Abstract
本发明属于饲料添加剂领域,具体公开一种可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂及其制备方法。以重量份数计,由下述组分组成:产朊假丝酵母2‑5份、干酪乳杆菌5‑10份、粪肠球菌3‑10份、枯草芽孢杆菌5‑10份、壳聚糖1‑3份、无水葡萄糖5‑20份、黄芪多糖10‑20份、紫锥菊提取物10‑20份、当归提取物10‑20份、大枣提取物10‑20份;上述各组分的重量份数之和为100份。本发明从绿色健康方面着手,益生菌、益生元和中药提取物相结合,既改善肠道健康,促进营养吸收,抑制有害细菌的生长和繁殖,又可以提高机体的免疫力,增强抗病能力,且用的是无残留无耐药性的纯绿色原料制成,安全有效。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料添加剂领域,具体涉及一种可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
过去,抗生素对畜牧业尤其是饲料工业的快速发展起到了积极推动作用,尤其是在畜禽疾病防治及促生长方面发挥了不可磨灭的作用。但随着动物科学的发展,人们发现在抗生素作为饲料添加剂带来巨大经济效益的同时所引起的弊端,诸如影响人类的健康、动物传染病的爆发和流行、细菌抗药性、超级细菌的出现和某些中毒现象等。
生产无污染、高质量的绿色畜禽产品,是广大消费者的迫切要求,也是畜牧生产努力的方向。近十多年来,抗生素在动物产品中的残留问题广受争议,然而细菌性疾病的防控治疗又是养殖户面对的迫切问题,因此,一种无残留无耐药性的抗菌产品对养殖户来说是一个福音。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的缺陷与不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂,以重量份数计,由下述组分组成:
产朊假丝酵母2-5份、干酪乳杆菌5-10份、粪肠球菌3-10份、枯草芽孢杆菌5-10份、壳聚糖1-3份、无水葡萄糖5-20份、黄芪多糖10-20份、紫锥菊提取物10-20份、当归提取物10-20份、大枣提取物10-20份;上述各组分的重量份数之和为100份。
本发明中,所述黄芪多糖、紫锥菊提取物、当归提取物以及大枣提取物均可通过市购获得。
较好地,产朊假丝酵母的活菌数≥50亿CFU/g,干酪乳杆菌的活菌数≥200亿CFU/g,粪肠球菌的活菌数≥100亿CFU/g,枯草芽孢杆菌的活菌数≥100亿CFU/g。
产朊假丝酵母,饲粮中添加产朊假丝酵母可以加快其断奶后小肠黏膜结构的恢复,增加小肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度,并且使肠壁黏液层厚度降低,改善营养物质的消化吸收,肠道黏膜的巨噬细胞明显增多,增强对细菌感染的抵抗力。
干酪乳杆菌,能够耐受有机体的防御机制,进入机体后可以在肠道内大量存活,起到调节肠内菌群平衡、促进机体消化吸收等作用;同时,干酪乳杆菌可促进细胞分裂,产生抗体免疫,增强人体免疫等功能。
粪肠球菌,是革兰氏阳性、过氧化氢阴性球菌,是人和动物肠道内主要菌群之一,其能产生天然抗生素,有利于机体健康;同时还能产生细菌素等抑菌物质,抑制大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌等病原菌的生长,改善肠道微环境;还能抑制肠道内产尿素酶细菌和腐败菌的繁殖,减少肠道尿素酶和内毒素的含量,使血液中氨和内毒素的含量下降。
枯草芽孢杆菌,1.枯草芽孢杆菌菌体生长过程中产生的枯草菌素、多粘菌素、制霉菌素、短杆菌肽等活性物质,这些活性物质对致病菌或内源性感染的条件致病菌有明显的抑制作用;2.枯草芽孢杆菌迅速消耗肠道中的游离氧,造成肠道低氧,促进有益厌氧菌生长,间接抑制其它致病菌生长;3.刺激动物免疫器官的生长发育,激活T、B淋巴细胞,提高免疫球蛋白和抗体水平,增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,提高群体免疫力;4.枯草芽孢杆菌菌体自身合成α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶等酶类,在消化道中与动物体内的消化酶类一同发挥作用;5.能合成维生素B1、B2、B6、烟酸等多种B族维生素,提高动物体内干扰素和巨噬细胞的活性。
壳聚糖,可促进肠内有益细菌繁殖,抑制有害细菌的生长,从而达到吸收营养的效果;同时可升高血液pH值,增强免疫活性细胞质量和数量。
黄芪多糖,益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿,可作为免疫促进剂或调节剂,同时具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗辐射、抗应激、抗氧化等作用。
紫锥菊提取物,紫锥菊具有较强的免疫活性、抗炎活性和抗病毒、抗细菌、抗真菌的作用,对皮肤的光照性损伤有预防作用。
当归提取物,补血活血、调经止血、润肠通便,用于血虚萎黄、眩昏心悸、月经不调、经闭痛经、虚寒腹痛、肠燥便秘、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡。
大枣提取物,补中益气、养血安神,用于脾虚食少、乏力便溏。
以上药物从绿色健康方面着手,益生菌、益生元和中药提取物相结合,既改善肠道健康,促进营养吸收,抑制有害细菌的生长和繁殖,又可以提高机体的免疫力,增强抗病能力,且用的是无残留无耐药性的纯绿色原料制成,安全有效。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备预混剂A:按比例称取产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌、粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、壳聚糖、无水葡萄糖,混合均匀,制得预混剂A;
第二步,制备预混剂B:按比例称取黄芪多糖、紫锥菊提取物、当归提取物、大枣提取物,混合均匀,制得预混剂B;
将上述预混剂A、B混合均匀后,即得可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂。
使用方法:混饮,每100g微生态制剂兑水100kg,预防疾病和提高免疫力可长期使用;治疗使用,微生态制剂用量加倍,连用5-7天。
本发明具有的优点和有益效果:(1)本发明能显著提高畜禽的机体免疫力,增强抗病能力;(2)本发明可替代抗生素,防治细菌性疾病的发生;(3)本发明可改善畜禽的胃肠道菌群平衡,促进营养的吸收;(4)本发明混合物用原料来源丰富,且生产工艺简便;(5)本发明混合物为超微粉末,进入机体后容易被吸收,且临床使用方便,适合群体使用,节省人力物力;(6)本发明各组分含量明确,质量可控。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步解释说明,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
以下实施例以及对照例中,产朊假丝酵母的活菌数为50亿CFU/g,干酪乳杆菌的活菌数为200亿CFU/g,粪肠球菌的活菌数为100亿CFU/g,枯草芽孢杆菌的活菌数为100亿CFU/g;紫锥菊提取物,购自四川恒瑞通达生物科技有限公司,规格20∶1;当归提取物,购自四川恒瑞通达生物科技有限公司,规格15∶1;大枣提取物,购自四川恒瑞通达生物科技有限公司,规格25∶1;黄芪多糖,购自四川恒瑞通达生物科技有限公司,规格:黄芪多糖≥70%(UV)。
实施例1-3及对照例1-2
一种可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂,其组成(以重量份计)见表1。
实施例1-3产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备预混剂A:按表1所示的重量份数组成,称取产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌、粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、壳聚糖、无水葡萄糖,于混合机中混合5分钟,制得预混剂A;
第二步,制备预混剂B:按表1所示的重量份数组成,称取黄芪多糖、紫锥菊提取物、当归提取物、大枣提取物,于混合机中混合5分钟,制得预混剂B;
将上述预混剂A、B加入混合机中,搅拌30分钟,即得产品。
对照例1产品的制备方法:按表1所示的重量份数组成,称取产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌、粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、壳聚糖、无水葡萄糖,于混合机中混合30分钟,即得产品。
对照例2产品的制备方法:按表1所示的重量份数组成,称取黄芪多糖、紫锥菊提取物、当归提取物、大枣提取物、无水葡萄糖,于混合机中混合30分钟,即得产品。
本发明微生态制剂对仔猪肠道菌群的影响
按照如下方法进行:
(一)药物与试剂
试验药物:实施例1、2、3所制备的产品;
对照药物I:对照例1所制备的产品;
对照药物II:对照例2所制备的产品;
对照药物III:5%(质量%)乳酸环丙沙星可溶性粉(河南众邦兽药有限公司)。
(二)试验方法
动物分组:选择某猪场的6只健康仔猪进行试验,分成6组,每组1只。
添加方法如下:
试验组1:混饮,每100g实施例1产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
试验组2:混饮,每100g实施例2产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
试验组3:混饮,每100g实施例3产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
对照组1:混饮,每100g对照例1产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
对照组2:混饮,每100g对照例2产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
对照组3:混饮,每100g 5%乳酸环丙沙星可溶性粉兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天。
粪样细菌总数的测定:于投药前当天各组均采1个粪样作为未用药对照;投药后第2~5d各组每日采1次粪样:停药后每周采2次粪样,连续采2周,即每组共采9个粪样。以普通营养琼脂平板为培养基,测定细菌总数。主要检测每1g粪样中的好氧和兼性厌氧细菌总数,首先准确称取10g粪样,用生理盐水作10质量倍数稀释并混匀后,吸1mL到9mL无菌生理盐水试管作倍比稀释,最终样品稀释度为10-1、10-2、10-3、10-4、10-5、10-6、10-7,然后从各稀释管取1ml接种到普通营养琼脂平板,涂匀,经37℃培养36h,计算细菌总数。
(三)结果与分析
由上表可知:试验组1、2、3用药5天后细菌总数下降10余倍,停药后两周有所回升,但回升速度慢;对照组1对粪便中的细菌效果同试验组,停药后回升速度比试验组快;对照组2对细菌总数的影响不大;对照组3用药3-4d后细菌总数即下降102倍,但是停药后回升速度很快。
本发明微生态制剂对仔猪腹泻的治疗效果
按照如下方法进行:
(一)药物与试剂
试验药物:实施例1、2、3所制备的产品;
对照药物I:对照例1所制备的产品;
对照药物II:对照例2所制备的产品;
对照药物III:5%(质量%)乳酸环丙沙星可溶性粉(河南众邦兽药有限公司)。
(二)试验方法
将参试仔猪(当一窝仔猪中发现有1~2头开始出现腹泻症状时,即让该窝中所述仔猪作为参试仔猪)随机分为6个组,每组20头,其中3个试验组、3个对照组。
添加方法如下:
试验组1:混饮,每100g实施例1产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
试验组2:混饮,每100g实施例2产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
试验组3:混饮,每100g实施例3产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
对照组1:混饮,每100g对照例1产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
对照组2:混饮,每100g对照例2产品兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天;
对照组3:混饮,每100g 5%乳酸环丙沙星可溶性粉兑水100kg,自由饮用,连用5天。
(三)结果与分析
疗效评定标准:
治愈:腹泻症状全部消失,无腹泻发生;
有效:腹泻症状明显减轻;
无效:腹泻症状无明显变化。
试验结果表明:试验组对发病仔猪的治愈率平均可达到73.3%,总有效率达98.3%,而对照组1的治愈率为40%、总有效率为60%,对照组2的治愈率为45%、总有效率为70%,对照组3治愈率为50%、总有效率为65%;试验组1、2、3对防治仔猪腹泻的效果要明显优于对照组1、对照组2和对照组3。
Claims (3)
1.一种可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂,其特征在于,以重量份数计,由下述组分组成:
产朊假丝酵母2-5份、干酪乳杆菌5-10份、粪肠球菌3-10份、枯草芽孢杆菌5-10份、壳聚糖1-3份、无水葡萄糖5-20份、黄芪多糖10-20份、紫锥菊提取物10-20份、当归提取物10-20份、大枣提取物10-20份;上述各组分的重量份数之和为100份。
2.如权利要求1所述的可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂,其特征在于:产朊假丝酵母的活菌数≥50亿CFU/g,干酪乳杆菌的活菌数≥200亿CFU/g,粪肠球菌的活菌数≥100亿CFU/g,枯草芽孢杆菌的活菌数≥100亿CFU/g。
3.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备预混剂A:按比例称取产朊假丝酵母、干酪乳杆菌、粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、壳聚糖、无水葡萄糖,混合均匀,制得预混剂A;
第二步,制备预混剂B:按比例称取黄芪多糖、紫锥菊提取物、当归提取物、大枣提取物,混合均匀,制得预混剂B;
将上述预混剂A、B混合均匀后,即得可抗菌提高免疫力的微生态制剂。
