The working principle is as follows: because the invention comprises the base 1, the fixed plate 2, the moving device 3, the rotating device 4, the discharging pipe 5, the hopper 6, the rotating motor 7, the first cleaning cylinder 8, the first rotating shaft 9, the first bearing 10 and the concave sliding plate 11, therefore, when the potato peeler is used, a worker pours potatoes into the hopper 6 and starts the rotating motor 7, so that the rotating motor 7 drives the moving device 3 to move left and right, further, the potatoes enter a first cleaning cylinder 8 through a discharge pipe 5 and a moving device 3, a rotating motor 7 drives a rotating device 4 to rotate through the moving device 3, so that the rotating device 4 drives a first rotating shaft 9 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 9 drives the first cleaning cylinder 8 to rotate, the first bearing 10 provides support for the rotation of the first rotating shaft 9, and the concave sliding plate 11 slides in the rectangular groove 21 to provide support for the left and right movement of the moving device 3.
