Abstract
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种哑光膜的预涂底料。本发明所设计的一种高性能水性哑光膜预涂底料,以重量份计,包括如下组分:环氧改性硅丙水性树脂40~50、中和剂0.2~0.5、苯代醚化氨基交联树脂8~15、助溶剂10~20、半封闭型催化剂0.5~1、蒸馏水30~40、水性滑爽剂0.2~0.8、消泡剂0.1~0.3、水性消光粉2~3,所述半封闭型催化剂为改性的壬基萘磺酸催化剂。本发明使用环氧改性硅丙水性树脂,加入苯代醚化氨基交联树脂交联剂和改性的壬基萘磺酸催化剂,使其在高温烘烤后具有优良的附着力和耐化学擦拭性能,能够快速干燥,在165℃烘烤30秒,就能达到耐丁酮擦拭15次以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种哑光膜的预涂底料。
背景技术
印刷包装覆膜,就是将塑料薄膜涂上黏合剂,与纸类印刷品经加热、加压后使之黏合在一起,形成纸塑合一产品的加工技术。经覆膜的印刷品,由于表面多了一层薄而透明的塑料薄膜,表面更平滑光亮,从而提高印刷品的光泽度和牢度,图文颜色更鲜艳,富有立体感,同时更起到防水、防污、耐磨、耐摺、耐化学腐蚀等作用。覆膜工艺主要有溶剂型即涂膜、水性即涂膜和预涂膜三种,其中溶剂型即涂膜因污染大且在生产过程中易发生火灾已经逐渐淘汰;水性即涂膜符合环保要求,覆膜强度高,但是在烘干过程中需要消耗大量的热能,同时受水分挥发速度限制复合速度慢,在复合过程中易产生气泡。预涂膜不需黏合剂加热干燥系统,大大简化覆膜程序,且操作十分方便,生产灵活性大,同时无溶剂气味,无环境污染。
目前的预涂膜多是采用热熔胶为预涂胶层的技术,热熔胶是由主黏树脂和增黏剂、调节剂等数种材料共混改性而成,因受技术、生产设备、原材料限制,使用过程中,温度控制不好将引起热熔胶内高分子聚合物的降解和交联,使覆膜表面不良,因此热熔胶为胶层的预涂膜只适用于一般产品,在有覆膜后的有压纹、轧线等击突工艺要求时,会出现起泡、爆线等缺陷。同时热熔胶也属于溶剂性涂层,不符合环保要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种以水为溶剂,具有优异的耐溶剂性、耐高温性,高附着力和耐化学擦拭性能,同时能够实现快干的哑光膜预涂底料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高性能水性哑光膜预涂底料,以重量份计,包括如下组分:
所述半封闭型催化剂为改性的壬基萘磺酸催化剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种高性能水性哑光膜预涂底料的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1、先将环氧改性硅丙水性树脂放入锅中,在搅拌的状态下,加入中和剂中和,调节PH值至7,分散搅拌均匀;
2、将助溶剂和蒸馏水加入锅中搅拌均匀;
3、将苯代醚化氨基交联树脂与半封闭型催化剂加入锅中分散搅拌均匀;
4、将水性消光粉加入锅中分散搅拌均匀;
5、最后加入消泡剂,并分散搅拌均匀,过滤后得到产品。
本发明的预涂底料在高温烘烤下,一方面环氧改性硅丙水性树脂的羟基基团和苯代醚化氨基交联树脂主体链段里三嗪环中的羟甲基反应,另一方面环氧改性硅丙水性树脂的环氧基团和苯代醚化氨基交联树脂中的羟甲基、烷氧基发生交联反应,再一方面环氧改性硅丙水性树脂中带有羟基的C-Si基团(硅醇基)与苯代醚化氨基交联树脂中的羟甲基、烷氧基发生交联反应;通过这几种化学反应,环氧改性硅丙水性树脂的的环氧基团、羟基基团、硅醇基团等和苯代醚化氨基交联树脂中羟甲基、烷氧基等基团交联,同时配合使用改性的壬基萘磺酸催化剂,在烘烤下促进和加快环氧改性硅丙水性树脂中羟基、环氧基与苯代醚化氨基交联树脂中的羟甲基、烷氧基的交联固化反应,交联成膜后得到具有韧性的三维网状结构涂膜,使涂膜层具有优异的耐溶剂性和耐高温性能。
本产品使用环氧改性硅丙水性树脂,加入苯代醚化氨基交联树脂交联剂和改性的壬基萘磺酸催化剂,使其在高温烘烤后具有优良的附着力和耐化学擦拭性能。本发明的哑光膜预涂底料,主要以水作为溶剂,而且能够快速干燥,在165℃烘烤30秒,就能达到耐丁酮擦拭15次以上,用大胶带横向纵向粘,涂膜也不脱落,具有高附着力,对色层料或胶水层料都有很好的剥离效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高性能水性哑光膜预涂底料,以重量份计,包括如下组分:

通过如下方法制备得到:
1、先将环氧改性硅丙水性树脂放入锅中,在搅拌的状态下,加入中和剂中和,调节PH值至7,分散搅拌均匀;
2、将助溶剂和蒸馏水加入锅中搅拌均匀;
3、将苯代醚化氨基交联树脂与半封闭型催化剂加入锅中分散搅拌均匀;
4、将水性消光粉加入锅中分散搅拌均匀;
5、最后加入消泡剂,并分散搅拌均匀,过滤后得到产品。

对比测试例
测试说明:耐溶剂性是指耐丁酮溶剂测试(也就是耐化学品溶剂擦拭),用纱布蘸取丁酮后,擦拭10次,不露底为合格。附着力是指在耐丁酮擦拭后不露底,涂膜层没有被丁酮溶剂擦掉。快干性是指在165℃同样的温度下烘烤,哪个时间短就是干燥快,快干性好。耐高温性是指将配好的涂料用刮棒刮涂在PET膜上,烘烤后在压烫机上180℃压烫10秒后不变色不幻彩为合格。

2.一种如据权利要求1所述高性能水性哑光膜预涂底料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、先将环氧改性硅丙水性树脂放入锅中,在搅拌的状态下,加入中和剂中和,调节PH值至7,分散搅拌均匀;
(2)、将助溶剂和蒸馏水加入锅中搅拌均匀;
(3)、将苯代醚化氨基交联树脂与半封闭型催化剂加入锅中分散搅拌均匀;
(4)、将水性消光粉加入锅中分散搅拌均匀;
(5)、最后加入消泡剂,并分散搅拌均匀,过滤后得到产品。
