和酸奶一起食用。
