Further, in order to balance the moment generated by the first metal switching part 5.1 and the second metal switching part 5.2 during compression rebound, the first protrusion 5.1.1 for counteracting the rebound force of the first metal switching part 5.1 is arranged on the first metal switching part 5.1, and the direction of the first protrusion 5.1.1 is the same as the bending direction of the metal bending part 5.3; the second metal adapter part 5.2 is provided with a second bulge 5.2.1 for counteracting the resilience force of the second metal adapter part 5.2, and the direction of the second bulge 5.2.1 is the same as the bending direction of the metal bending part 5.3. Further, in order to use the connector for testing various products, the probe head of the first metal adapter 1 of the present invention is any one of a P-head, a B-head, a T-head, an F-head, a W-head, an M-head, a V-head, an O-head, and an R-head; the shape of the probe head of the second metal adapter part 2 is any one of P head, B head, T head, F head, W head, M head, V head, O head and R head. The side of the further first metal adapter part 5.1 is provided with a first bulge 5.1.1 for counteracting the resilience force of the first metal adapter part 5.1, and the center of gravity of the first bulge 5.1.1 and the center of the metal bending part 5.3 are positioned on the same side of the first metal adapter part 5.1. When the invention is used, a tester puts the electronic screen to be tested on the carrier 4, adjusts the position of the limiting block 9.2 according to the size of the electronic screen to be tested, then presses the FPC of the electronic screen to be tested against the POGO conducting device 5, so that the angle of the rack 2 relative to the mounting seat 1 can be adjusted after the FPC is conducted with the PG test box 3, and the test can be started after the FPC is observed comfortably by human eyes.

The utility model provides an angularly adjustable portable electronic screen test tool, includes mount pad (1) and rack (2), rack (2) pass through hinge (6) with mount pad (1) are articulated, mount pad (1) with be provided with angle adjustment device (10) between rack (2), be provided with PG test box (3), carrier (4) and POGO on rack (2) and switch on device (5), PG test box (3) with POGO switches on device (5) electricity and is connected, its characterized in that: the electronic screen is characterized in that the carrier (4) is of an integrated platy structure, a supporting boss (4.1) for supporting the electronic screen to be tested and a limiting structure (9) for positioning the electronic screen to be tested and preventing the electronic screen from tilting when the electronic screen to be tested is overturned are arranged on one side surface of the carrier (4), the limiting structure (9) is arranged around the supporting boss (4.1), the limiting structure (9) comprises a guide groove (9.1) arranged on the surface of the carrier (4) and a limiting block (9.2) connected in the guide groove (9.1) in a sliding fit manner, and the limiting block (9.2) is connected with the carrier (4) through a positioning structure (12); the POGO conducting device is characterized in that a crimping shrapnel used for connecting an FPC (flexible printed circuit) in the POGO conducting device (5) is of a flat plate structure, the crimping shrapnel comprises a first metal switching part (5.1) used for connecting a product connector, a second metal switching part (5.2) used for connecting the FPC and a metal bending part (5.3) used for connecting the first metal switching part (5.1) and the second metal switching part (5.2), the first metal switching part (5.1), the second metal switching part (5.2) and the metal bending part (5.3) are integrally formed, probe heads are arranged on the first metal switching part (5.1) and the second metal switching part (5.2), the metal bending part (5.3) is composed of two parallel metal conduction bands (5.3.1) which are arranged at intervals, each metal conduction band (5.3.1) is made of a material which can conduct electricity and can elastically deform, and the width/4 of each probe head is less than or equal to the width/3 of each metal conduction band (5.3.1); the side surface of the first metal switching part (5.1) is provided with a first bulge (5.1.1) for counteracting the resilience force of the first metal switching part (5.1), and the gravity center of the first bulge (5.1.1) and the center of the metal bending part (5.3) are positioned on the same side of the first metal switching part (5.1); the side of second metal switching portion (5.2) is provided with second protruding (5.2.1) that are used for counteracting second metal switching portion (5.2) resilience force, the focus of second protruding (5.2.1) with the center of metal kink (5.3) is located the same side of second metal switching portion (5.2).
