本发明公了一种添加黄芪的混合饮品及其制备方法,按以下重量分数的原料组成:黄芪提取液70份、红枣100份、去离子水1020份、蜂蜜24份、白砂糖48份、柠檬酸0.35‑0.4份、CMC‑Na 4份;包括以下步骤:S1、黄芪提取液的制备;S2、红枣提取液的制备;S3、黄芪-红枣复合饮料的配制;S4、真空脱气、灌装制得饮品。本发明以黄芪、红枣为主要原料,添加蜂蜜以及其它辅料,制备了黄芪红枣饮料,具有黄芪的清香味,酸甜可口,而且增强机体的抗病能力与免疫力,调节机体平衡,具有补气血的功效。

本发明属于植物饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种添加黄芪的混合饮品,此外,还涉及一种添加黄芪的混合饮品的制备方法。
背景技术
黄芪味甘性温,入脾、肺经,具补气固表利水、养血生肌托毒之功,是中药补气药中最为常用、且功效显著的一味药物,除能治疗因气虚引起的多种病症外,更有良好的保健防病作用。现代药理研究表明,黄芪含有多种对人体健康有益的生物成分与微量元素,如黄芪多糖、单糖、黄酮甙、叶酸、胆碱、多种氨基酸、黏液质、纤维素及硒、硅等,能兴奋中枢神经系统,增强机体的抗病能力与免疫力,调节机体平衡,对改善心肺功能,扩张血管,改善微循环,降血压、降血糖、保护肝肾,促进细胞的新陈代谢及抗病毒、抗菌等,均有良好的作用;红枣味甘、温,为鼠李科植物枣的成熟果实,不仅营养丰富,而且还富含蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素等物质,具有健脾胃,养血安神等功效,可以减轻毒物对肝脏损害的作用、改善心肌营养状况,增强心肌收缩力。现有技术以及市面上并没有黄芪与红枣结合的能够保健防病且养血安神的混合饮品。
为此,我们提出一种能够增强机体的抗病能力与免疫力调节机体平衡以及健脾胃,养血安神的添加黄芪的混合饮品来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种添加黄芪的混合饮品及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种添加黄芪的混合饮品,按以下重量分数的原料组成:黄芪提取液70份、红枣100份、去离子水1020份、蜂蜜24份、白砂糖48份、柠檬酸0.35-0.4份、CMC-Na 4份。
一种添加黄芪的混合饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、黄芪提取液的制备:挑选无杂质、无霉变,含水量低于14%的黄芪根,用植物粉碎机粉碎,过筛得黄芪粉,取一定量经粉碎过筛的黄芪原料,加入去离子水中进行热水浸提,抽滤后合并提取液,制得黄芪提取液,置于冷藏室备用;
S2、红枣提取液的制备:选用优质红枣,去核后放入干燥箱中烘干,用植物粉碎机粉碎,过筛,称取一定量的红枣粉,加入去离子水中进行热水浸提,冷却后加入0.1%果胶酶进行酶解处理,酶解处理后,滤去残渣,制得红枣提取液,备用;
S3、黄芪-红枣复合饮料的配制:将步骤S1和S2中制备好的黄芪提取液、红枣提取液,按7:10的配比混合,添加一定量的蜂蜜、柠檬酸、白砂糖、CMC-Na,添加去离子水定容至一定体积,混合均匀,然后在25-30MPa的压力下匀质处理30-45min,即得黄芪-红枣复合饮料;
S4、真空脱气、灌装制得饮品:将步骤S3制得的黄芪-红枣复合饮料经真空脱气,灌装,再经过经100-110℃高温灭菌15-20min后即制成了添加黄芪的混合饮品。
优选的,所述步骤S1中经植物粉碎机粉碎黄芪原料过筛的筛孔径为80目。
优选的,所述步骤S1中黄芪粉与水质量比为1:8,热水浸提的温度为100℃,浸提时间为1-1.2h。

S3、黄芪-红枣复合饮料的配制:将步骤S1和S2中制备好的黄芪提取液、红枣提取液,按7:10的配比混合,添加一定量的蜂蜜、柠檬酸、白砂糖、CMC-Na,添加去离子水定容至一定体积,混合均匀,然后在25-30MPa的压力下匀质处理30-45min,即得黄芪-红枣复合饮料;
S4、真空脱气、灌装制得饮品:将步骤S3制得的黄芪-红枣复合饮料经真空脱气,灌装,再经过经100-110℃高温灭菌15-20min后即制成了添加黄芪的混合饮品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种添加黄芪的混合饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中经植物粉碎机粉碎黄芪原料过筛的筛孔径为80目。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种添加黄芪的混合饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中黄芪粉与水质量比为1:8,热水浸提的温度为100℃,浸提时间为1-1.2h。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种添加黄芪的混合饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中经植物粉碎机粉碎红枣原料原料,同样的过筛的筛孔径为80目。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种添加黄芪的混合饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中红枣粉与水质量比为1:4,热水浸提的温度为95℃,浸提时间为1-1.5h。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种添加黄芪的混合饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中果胶酶酶解处理时间为2-3h。
