The one end that the buckler 8 is located the peeling cylinder 3 outside is open structure, and the one end that the buckler 8 is located the peeling cylinder 3 inboard is enclosed construction, and the installation of the bearing of being convenient for of outside open structure can add water at peeling cylinder 3 occasionally and peel, can improve the peeling effect of potato, also can wash the potato after peeling, and the buckler 8 of inboard enclosed construction has good waterproof function, can prevent the phenomenon of leaking.
The peeler 13 comprises a connecting column 131 welded on the outer wall of the rotary drum 12, a peeling column 132 is arranged on the connecting column 131, the connecting column 131 plays a role of fixedly supporting the peeling column 132, peeling knives 133 are uniformly and longitudinally arranged on the outer wall of the peeling column 132 along the axial direction, the peeling knives 133 are in a long strip-shaped triangular structure, and the surfaces of potatoes are quickly peeled by the quickly selected peeling knives 133 with outward knife edges.
The inner wall of the peeling cylinder 3 is uniformly provided with the guide frames 21 along the axis direction, each guide frame 21 is provided with the rotatable guide ball 22, the guide balls 22 can rotate on the guide frames 21, and when potatoes are peeled in a rotating manner, the upper ends of the potatoes touch the inner wall of the peeling cylinder 3, so that the guide balls 22 can play a role in peeling and guiding the potatoes, the turning speed of the potatoes is increased, and the peeling efficiency is improved.
The discharge door 15 is of a cambered surface structure with the cross section area gradually and uniformly reduced from top to bottom, the clamping column 151 is arranged at the lower end of the discharge door 15, the clamping groove corresponding to the clamping column 151 is formed in the peeling barrel 3, and the cambered surface structure suitable for rotation of the clamping column 151 is arranged at the lower end of the clamping groove.
The driving mechanism 16 comprises a support plate 161 welded at the upper end of the discharge pipe 14, a first lug seat 162 is installed on the support plate 161, a first hydraulic cylinder 163 is installed between the first lug seats 162, the top end of the first hydraulic cylinder 163 is installed between a second lug seat 164, the second lug seat 164 is installed at the back of the discharge door 15, the discharge door 15 is driven to rotate on the peeling barrel 3 through the first hydraulic cylinder 163, and therefore the opening and closing states of the discharge door 15 can be automatically controlled.
The feeding mechanism 18 comprises two pairs of mounting plates 181 mounted on the bottom plate 1, a power roller 182 is mounted between the pair of mounting plates 181 positioned on the left side of the discharging pipe 14, a carrier roller 183 is mounted between the pair of mounting plates 181 positioned on the right side of the discharging pipe 14, a conveyor belt 184 is mounted between the power roller 182 and the carrier roller 183, the guide port of the discharging pipe 14 is matched with the two end structures of the conveyor belt 184, a driving motor is arranged inside the power roller 182, the power roller 182 can drive the conveyor belt 184 to rotate stably under the assistance of the carrier roller 183, and the potatoes are driven to move stably to the right by the stable feeding force of the conveyor.
Guide wheels 141 are transversely and uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the discharge pipe 14, and the guide wheels 141 can guide the upper end of the potato in the process of stably feeding the potato to the right and can also fix and limit the upper end of the potato in the process of stably feeding the potato to the right.
