Spatially relative terms, such as "above … …," "above … …," "above … …," "above," and the like, may be used herein for ease of description to describe one device or feature's spatial relationship to another device or feature as illustrated in the figures. Claims (9)

1. The soft package battery test fixture comprises a soft package battery (10), a base (11) capable of loading the soft package battery (10), an adjusting knob (12) and a display screen (13) for displaying parameters, wherein a test element for testing the performance of the soft package battery (10) is arranged in the base (11), an adjusting groove (14) is formed in the top of the base (11), and a clamping groove (15) communicated with the adjusting groove (14) is formed in the side surface of the base (11); it is characterized by also comprising:
the insulation board (20) is detachably mounted on the base (11), one end of the insulation board (20) is provided with a limiting plate (21), the limiting plate (21) is provided with a first sliding chute (22), and the surface of the insulation board (20) is provided with a second sliding chute (23);
the limiting assembly (30) comprises a first limiting piece (31) and a second limiting piece (32), the first limiting piece (31) is slidably mounted on the first sliding chute (22) and can move along the length direction of the first sliding chute (22), the second limiting piece (32) is slidably mounted on the second sliding chute (23) and can move along the length direction of the second sliding chute (23), and the soft package battery (10) can be fixed on the insulating plate (20) by sliding the first limiting piece (31) and the second limiting piece (32);
centre gripping subassembly (40), centre gripping subassembly (40) are equipped with two sets ofly, and slidable installs in centre gripping groove (15), and with test element electric connection, centre gripping subassembly (40) carry out the centre gripping to the positive negative pole ear of stretching into laminate polymer battery (10) in centre gripping groove (15).

The soft package battery test fixture according to claim 1, further comprising a pressing rod (45), wherein the clamping assembly (40) comprises a sliding member (41), a rotating member (42) and an elastic member (43), the sliding member (41) is provided with a rotating groove (44), the rotating member (42) is rotatably installed in the rotating groove (44), a first end of the sliding member (41) is installed in the clamping groove (15) and can move along the length direction of the clamping groove (15), a second end of the sliding member extends into the adjusting groove (14), the pressing rod (45) is provided with two corresponding to the clamping assembly (40), the first end of the pressing rod (45) is arranged outside, the second end of the pressing rod extends into the adjusting groove (14) and is connected with the rotating member (42), one end of the elastic member (43) is connected with the sliding member (41), the other end of the elastic member is connected with the rotating member (42), and the first end of the pressing rod (45) is, the second end of the soft package battery can collide with the rotating piece (42), and the rotating piece (42) is driven to rotate under the action of the elastic piece (43), so that the positive and negative lugs of the soft package battery (10) are clamped.

The soft package battery test fixture according to claim 2, further comprising two adjusting pieces (50), wherein the two adjusting pieces (50) are arranged corresponding to the clamping assembly (40), the second end of the sliding piece (41) is provided with a threaded hole (51) which penetrates through the surface of the sliding piece and is communicated with the rotating groove (44), two side faces of the sliding piece (41) are further provided with clamping protrusions (52) which are abutted to the clamping groove (15), the first end of each adjusting piece (50) can extend into the corresponding adjusting groove (14) to be in threaded connection with the corresponding threaded hole (51), the second end of each adjusting piece is arranged in the outside, the adjusting pieces (50) are rotated, and under the action of the clamping protrusions (52), the sliding pieces (41) can be fixed or moved in the clamping grooves (15).

The laminate polymer battery test fixture according to claim 3, wherein the adjusting member (50) is provided with a through hole (53) penetrating through the surface thereof, the through hole (53) is further provided with a limiting block (54), the first end of the pressing rod (45) is provided with a pressing protrusion (46) matched with the limiting block (54), and the pressing protrusion (46) can extend out of the outside through the limiting block (54).

The laminate polymer battery testing fixture according to claim 1, further comprising a limiting ring (61) and a sliding block (62), wherein a first end of the sliding block (62) is slidably mounted in the second sliding groove (23), a second end of the sliding block (62) extends out to be rotatably connected with the second limiting member (32), the limiting ring (61) is in threaded connection with the second end of the sliding block (62), and the second limiting member (32) can be fixed or moved on the insulating plate (20) by rotating the limiting ring (61).

The laminate polymer battery test fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the insulation board (20) is provided with sliding protrusions (70) on two sides, and a positioning protrusion (71) is provided on one side of the insulation board abutting against the base (11), the base (11) is provided with a third sliding slot (72) and a positioning groove (73) which are matched with the sliding protrusions (70) and the positioning protrusion (71), the sliding protrusions (70) can move along the length direction of the sliding slots, and the positioning protrusion (71) can be matched with the positioning groove (73) along with the sliding of the insulation board (20).
8. The laminate battery test fixture as claimed in claim 3, wherein a plurality of scale marks (74) are arranged at one end of the top of the base (11) close to the adjusting groove (14).
