Technical Field

Background
Potatoes, also called potatoes, are an annual herb, tubers are edible, and potatoes enjoy a cool growing environment. the cleaning device comprises a base and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism is arranged on one side of the top of the base;

the protection mechanism is arranged on the cleaning mechanism.

the connecting shafts are rotatably arranged in the water collecting tank;

a water inlet pipe is arranged at the upper part of the water collecting tank;
the motor is arranged on one side of the top of the base;
the first belt pulley assembly is arranged between the output shaft of the motor and one side of the connecting shaft on one side;
the second belt pulley assembly is arranged between one sides of the connecting shafts;
the middle part of one side of the water collecting tank is provided with a first baffle in a sliding manner;
and a water outlet is arranged in the middle of the bottom of a certain part of the protection mechanism.
More preferably, the protection mechanism comprises:
the bottom of the shell is connected with the tops of the four first support plates, and the bottom of the shell is connected with the water outlet;
a cover is rotatably arranged on one side of the upper part of the shell;
transparent glass is arranged in the middle of the cover;
the telescopic link, lid bottom one side middle part is equipped with the telescopic link, and the telescopic link is connected with first baffle top.
More preferably, the conveying mechanism comprises:
the four second support plates are arranged on one side of the top of the base;
the second baffle is arranged between the tops of the second support plates;
the third belt pulley assembly is rotatably arranged inside the second baffle;
the third belt pulley assembly is uniformly provided with water leakage blocks;
the rotating block is arranged on one side of the third belt pulley assembly and penetrates through the second baffle plate to be connected with an output shaft of the motor;
the waste water leakage block is arranged between the upper parts of the second support plates;
and a feeding plate is arranged at the lower part of one side of the second baffle plate.
More preferably, the shredding mechanism comprises:
the first supporting block is arranged on one side of the top of the base;
the middle part of one side of the top of the first supporting block is provided with a supporting rod;
the upper part of one side of the supporting rod is rotatably provided with a connecting rod;
the fourth belt pulley assembly is arranged between one side of the connecting rod and one side of the rotating block;
a material blocking barrel is arranged in the middle of the top of the first supporting block;
the upper part of the inner side of the material blocking barrel is uniformly provided with a first fixed block;
the third baffle is arranged between the first fixed blocks;
a rolling shaft, a rotary rolling shaft at the upper part of the material blocking barrel;
a shifting block is arranged at the bottom of the rolling shaft;
the bottom of the shifting block is provided with a chassis;
the upper part of the inner side of the material blocking barrel is provided with five shredding pieces;
bevel gears are arranged on the tops of the rolling shafts and on one side of the connecting rod, and the bevel gears are meshed with each other.
More preferably, the device further comprises an open sluice mechanism, wherein the open sluice mechanism comprises:
the fixed shaft is symmetrically arranged at one side of the bottom of the water collecting tank;
the middle of the bottom of the water collecting tank is symmetrically provided with a chute;
the sliding blocks are arranged between the sliding grooves in a sliding manner and block the bottoms of the water collecting grooves;
the return springs are arranged between the fixed shaft and one side of the sliding block;
a water discharging groove is arranged at the top of the sliding block;
the connecting block is arranged at one side of the bottom of the sliding block;
the stay wire is arranged on the connecting block;
the middle part of one side of the bottom of the water collecting tank is provided with a corner block;
the second fixed block is arranged at the lower part of one side of the first baffle, the other end of the stay wire penetrates through the corner block, and the other end of the stay wire is connected with the second fixed block.
More preferably, the device further comprises a charging mechanism, and the charging mechanism comprises:
the second supporting block is arranged on one side of the top of the base;
the top of the second supporting block is provided with a stop block;
the filter screen is arranged in the stop block;
a water containing tank is arranged in the stop block in a sliding manner;
the water drain pipe is arranged at one side of the water containing groove.
More preferably, the method further comprises the steps of:

After the potatoes are cut, the shredded potatoes fall onto the filter screen 72 from the gap between the material blocking barrel 45 and the chassis 410, water on the shredded potatoes falls onto the water containing groove 73, then is discharged outwards through the water discharging pipe 74, after the potatoes are completely shredded, the shredded potatoes on the filter screen 72 are manually taken away, the water containing groove 73 is pulled to the left, the water containing groove 73 can be cleaned, and after the cleaning is completed, the water containing groove 73 is pushed to the right to reset.
The device also comprises a waste water collecting frame 8, and the waste water collecting frame 8 is symmetrically arranged on the right side of the top of the base 1.
The waste water in the water collecting tank 21 can drop downwards into the waste water collecting frame 8 at the rear side through the water discharging tank 64 and the water outlet 29, the water on the water leakage block 33 and the waste water leakage block 35 can drop downwards into the waste water collecting frame 8 at the front side, after the potatoes are all shredded, the waste water is manually treated, and then the waste water collecting frame 8 is replaced.
