Abstract

一种爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:包括支撑带及抵脚,支撑带呈弧形,支撑带两端由锁紧部件收紧后形成圆形结构,支撑带内表面均匀分布抵脚,支撑带由外表面向下冲压形成向下且位置相对的两个卡设面,垫片表面开有与卡设面相应的卡槽,垫片由卡槽与卡设面配合固定于支撑带形成抵脚。固定性好,可随意调节抵脚大小,适用各种型号轮辋凹槽型号。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种爆胎应急安全装置。
背景技术
车辆轮胎胎压低于标准胎压或被其他尖物品(如钉子等)扎后行驶时,随着胎压的下降,轮胎与地面的摩擦成倍增加,胎温急剧升高,轮胎变软,强度急剧下降,这种情况下,如果车辆高速行驶,就可能导致爆胎;如车辆的某一轮胎发生爆胎,则会导致车辆出现偏移,如驾驶员不能正确应对则会导致车辆翻车撞护栏造成危险,甚至会与同向车辆或反向车辆相撞,造成巨大的人身伤害或财产损失;现有的技术方案:爆胎应急装置均采用产品宽度调节轮辋凹槽宽度安装方式的方案来解决爆胎后方向和刹车不失控的问题,由于现有技术设计不合理,不能更好的解决爆胎应急问题,后续生产成本高,消费者成本加大。产品重,影响轮胎使用寿命,增加整车重量,轮胎与地面摩擦产品过多尾气排放,对环境造成污染。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供以下方案:
一种爆胎应急安全装置,包括支撑带及抵脚,支撑带呈弧形,支撑带两端由锁紧部件收紧后形成圆形结构,支撑带内表面均匀分布抵脚,支撑带由外表面向下冲压形成向下且位置相对的两个卡设面,垫片表面开有与卡设面相应的卡槽,垫片由卡槽与卡设面配合固定于支撑带形成抵脚。
进一步的,垫片由橡胶制成且内部设置有与垫片底面平行的钢片。
支撑带由外表面向下冲压形成位置相对的卡设面,垫片与卡设面配合固定形成抵脚,垫片的尺寸可进行改变,进而改变抵脚的尺寸,能够适用于不同的轮辋凹槽尺寸。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.抵脚由支撑带冲压形成卡设面并卡设垫片制成,实现支撑带无焊点,大大减小爆胎安全应急装置的重量,减轻汽车重量,从而减小尾气排放量。
2.能够替换不同尺寸的垫片以适应不同型号的轮辋凹槽,适用性广泛。
3.结构简单,制造成本低。

实施例1:如图1-图2所示,
一种爆胎应急安全装置,包括支撑带1及抵脚2,支撑带1呈弧形,支撑带1两端由锁紧部件收紧后形成圆形结构,支撑带1内表面均匀分布抵脚2,支撑带1由外表面向下冲压形成向下且位置相对的两个卡设面3,垫片4表面开有与卡设面3相应的卡槽5,垫片4由卡槽5与卡设面3配合固定于支撑带1形成抵脚2。
垫片4由橡胶制成且内部设置有与垫片4底面平行的钢片6。
支撑带1由外表面向下冲压形成位置相对的卡设面3,垫片4与卡设面3配合固定形成抵脚2,垫片4的尺寸可进行改变,进而改变抵脚2的尺寸,能够适用于不同的轮辋凹槽尺寸。
本发明实现支撑带1无焊点,大大减小爆胎安全应急装置的重量,减轻汽车重量,从而减小尾气排放量。能够替换不同厚度的垫片4以适应不同型号的轮辋凹槽,适用性广泛。结构简单,制造成本低。
最后,需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本发明的具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有很多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容中直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:包括支撑带及抵脚,支撑带呈弧形,支撑带两端由锁紧部件收紧后形成圆形结构,支撑带内表面均匀分布抵脚,支撑带由外表面向下冲压形成向下且位置相对的两个卡设面,垫片表面开有与卡设面相应的卡槽,垫片由卡槽与卡设面配合固定于支撑带形成抵脚。
2.如权利要求1中所述一种爆胎应急安全装置,其特征在于:所述垫片由橡胶制成且内部设置有与垫片底面平行的钢片。
