目前,业内常用的现有技术是这样的:
硒是人体必需的微量元素,硒和维生素E、β-胡萝卜素搭配可以增强人体免疫功能、抗氧化、延缓衰老,富硒食品有抗癌,抗辐射等作用,能有效抑制肿瘤生长,对手术和放化疗治疗后的患者有很好的辅助改善作用。
而硒在地球表面分布是极不平衡的,我国约有72%地区缺硒,特别是从东北到西南的15个省市自治区的部分地区构成了“贫硒地带”。导致很多人在日常摄取的硒含量较低,导致摄取量不足,因此需要通过有效的方法增加日常食品中的含硒量。硒又分为植物活性硒和无机硒两种,无机硒有较大的毒性,且不易被吸收,不适合人和动物使用。植物活性硒通过生物转化与氨基酸结合而成,一般以硒蛋氨酸的形式存在,植物活性硒是人类和动物允许使用的硒源。

本发明的虎菌主要功效:小孩咳嗽,长年咳嗽,发热,胃病,肺气肿,支气管炎,清热解毒,它是家中必备良药,虎奶菌对慢性、过敏性、虚寒型顽咳、小儿咳嗽、哮喘有神奇疗效,可提高体质、免疫力、智力、防痴呆,消除肺部的污染物。虎菌它是一种食用菌,平时也可以保健食用,味道清淡,可以煮水喝,也可以泡软后剁瘦肉炖汤。
本发明的猴头菌性平、味甘。利五脏,助消化;具有健胃,补虚,抗癌,益肾精之功效;具体猴头菌的功效与作用有:
猴头菌主治食少便溏、胃及十二指肠溃疡、神经衰弱、食道癌、胃癌、眩晕、阳痿等病症。年老体弱者食用猴头菌,有滋补强身的作用。
猴头菌是一种高蛋白、低脂肪、富含矿物质和维生素的一种优良食品;
猴头菌含不饱和脂肪酸,能降低血胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,调节血脂,利于血液循环,是心血管患者的理想食品;
猴头菌含有的多糖体、多肽类及脂肪物质,能抑制癌细胞中遗传物质的合成,从而预防和治疗消化道癌症和其他恶性肿瘤;

本发明的虎菌、猴头菌、蜜环菌均为市购产品。
图1所示,本发明实施例提供的抗癌、抗肿瘤的生态富硒发酵饮料的制备方法,包括:
S101:混合,将所有材料按比例混合。
S102:装罐,将混合物放入高位罐加入常温纯净水。
S103:发酵,让产品经过六个月的全封闭式紫外线消毒,杀菌,发酵。
S104:过滤,将残渣排除,只留下发酵液。
S105:杀菌,将发酵液进行杀菌处理。
S106:包装,将发酵液装入玻璃瓶封口、打包。
本发明具有抗癌、抗肿瘤、降三高、抗氧化保健功效。
