a first belt pulley assembly (26) is arranged between the output shaft of the motor (24) and one side of the connecting shaft (25);
a second belt pulley component (27), wherein a second belt pulley component (27) is arranged between one sides of the connecting shafts (25);
the middle part of one side of the water collecting tank (21) is provided with a first baffle (28) in a sliding way;
a water outlet (29), and the middle of the bottom of a certain part of the protection mechanism (5) is provided with the water outlet (29).
